Attendant
~16/4 (Wed)
After recovering from the shock that Kiibo didn't resent me for my stunt which is not a crime as far as I'm concerned, actually thanked me for letting the slut take him because he apparently had a good time and hoped that we can still hang out with each other (all classic signs of Stockholm Syndrome but I could be exaggerating. Nah, that's a lie~) last night, I woke up ready to start my day and to check on a few things when a surprise awaited me beyond the door...
"Toujou-chan! What a surprise to see you," Kokichi exclaimed as he had swung the door open only to be met with Kirumi outside preparing to knock on the door. She let her hand fall to her side and looked at Kokichi.
"Ouma-kun, exactly who I wanted to see. There are a few things I would like to discuss with you," Kirumi said smoothly.
"Discuss? What's there to discuss?" Kokichi asked, as he still stood in the doorway, wondering why Kirumi was here.
"Well, please come with me. I want to talk to you one on one and I don't feel like disturbing Kiibo-kun if he's still in there," Kirumi said.
"Ah no, Kii-boy already left. It's just me here," Kokichi said.
"I see, then will you let me in? I think it's easier if we talk inside," Kirumi said.
"Well, you say that," Kokichi said, letting his words linger as he narrowed his eyes at Kirumi, "Wanting me to be alone with me, huh? If I didn't know any better, this sounds like an assassination plot against my life. I knew one of my rival organizations would put a target on my back by now but I had no idea they would easily hire you. Wahh, how could you Mom?!"
Kirumi looked upward to the ceiling, sighed as if welling up patience from within and finally said, "Please stop calling me Mom. And I can assure you that I would not accept assassination work of all things. I still have my work ethic as a maid to consider. I also know you are just trying to fool around with me, but there is a time and place, Ouma-kun."
"But come on... why do I have to?" Kokichi asked, not wanting to back down from that cool headed non-reaction, "And I'm also hungry. I just woken up after all, rearing for a good breakfast."
"Do not worry, I brought you ample food," Kirumi said, showing a box that she now held up in front of him that he didn't notice before, "I have some cakes to satisfy your hunger. I feel it's better we discuss in private, that's all."
Kokichi raised his eyebrows in surprise at this statement. What could be so important, unless... it was that?
Spend time with Kirumi?
> I can't waste this opportunity.
> What if this is some plot against me?
"Sure, come in to my lair," Kokichi said easily, letting Kirumi inside. He was not paranoid to refuse Kirumi's request when whatever she wanted to him won't be harmful to himself. Even if he was wary of his peers due to his constant distrustful nature that he never shows outwardly, Kokichi could always take risks, and this one, to the naked eye, would be quite a low one.
"Thank you, Ouma-kun," Kirumi said politely as they sat themselves opposite to each other with the table behind them where Kirumi placed the box of cakes on.
"So what is it that you want such privacy for, Toujou-chan?" Kokichi asked, and as if in answer, Kirumi whipped out a notebook as she explained herself.
"These past few days, I have been taking notes of my fellow classmates, of their preferences and other things, to help me serve them better. As the Ultimate Maid and a fellow classmate, it is my duty to serve you all in the best way I can. So I have to obtain such information to achieve it."
'Is that it?' Kokichi almost said but swallowed inside. He was a little... disappointed, to be honest. He had expected it to be about the Velvet Room, her presence in it, considering that might be the elephant in the room. For now, he might as well play along.
"What? Isn't this an invasion of privacy, Toujou-chan? I expected better of you," Kokichi said.
"I do not believe this counts as an invasion of privacy. After all, I'm simply going to ask basic information about yourself that would serve you best. I am not asking of anything personal, so this is fine," Kirumi said.
"But why bother doing these kind of things?" Kokichi asked, "It's just a waste of time if you ask me. What do you even need to know all these for?"
"As I have already said, all of this is to serve you and the rest of our classmates to the very best of my abilities. I do not want to make any mistakes when it comes to comfort and health, that is all," Kirumi replied smoothly.
"Wow, Toujou-chan. I can't believe you care so much about us like that. I'm so honored. No wonder people call you the mom friend," Kokichi said, eyes glittering.
"There's no need to feel honored and I am sure that no one has ever called me the mom friend," Kirumi said, a dissatisfied look on her face, "Will you ever drop this joke, Ouma-kun?"
