Valerie quickly packed her things and left with dad and I. We had to move in with Uncle Damon so he could help protect me. At least that's what dad told me.

"Damon! We're here."  Dad yelled.

"Hello brother."Damon replied, "Right this way." He finished.

"Thanks for letting us stay Uncle Damon." I said.

"No problem Jamie. I won't let anyone hurt you. You're my precious little flower." Damon replied with a smile.

He then lead me to my new room. It was set up real nice. Damon probably spent a while on it. The walls were painted my favorite color, orange.

My bed had black sheets and blankets and the pillows were also black with some orange ruffles on them. My name was painted in big black letters on the wall next to my bed. In the opposite corner was a really nice desk with an orange and black lamp and a... COMPUTER!!!

Next to it was a nice black dresser filled with... brand new, really nice clothing. In front of my bed was a a really nice book shelf with all of my favorite books. The hunger games, catching fire, Mockingjay, the giver, papertowns, the fault in our stars, and my favorite out of them all, SHAKESPEARE!!!!!!!!!!

I looked over at Damon with a huge smile on my face and ran into his arms.

"Thank you so much Damon. You're the best uncle ever!" I squealed.

"No problem, precious. Anything for you." He said, walking out of the room and shutting the door behind him. I looked around the room once more, then tried on some of the really beautiful dresses and outfits that Damon bought me. I finally found the perfect outfit to wear for now. It's a really nice blackish-grey shirt and a black skinny jeans. I then put on some black converses and a black beanie and left.

"Hey dad," I said before I opened the door and saw...Valerie and Dad... kissing!!!!! But dads with Caroline.

I quickly slammed the door and ran down stairs. Damon asked what was wrong, most likely because he noticed the tears running down my face, and quickly came and wrapped me in his arms.

Dad, I mean, Stefan, came running down the stairs... with Valerie.

"Jay, I'm so sorry. I didn't know you were there." He said, apologizing.

"It doesn't matter if I was there or not. What matters is how Caroline will feel about you cheating on her. This is going to break her heart. This could ruin our friendship do to my relationship with you. You will always be apart of my life. You will always be my dad, but that means giving up Caroline, my best friend. If you cheated on her, then I would just remind her of you, and I'm not going to do that to her. Plus, she's probably gonna hate me anyway, because I'm gonna tell her." I said, letting my emotions get the best of me. I ran to the door, and Damon, of course, stops me.

"Stef, she's right. Either you tell Caroline, or she will." Damon said, surprisingly backing me up.

"But-" Stefan said before Damon cut him off.

"No buts. Make your choice." He said.

"Damon, I can't-" that's when Damon let me go. I hesitated, but I couldn't keep this thing from Caroline. She's my best friend. I ran out the door and Stefan went crazy. Next thing I know, he's grabbing arm and pulling me back. Then every thing went black.
