"Valerie, we have to protect her from Julian. He might kill her." I said. Jamie looked up with wide eyes.

"Someone's trying to kill me???" She asked with a terrified tone in her voice.

"We'll keep you safe Jay, alright?" Valerie said seriously, then looked up at me.

"Alright. Hey, dad... Where are we gonna live? Is Val gonna move in with us, or are we gonna move outta mystic falls, or what??" She asked me.

"I don't know honey, whatevers best for you." I replied.

"Don't worry. If Julian lays a hand on you, I will rip his head off." Valerie said. Jay looked terrified.