"Hmm... nope," Kokichi said, "Because being a mom friend is what you are doing right now. Always taking care of us and even coddling us like right now. Trying to know our preferences so you can serve us better. It's like you are spoiling us, thanks, Toujou-chan~"
Kokichi had started eating as Kirumi looked up at the ceiling again, inwardly asking for patience before facing him once again with a stoic expression he usually seen on her face. She's sure a tough customer, rarely letting her personal feelings show. It makes whatever mystery she has on her harder to crack, but that's what makes it all the more fun. At least he could take a little pride knowing that despite her impersonal attitude, he was able to get to her even if a little.
"I think you are misunderstanding something, Ouma-kun. After all, I am a maid, not a mom. And they are two completely different things," Kirumi said.
"How so? I mean, maybe you act more like a mother than a maid. You are acting way above and beyond that this is far from maid and into motherly territory ask me. Nishishi, or is it because you like doing stuff like that?"
"I will not deny that I truly enjoy serving people as a maid, but I would never want it mistaken as being motherly. And you exaggerate. I am not going above and beyond as a maid. I just try my hardest fulfilling reasonable requests from my masters and taking care of your well-beings," Kirumi said.
"Taking care of our well-beings is not motherly?" Kokichi asked, already in full teasing mode but Kirumi doesn't crack although a frown had long since creased her features ever since the topic started.
"No. In fact, I will tell you the difference between mother and maid so you will never insinuate me as motherly again, which is frankly rude, Ouma-kun," Kirumi said, "As a maid, I simply do my duty serving my masters and even advising if it's ever needed but I do not have any say other than that of their lives. I do hope that my masters would make the right choice but I admit that I have no right in forcing a change of decision for them. For a mother, they have every right to shape and improve their child's life for their own good. For example, I have no right to change that mischievous personality of yours so you could become a better person because I'm not your mother but I would still serve you in other ways and at least advice you whenever you are in trouble as a maid, as long as it's reasonable of course."
Kokichi understood where Kirumi was coming from, but he sincerely doubted it would help her escape the fate of mom friend. Nevertheless, he decided to give a kind lie, nodding at her explanation and responded:
"First, how mean of you talking about my personality like that. I'm fine the way I am. Second, as long as it's reasonable, you say. So having you as a maid for my evil organization...?" Kokichi asked.
"Impossible," Kirumi said decisively, "I am sorry but I feel it quite unreasonable for me to work with such an organization so I humbly decline."
"Boo. At least pretend to think about it," Kokichi said, pouting.
"My apologies," Kirumi said, a small smile now forming on her face, "Anyway, we have strayed from the original topic. Whenever you are ready..."
From then on was questions, there were allergies:
"Oh, I'm terribly allergic to maids. That's why my organization hires butlers, much to the joy of my female subordinates. Of course, I stop being allergic to them when they decide to become my mom instead," Kokichi said.
"Ouma-kun..." Kirumi said.
"Sheesh, fine, fine. That's a a lie, I'm allergic to butlers!"
"... So, you have no allergies. And frankly, can't you take this seriously?" Kirumi asked.
"Frankly, never," Kokichi chirped back.
Favorite food:
"You even have to ask? It's Panta!" Kokichi declared earnestly.
"You do know that Panta, a fizzy beverage, is a drink, not food," Kirumi said.
"What? I can drink it all day just to fill my little tummy. It's just too good..." Kokichi said.
"That is not healthy, Ouma-kun," Kirumi said bluntly, "But I repeat myself, do you have a favorite food?"
"Hmm... I won't say no to those cakes," Kokichi said, eating another slice, "They are so good."
"While eating cake in moderation is fine, in excess, it is unhealthy. But I will note your preference."
"And you said you are not a mom," Kokichi said.
"... I am not going to repeat my mom vs maid speech, Ouma-kun," Kirumi said, "At least think that over before you insinuate anything motherly about me."
"Nishishi," Kokichi laughed, unbothered by the annoyance in Kirumi's voice, "I might keep that in mind, but that's a lie~ Mmm... what I care more about are those cakes. They would be seriously great for my tea parties!"
"A tea party you say?" Kirumi asked.
"Yeah, these cakes would really go well with tea and with my organization, we have crazy sweet tooths so we value our tea parties like a ritual. And as their leader, I take my tea parties very seriously," Kokichi said.
"Is this going to lead to a request, Ouma-kun?" Kirumi asked.
