"ADAM RUPP AND TIMOTHY FOUST! STOP MAKING OUT AND LISTEN TO ME! PLEASE!" Chance screams at the top of his lungs as he bangs his baton on the couple's cell.

Adam whines, pulling away from the heated kiss. "What the fuck do you want, Blue Balls?" Tim shot back as he put his shirt back on.

"Just because Avi's sick doesn't mean that we don't have sex, Smart ass. Also, I know it's awfully early, but someone will be here to see you in about an hour, Adam." Chance says, this time a little bit calmer.

Adam rolled his eyes. "Tell him I have syphilis. He might shut the hell up."

Chance chuckled at the blond's remark. " No it's not Austin. However, IT IS about Austin. Tim, if I were you I'd go with Adam." He winked then walked away.

The couple looked at each other, eyes filling with hope and excitement. Adam knew that they have the exact same thing in their minds, though dared to say a word. Instead, they quietly slipped down to the shower, their conversations barely touching who might be Adam's visitor.

"Honey?" Tim taps on Adam's shoulder, pulling him from his deep thoughts. "Yes, babe?" He smiles. He doesn't want his boyfriend worrying about him. "Do you think we could eat a quick breakfast before heading out to the field. It's never easy dealing with stuff on an empty stomach. I'm speaking from experience." Tim chuckles.

Adam smiles, pulling his fiancé under the shower. "Yeah?" The blond whispers to his lover as he lathered soap on his body, trailing from Tim's shoulder down to his sides, then to his butt.

Tim groans when Adam squeezed firmly. "Yes. One time, I studied for a test all night and woke up really late. I passed, but I had to ask Chance for scraps afterwards. " He whispers, feeling Adam's slick fingers slowly trailing through his entrance. "Baby. We have to be ready in an hour and THAT'S not helping!" He whines.

 Adam pouts. "Fine."

The couple finished their shower and headed to the cafeteria. Adam looked around. After the deadly and highly publicized riot, many prisoners were killed, and Adam thought how that the silence might take a lot of getting used to. There may be a couple of prisoners who moved to the cell block, but there's still isn't much.

Tim and Adam grabbed their breakfast and found themselves a table. To their surprise two new prisoners sitting at the table beside them promptly stood up, and awkwardly stared at them with a somewhat scared expression.

Dumbfounded, the couple looked at each other, confused. "Hey, buddy. It's okay. You can sit." Adam says in the calmest voice he can.

The new prisoners cautiously walked back to their table until one of them spoke. "Thank you. We just didn't want to cause any trouble."

Adam nodded with a smile, noticing that the man is well spoken. "We don't either. We only get in trouble when somebody bothers me or my boyfriend. I am Tim and this is Adam." Tim smiles to make himself look intimidating.

"I am Joseph and this is Jonathan and he is mute. You might say, we just moved here a while ago. It's nice to meet the couple who saved the whole cell block. Sorry about our behavior earlier. We've heard a lot about you guys we weren't sure what to believe." Jonathan smiles.

"That's quite alright. We get that a lot. But as my fiancé said, we won't give you trouble unless you ask for it. Like that Grassi bitch." Adam says mumbling the last few words that made the others giggle.

"Noted." The four of them engaged in light conversation as they ate breakfast. They eventually found out that Joseph was a teacher but he was sentenced to life in prison for the decapitation of his 17 year old girlfriend's dad, who reportedly beat the girl everyday for dating him while Jonathan flat out shot his mother and stepfather in the head for raping and prostituting him since he was thirteen. They ended up talking for thirty minutes until the new boys had to go to their therapy sessions.

"I hope we're not too late." Adam says worriedly as they walked fast towards the open field.

"Well, who insisted on hearing the new boys' life stories?" Tim chuckles, giving the guards a small wave.

"Shut up. They're really nice people." He says. At one of the tables, Adam saw a man smiling and waving at him. It's his divorce lawyer, Sean Connery.

"Oh my God." The couple says in unison, looking at each other. Tim clutched his lover's hand to calm him down as they approached the well dressed man. "Mr. Connery. It's great to see you again." Adam smiles nervously.

"Likewise. Is this the fiancé?" He asks, referring to Tim.

"Yes. This is Timothy Foust." Adam answers.

"I'm pleased to meet you and you will be pleased with what I have to say too." Connery states after shaking the couples's hands.

The couple sat down across the lawyer. "You know, I don't really like surprises." Adam says with a heavy breath.

"Then we'll make this quick. The divorce was not contested by the opposing party. That's it. You're a "free man". Congratulations!" Attorney Connery shook both of their hands again as they looked on, not knowing what to say.

Finally, Tim cleared his throat and spoke. "We need an explanation. Not too long ago, his husband came here practically begging for him to withdraw the divorce. So, why would he do that if he didn't contest the divorce?"

The lawyer's expression visibly changed from excitement to hesitant. "Well, I'm not in the position to say anything but it's between Mr. Brown and Adam. I mean Adam Chance."

"Thank you so much for making the process as quick and easy as possible." Adam says, this time with a sincere smile. "I don't even know how we can ever thank you enough." Tim smiles as he clutched Adam's hand.

"Oh. An invitation to your wedding, perhaps? I'd love to see you guys tie the knot after all you've been through." The lawyer says hopefully.

"If that's what you want, then you have it." Tim grins. The satisfied couple bid Attorney Connery goodbye, but decided to stay and have the open field for themselves until the others wake up. "Congratulations." Tim whispers, pulling his lover closer. Adam tentatively scooted over, but decided to go and sit on his fiancé's lap instead. Without a warning, Adam attacked his boyfriend with a passionate kiss. The latter's eyes widened as Adam started grinding his crotch on his, slowly rocking back and forth. That is, until they got interrupted by the sudden out pour of prisoners into the field.