"Hmm, if that's how you want to take it~ As we make tea time with each other, have fun and relax together. During my tea times, you have to take part in them too and enjoy yourself,
OK? It would be boring to have a tea party for one. I want to have lots and lots of fun here in Hope's Peak after all," Kokichi said, his hands in the air and a smile on his face.
"... I will make note of it, Ouma-kun," Kirumi finally said, jotting something down on the notebook.
Detergent preference:
"What do you even need to know that for?" Kokichi asked.
"I have an obligation to do your laundry," Kirumi said.
"That was a weird sentence, even coming from a maid like you, Toujou-chan," Kokichi said.
"My apologies, that might have come out wrong," Kirumi apologized, "But it is about as expected of a maid and I am obliged to my duties. Thus, I'm obliged to cook, clean and do laundry among many of my other maid duties if anyone so requests from me."
"Wouldn't that make you a busy bee? What happened to free time and relaxation?" Kokichi asked.
"I appreciate your concern but a maid must serve when she is needed, and I actually take no greater pleasure than satisfying my masters with the work they expect from me."
"Sheesh... you need a life," Kokichi said.
"I would advice you not to judge someone so rudely like that. As the idiom of 'one man's trash is another man's treasure' goes, what might be my pleasure might not be yours and vice versa. In other words, you cannot put your own standards on other people like that, Ouma-kun."
"Hmph, but if it were someone like Akamatsu-chan or Momota-chan, I feel like you wouldn't mind those standards on you, don't you?" Kokichi pouted.
He was scolded too much today, but if he didn't want it in the first place, he shouldn't have bothered lying and teasing so much. But that was like asking the planet to stop rotating so it was inevitable.
Kirumi let out a small laugh before saying, "Yes, I do see your point when you said Akamatsu-san and Momota-kun would put on standards for me, even from the picnic and class yesterday, they do give off the feeling of positive people who spread it around."
"You only known them for two days and you already observed that much about them," Kokichi marveled.
"Just like you, I presume. Is it not surprising in our occupations as a maid and supreme leader?" Kirumi asked.
"Yay, Toujou-chan acknowledges me as a supreme leader," Kokichi cheered, "But you didn't answer my questions. What if Akamatsu-chan and Momota-chan were to push their standards on you?"
"It depends," Kirumi said, "I would first listen to their explanations about their standards on me. If I deem it good advice that doesn't go against my code and if I can improve from it, I would take note of it. Otherwise, I would politely decline it."
"But you just flat out rejected what I said," Kokichi pointed out.
"That was simply because you were rude and since you have been leading me around with so many nonsensical things, I simply assumed that it was just another among the many," Kirumi said.
"Rude. I'm perfectly capable of giving great advice that is totally not nonsense to people. What I said to you is really from the bottom of my heart, swearsies. After all, you might be a maid but you are also a person. And as a person, as an individual, you are allowed to live your own life instead of being a side character of other people's," Kokichi said.
"My, my," Kirumi said, after a bout of silence, "Maybe your Ultimate Supreme Leader tittle is not for show after all."
"Huh? And I thought you believed in my tittle? Have you been lying to me all this time? Waah, that's so mean," Kokichi faked cried. To her credit, Kirumi didn't react and simply move on with the topic.
"Ahem... excuse me. I was shocked at that moment. We have derailed the actual purpose of the conversation. Please give me the answer to your detergent preference, Ouma-kun," Kirumi said.
"Mmm... I don't really have any. But if you are willing to take requests of what other people's de-"
"No," Kirumi interrupted.
"But I-" Kokichi protested.
"No, I very well know why you would want to switch other people's detergent," Kirumi said, "The laundry doesn't need to be included among your pranks. Spare me from that, at least."
"Dang it," Kokichi mumbled, not surprised by his reputation for pranking despite being here for only a few short days. If they were still blind from his pranking ways after the food fight, group chat and the Leadership Lab incident, they must be all idiots.
Time passed quickly as Kirumi continue to question Kokichi more on his preferences while Kokichi answered switching from fun to serious per usual.
After that back and forth Q & A, Kokichi realised Kirumi really took it upon herself to help her classmates as well as other schoolmates if she could in cooking, cleaning and laundry. It might be because she was a maid and she did say that she enjoyed serving them but Kokichi couldn't comprehend such selflessness. Selflessness to the point of dedication...
"Ouma-kun, now one last thing before I go..." Kirumi said, snapping the notebook shut after her inquiries and the cakes long since eaten, "I'm sure you are wondering about my presence in the Velvet Room."
If Kokichi had drunk something, he would have spat it out. If he had ate something, he would have choked. Thankfully, he neither ate nor drank so none of those things happened that would indicate his surprise. He just never thought Kirumi would bring it up after all this time. Really like a curve ball. Now, he simply smiled freely and said, "Oh, finally getting to the elephant in the room, huh, Toujou-chan? Why didn't you do that in the first place?"
After all, wouldn't that be easier? Getting straight to the point, so why would Kirumi...?
"Oh, it's because I wanted to know you better, and that is why I decided to ask information from you at first. Chatting with you while doing so, I feel like I might understand you better," Kirumi said.
"Understand me better, huh?" Kokichi repeated, "I hope you don't understand me too much or else I might have to feed you with the wolves. There's a reason I'm an Ultimate Supreme Leader of a secret evil organization after all."
Still, he wasn't sure how much Kirumi really knew him through that Q & A. Although Kokichi ended up answering her questions throughout, he still engaged in playful banter, lied a lot and frankly wasted some of Kirumi's time. His work there was done. But he wondered how much Kirumi really did know...?
"Is that so?" Kirumi asked, unbothered by Kokichi's antics, "I think I know you a bit better than before but I doubt that you need to feed me to the wolves because of it. After all, if you did, you wouldn't get to know more about why I am in the Velvet Room."
"Touché," Kokichi said, "So are you going to tell me or what?"
Kirumi smiled, "All in due time, Ouma-kun. After all you need to reach a level 5 friendship to know everything about my true relation of the Velvet Room. But after the time we spent together, you have unlocked the door to the basics."
"Was that some kind of joke, Toujou-chan?" Kokichi asked. Like... level 5 friendship? The usual joke would go about level 10, but it was still a joke. Guess Kirumi can be funny.
"No, I mean that literally. Please check your phone," Kirumi said, "Specifically that special app of yours."
"Let me guess... the Friendship report?" Kokichi asked, fishing for the phone as he checked on the app to see he was spot on. Kirumi smiled on. So, that was what she was referring to, huh?
Kokichi may as well get use to the game references cropping up lately because of the game-like experiences he was having, from that app to the RPG battles in a parallel world. It seemed that spending time with Kirumi updated her friendship report. It was always a little eerie how the app just decided that his friendship with someone increases on the fly and even makes note of Kokichi's thoughts about how he felt when spending time with them. ... This is totally meta by now, but having many game-like experiences these past few days numbed him to the fact. Going with the flow as it suits him, Kokichi now checked the report:
[Empress -> Kirumi (1)]
The maid's mystery deepens but Kokichi felt like he knew her somewhat better, personality wise. ... She definitely is a mom-friend, change his mind! However, it was... scary that she was very devoted to her duties, to her masters when they kept up with their Q & A. He never thought he would ever meet someone so willing to live for others when people are normally selfish for themselves. To add the fact that Kirumi was even willing to serve someone like Kokichi, practically anyone, despite their personality, is... very admirable yet stupid. That does not mean Kirumi doesn't bend over to anyone, having dignity to only uphold reasonable requests since she's always quick to rebut when Kokichi comes up with ridiculous suggestions. He has yet to know so much about her, especially since she now brings up about the Velvet Room and what is her connection to it... to him. (Unlocked: Maid's Support)
"Maid's Support?" Kokichi asked, with raised brow, "But aren't you already like the Ultimate Maid who's supporting all of us due to your duties?"
"Yes, I am the Ultimate Maid... and your Velvet Attendant. By Maid Support, they mean my duties as your attendant. Frankly, I was quite skeptical of your abilities as the Rebel, but you have been starting fine since your first encounter in the Velvet Room and also in collecting your Friendship Fragments. Even collecting mine... when it's not as easy as it seems. You have a way of making people interested in you, have a good time... become curious about you. Those are among the reasons why you could collect those Friendship Fragments."
"Now, with those Friendship Fragments... it's time for you to know more about the Velvet Room and my presence there. Please come with me," Kirumi continued, waving her hand somewhere and when Kokichi looked where she was waving at, he was internally surprised but decided to accept the craziness.
"Since when was a door renovated in this room? I didn't get the memo," Kokichi said casually, inspecting the door that materialized out of nowhere. It even felt like it might as well come out of nowhere with the ethereal vibe it gave and the blue fog surrounding it as if the door would vanish at any moment.