Two months later...

The judge stood firmly with an intense look on her face. For someone in her mid-sixties, she looked very well, but really intimidating, but, Adam is perfectly unfazed. Pursing her lips together, the clerk announced for the proceedings to begin.

She cleared her throat. "Ladies and gentlemen, everyone here present today, I am Anjelica Huson, a Crown prosecutor of Huntsville, Texas and I will present to you the Crown's case. Mr. Rupp is charged with the first degree murder of a fellow inmate, Mitchell Coby Michael Grassi. I will present to you witnesses that will provide evidences for this case, as anything and everything I am saying now is not evidence." She looked at each and everyone present, her voice still demanding and full of authority. "I am addressing you now simply to give you an overview of the Crown's case and the theory of the Crown regarding the murder of Mitchell Grassi. I hope this overview will give you a road map of our evidence and theory before we call the first witness."

"The Crown's theory is that Mr. Rupp is guilty of first degree murder because the murder was deliberate and quick with an improvised weapon prepared beforehand. " Adam rolled his eyes, much to the dismay of the Crown's defendant. "To understand the Crown's theory, I need to provide you with some background information surrounding the months leading up to the night of August 19, 2017, when the murders occurred. What's interesting is how horrendous and unspeakable it is that the accused is already in the Huntsville Unit when the crime took place. Huntsville is a city in and the county seat of Walker County, Texas, United States. The population is 38,548 as of the 2010 census. It is the center of the Huntsville micropolitan area."

"On the months leading to August 17,2017, Mr. Rupp was put in a cell with Timothy Foust, a convicted mass murderer from Nederland, Texas. He and the accused started a romantic relationship, but Mr. Grassi, a new prisoner convicted of possession of illegal drugs and also rumored to have had sexual relations with the late Warden George Clooney, still tried to...to...flirt with Mr. Foust." The obviously bigoted judge can barely pull out the words, making the couple chuckle. "Mr. Grassi tried to provoke Mr. Foust sexually, which didn't set well with Mr. Rupp. There was a heated argument that led to Mr. Rupp shoving Mr. Grassi into a wall in the prison cafeteria. Several weeks later, Mr. Grassi got into a fight with Mr. Kaplan, convicted of robbery-homicide. Mr. Kaplan punched and beat Mr. Grassi severely, which prompted him to ask Mr. Foust for help."

"Again, this did not sit well with Mr. Rupp so he started beating Mr. Grassi. There were other unspeakable instances in the shower, that I deem unnecessary to talk about. During the whole ordeal, and Mr. Rupp was having a hard time convince Mr. Foust of his loyalty. Now, on 17th of August, 2017, at 9:46 am, Mr. Foust was sitting with Mr. Rupp in the cafeteria when Mr. Grassi approached Mr. Foust and assaulted him sexually. Mr. Rupp and Mr. Grassi got into an argument, again, Mr. Rupp and Mr. Grassi proceeded into a fight. Mr. Grassi charged at Mr. Rupp. But misses when Mr. Rupp steps aside and grabs Grassi from behind, pulling a razor from his pocket. Witness report, Foust asking Rupp to give him the blade and to think about what he's doing to which Rupp replies that he has and he wanted Foust, before cutting Grassi on the esophagus with such force that severed his jugular vein instantly, despite Mr. Foust's efforts to stop him."

"Five officers responded to the cafeteria: Officers Adam Chance, Robert Lundquist, Luke Pierce, Tommy Lee Jones and Mel Gibson. Officer Chance initially thought that it was Mr. Foust who did it but he eventually caught Mr. Rupp with the murder weapon."

Mr. Rupp is overhead saying "It's over. You lose" to the deceased victim and even screamed "I love you, Timothy Foust!" As he was being led to the isolation room. To which Mr. Foust replied, "I love you too!"

There was a long deliberation of speech, but everyone is still questioning why, Tim, the defendant's lover is standing as a witness for the Crown. Austin was the first to be called to address the court with his testimony.

"Your Honor, my name is Austin Brown, the defendant's ex-husband. Adam is, and always will, be dear to me. He's the only man that I've ever truly loved and I will be really happy if he is found innocent, then he will be released earlier and perhaps, we could start our lives over. Adam and I, we both made mistakes and I'd give anything just to get him back."

"That's BULLSHIT!" Tim says through gritted teeth.

"Order in the court!" The judge says.

The next one on the witness's stand is Tim. "My name is Timothy Regan Foust, Adam Rupp's cell mate, lover..." He dramatically turned to Austin's direction and gave the man an evil grin. "...and his fiancé." He smirked triumphantly as he saw all the color drain off of Austins face, along with the surprises gasps and murmurs from the other people present. Tim finished giving his testimony that Adam actually killed Mitch.

Finally, it was the defendant's turn to speak. "I will not make this long. My name is Adam Henry Rupp, and I plead guilty to the murder of Mitchell Grassi simply for the reason that I love Tim with all my heart, and no one else is going to steal my man." He finishes, tears already present on his former husband's face.

The court was put on recess until the judge reach the final verdict. Austin's attempts to talk to Adam were futile, forcing him to give up and accept the blonde's decision.

Finally, the judge delivered the verdict. "I would like to address the disturbing nature of this case, of  one prisoner against another. However, because Rupp's admission, there will be no retrials. The jury found Mr. Adam Rupp guilty of first degree murder, and is hereby sentenced to life in prison with no possibility of parole. Court dismissed."