"Do not worry, that is simply a part of the Velvet Room. It is of another world entirely, so common sense would not apply. Doors like these will appear randomly in the real world when you are in need of the Velvet Room. Just come with me. It's time for you to know more about me and the Velvet Room."
Kirumi went to the door. Kokichi followed. Many things that common sense did not apply with happened, so what's one more. This time, he will finally get his answers.
***
In the blink of an eye, Kokichi was once again in the Velvet Room, wearing his straightjacket and sitting on the throne and Kirumi opposite of him, her maid dress replaced by that velvet dress once again, with the large book she did not possess mere seconds ago in her hands. Igor and Kokichi's counterpart, Napolean were nowhere to be seen.
"If you are wondering about my master and Napolean-kun, they are simply away to give us much needed privacy. It has only been a few days, but you have made good process. To continue this, it's time to unlock a new feature of the Velvet Room and as your attendant, it's my duty to oversee it," Kirumi said.
"You've been saying you are my attendant?" Kokichi asked, "I don't know when I hired you, but I'm super glad for my past-self to convince you~ Now, as your master because you want to bee my attendant, be a maid of my organization~"
"No," Kirumi said bluntly, "I do not serve you in that way. I simply serve you personally as your Velvet Room attendant, that comes with it's own perks. To aid in your journey, I present you..."
Kirumi opened her Compendium and three petals of different auras both floated around the book before they flew straight toward Kokichi and went inside him. Gasping, he was more shocked by such events than feeling anything from it. He decided to wait for Kirumi to explain.
"I remember explaining to you right after your first trip from Court about your Friendship Fragments and how you can become stronger by bonding with them. This is the meaning," Kirumi said.
"I don't feel any stronger," Kokichi said, "And I don't under- Ooo~"
Right before he could confess to his lack of understanding, a screen suddenly appeared right before Kokichi who examined right away and was surprised to see three unusual skills:
Trance (Lvl 1)
>Even low combos will increase the tempo (Cost: 10SP, Active: 20 seconds) [Used for (redacted)]
XXX Ray-Googles (Lvl 1)
>Allows enhanced vision for a certain period of time (Cost: 15SP, Active: 5 minute, Cooldown: 1 hour) [Ability: Able to use outside Trials]
Bed Making (Lvl 1)
>SP Gauge recovery (Passive, 1 SP every 15 minutes) [Ability: Able to use outside Trials]
"Hmm, what is this, Toujou-chan?" Kokichi asked, "For Trials, huh? In the Courts."
"Exactly. After all, the Velvet Room's purpose is to aid the Rebel in anyway possible and considering your future run-ins with the Trials, these skills could be useful when beating them. Some skills would just simply be Abilities that could be used throughout the Courts and not limited towards Trials. Of course, each skill depends on the person you have bonded with and the more Friendship Fragments you earn with them, the more those skills will level up," Kirumi said.
"Should be easy enough. I'm a great guy to get along with. Who wouldn't want to befriend this loveable face? I will be OP in no time," Kokichi said, squishing his cheeks a little to sell the 'loveable face' but Kirumi wasn't falling for that.
"As I already told you before, Friendship Fragments aren't easy to obtain. It isn't easy as spending any time with someone and getting them. For example, when you spent time with Hanamura-kun, did you get his Friendship Fragment? When you spent time with me and Gonta-kun yesterday, did any of our Friendship Fragments levelled up?"
Kokichi knew, that the answers to both of those are no. It wasn't surprising that Kirumi saw his interaction with Teruteru since she was at the kitchen too yesterday. He also never obtained a Friendship Fragment from Seiko Kimura even though he had a deal with her in regards to medicine. However, he managed to obtain a Friendship Fragment from Junko Enoshima, who admittedly volunteered herself to help Kokichi out of her mysterious interest of him.
And if levelling up Friendship Fragments were as easy as Kokichi thought, he would already have levelled up Kirumi and Gonta's Friendship Fragments. So as Kiibo's when he spent some time with him before throwing him to the wolves (Miu).
Still, although the 'XXX Ray-Googles' and 'Bed Making that are undoubtedly from Miu and Kirumi respectively were easy enough to understand, he had no idea about 'Trance', which should be Nagito's since he's the only one left that he levelled up the Friendship Fragment. But he didn't get the description, 'Even low combos will increase the tempo'. Don't tell him, during the Trials, there will be some dancing mini game?
"In due time, the skills will make sense to you," Kirumi continued her explanation, answering whatever unasked questions Kokichi might have, "Another thing that you should be aware of your skills will cost. You only got those three skills for free because this is your first time. Afterwards, you have to pay and meet up any requirements that you might come across to level up those skills although that would not affect levelling up your Friendship Fragments."
"Pay?" Kokichi asked, with eyebrows raised, "So all this time, the Velvet Room is actually a scam to get rich. Well, maybe that Igor is in real need of money to-"
"Please do not continue that sentence in anyway unless you want to know the consequences of slandering my Master in front of me," Kirumi said.
"Woah, overprotective much?" Kokichi asked, surprised. Once again, he was surprised by Kirumi's change of demeanor and chose to take it in stride.
"There is so much that I owe to Master Igor. I simply owe a debt of gratitude toward him," Kirumi said, giving a vague answer once again. Being shady was his thing.
"In any case," Kirumi said, bringing the conversation on track, "You are mistaken about the money. The currency in the Velvet Room has usually depended on real-life money for Wild Card's Fusions among other things but this time, you will be paying in Monocoins."
"Monocoins... are you freaking...? I don't even own any of those," Kokichi said.
"Check your phone, next to the amount of money you have," Kirumi said, and Kokichi checked, surprised to see a new addition that he was pretty sure did not appear before.
"10000 Monocoins?" Kokichi asked, wondering what it could be used for.
"Indeed. Do you remember the time that you got many items back in Court? I assumed you tried to sell them?" Kirumi asked.
Oh yeah, Kokichi definitely sold those <old collars>, <torture devices> and numerous other things out to e-Bay and was going to check soon whether any sicko in the night bought them.
"What you sold instantly transferred into Monocoins into your account. You can't actually sell anything from the Twin'verse in this world, so instead it all converts into Monocoins when you tried to sell those items."
"What???? My get rich scheme was a lie all this time? Lies are my thing, damn it! I am not the one who gets lied to. Usually, in games, the player would know all the rules before playing it, but why is it not the same in this case? Are you just trying to turn this into super hard mode?" Kokichi asked.
"In the Velvet Room and as your attendant, it was decided that you will be gradually told things instead of knowing everything at once. You have to prove yourself worthy of the information before it can be given to you. It just so happens that you have passed your first checkpoint which is why I am telling you now," Kirumi said.
"And other than being 'worthy', why couldn't you just tell me everything at once? It would help me get the hang of things all at once. Isn't that what you should be doing as my attendant, if you want me to win the game?" Kokichi asked.
"But what if you truly did not have the skills to win the game? Then, what would be the use of telling you everything at once then, when you are not worthy. The less you know, the easier it would be to erase your memories about the Velvet Room and find a new Rebel," Kirumi answered.
"Erase my memories? You and what eraser?" Kokichi teased, although he wondered the extremity of erasing his memories if he were ever to fail... or more correctly, get a Game Over.
"Oh, I am quite serious about this, Ouma-kun. The stakes have never been higher with the Twin'verse and if you could not handle it, if you lose, then you lose. There will be no second chances. It is better to cut your losses before they become inevitable chains to your doom."
"Nishishi, a harsh assessment from you, Toujou-chan, but lucky for you, I love high stakes. A game wouldn't be fun without a challenge," Kokichi said, not bothered by the new information Kirumi imparted to him. Life was never easy, and expecting otherwise would be foolish. If you want to get on top of life, you just beat all the obstacles in your life without complaining about them because complaining won't get you anywhere.
"I see, Ouma-kun. I think we are done here for today. I will see you-"
"Wait, Toujou-chan," Kokichi stopped her, "Didn't you say at one point that you will answer about your presence in the Velvet Room? Are you going to finally answer that question, or is that a lie? Why are you here? How are you here? And what... are you?"
"I can assure you that I am human, just like you. My presence here does not make me otherworldly like my master. As for why, it is to serve the Rebel, and that is you. It is my master's wishes and I will comply to that. And how... you may need a few more Friendship Fragments for that."
Kirumi then turned away from Kokichi, as she let out parting words, "Goodbye Ouma-kun. If you ever need my services, you know when to call me, as a maid and your attendant."
Then, she left with Kokichi following right ahead. The game has once again progressed, with more questions than answers but that only meant he had to step up his game.
