Stepping out of her apartment building, Alicia didn't have to look long for Nicholas; he was standing by a sleek black car with a charming smile, dressed to impress in a crisp white button-up shirt and dark jeans.

He looked up, his eyes sparkling with warmth as he caught sight of her.

"Alicia! Wow, you look stunning," he said, opening the car door for her.

"Thanks! You clean up pretty well yourself," she replied, blushing as she stepped into the car.
As they drove to the restaurant, the conversation flowed naturally. They chimed in about their recent projects and exchanged stories about their families. The familiar laughter echoed softy in the car and filled the atmosphere with a sweet sense of ease. She loved how easy it felt, how genuine their connection was beginning to turn.

ALDO'S ITALIAN RESTAURANT

When they arrived at the quaint Italian restaurant, candles flickered on each table, and the scent of freshly baked bread wafted through the air. The ambiance felt cozy and intimate, and they were promptly seated at a corner table, its quiet setting perfect for a date.

Nicholas skimmed the menu, his eyebrows raised with delight. "What are you thinking? The pasta here is incredible, but I hear their pizza has a surprising twist. And, of course, we can't skip dessert." Nicholas asked Alicia before she replied with "Definitely dessert! I've heard their tiramisu is to die for." Before returning her gaze to the menu.

Inexplicably drawn to each other, they exchanged stories while they enjoyed their meal. Their laughter crescendoed into moments of gentle teasing, and they shared looks that spoke volumes, hinting at the feelings that bubbled beneath the easy banter.

As they delved into their dishes, Alicia felt hopeful. Nicholas was charming and sweet, and each second spent together felt more meaningful than the last. As they savored their meals, Alicia took a sip of her red wine, relishing the moment. "So, tell me about your friends. I know you're close with Nick, Chris, and Matt, the triplets. How's their YouTube channel doing?"

Nicholas chuckled, running a hand through his hair. "Oh man, it's booming! They're always coming up with wild ideas for videos. Just the other day, they did a challenge where they had to cook a three-course meal using only microwave ingredients. It was absolute chaos — and hilarious to watch."

"Sounds like something I'd want to see," Alicia laughed. "Those three are always up to something. Do they drag you into their antics, too?"

"All the time!" he grinned. "Especially Chris. He always wants me to collab with them, but I can't compete with their humor. They're a triple threat when it comes to comedy!" He took a bite of his pasta before continuing. "Speaking of talents, how are Lilah and Gracie doing? Last I heard, Lilah was gearing up for her big show downtown."

"That's right!" Alicia beamed. "She's been working so hard. I'm really proud of her. Her voice is amazing, and she just landed an opening act for Gracie's tour next month. Talk about a power move! Gracie's been crushing it, too. Her last single went viral and she's been booked solid for the next few months."

Nicholas raised an eyebrow, impressed. "They sound incredible. It seems like your friends are on a roll. I feel like I've just been getting lucky with my acting gigs. Did I tell you about my role in the Menendez Brothers show? Cooper and I had some intense scenes, and it was so cool to work alongside him. We've become pretty good friends."

"I saw a clip online! You were amazing in it!" Alicia said, her eyes sparkling with enthusiasm. "You totally captured the intensity of the role. It was impressive to see you transform like that. How has the whole acting process been treating you?"

"It's been a whirlwind, honestly," he admitted. "Every role feels like a new challenge, but I thrive on that. And having a supportive friend like Cooper around makes it even better. He's got his own success going on with some projects, and we both keep each other grounded through the craziness of it all. Sometimes, I feel like I'm just riding this wave, and I hope it lasts."

Alicia nodded, inspired by his passion. "You deserve every bit of success, Nicholas! Your hard work is really paying off, and it's motivational to see your dedication. I've been busy too, with modeling jobs and auditions. It can be exhausting, but every opportunity feels like a step forward, even if they don't always pan out."

"Definitely! Your drive is admirable. I remember when you showed me that editorial shoot you did a few weeks ago – you looked stunning! You're killing it in the modeling world," he praised, his admiration evident.

"Thanks!" Alicia said, her cheeks flushing. "It feels good to have friends who support each other's dreams. With Lilah, Gracie, the triplets, and you — we've all got our paths, and it's nice to have that shared excitement."

Nicholas nodded, a smile spreading across his face. "Exactly! And who knows what the future holds for us all? Maybe one day, we'll have a chance to collaborate — the singing models and the YouTube stars, all in one epic project!"

Alicia laughed, imagining it. "I'd love that! Our group can take over the entertainment world."
They clinked their glasses together, the promise of endless possibilities hanging in the air as they settled back into their meal, comfortable and excited about the paths ahead.

During dessert, they shared the tiramisu — creamy and rich, a perfect balance to end their meal. The playful back-and-forth of feeding each other bits of dessert heightened their chemistry. Both of them reveled in the moment, as sweetness cascaded from their plates into their hearts.

After finishing the delightful meal, Alicia and Nicholas decided to take a walk along the beach. The evening air was warm, the moon illuminating the soft, rolling waves as they settled into a comfortable rhythm, walking side by side along the shoreline.

"The beach is beautiful at night," Nicholas said, glancing over at Alicia, whose dark hair danced in the gentle breeze.

"Isn't it? The sound of the waves puts everything into perspective."

They paused for a moment, taking in the magnificence of the ocean beneath the stars. The silvery light of the moon reflected on the water, and a sense of calm enveloped them.

"Hey, Alicia," Nicholas said, shifting slightly to look her in the eye. The playfulness that had colored their earlier conversations melted into something more profound. "I just wanted to say that I've really enjoyed tonight."

"Me too," she replied, her stomach fluttering slightly at the intensity of his gaze.

"No, I mean... I've really enjoyed getting to know you. You're incredible, and I find myself wanting to spend more time with you." Nicholas hesitated, drawing in a deep breath. "Alicia, would you consider being my girlfriend?"

Alicia's heart raced, a rush of excitement washing over her. He had asked — the question she had secretly hoped for but never expected to hear so soon. "Really? You mean it?"

"Absolutely," he said, his smile illuminating the dimly lit beach like stars reflected on the water. "I know we've just started this adventure, but I can't help but feel that there's something special between us."

"Yes! Yes, I would love to be your girlfriend!" Alicia exclaimed, her voice barely above a whisper. Nicholas grinned wide, relief and happiness written all over his face.

They stood there for a moment, feelings bubbling up, silence comfortable and filled with promise. Then, without a word, Nicholas reached for her hand, linking their fingers together — two souls intertwined beneath the vastness of the night sky.

As they walked, the world around them faded. The laughter of passersby, the sound of the waves crashing against the shore — everything dimmed to a hum, and all that remained was the two of them. Together they moved closer to the water, letting the gentle waves lap at their feet as they embraced the incredible moment.

"Alicia," Nicholas said, looking down at her with a hint of mischief. "What's your favorite ice cream flavor?"

"Chocolate chip!" she said with a sparkle in her eye. "What about you?"

"Classic vanilla," he replied, and she laughed softly.

"Okay, then. After a romantic dinner and a moonlit stroll on the beach, I guess we can compromise with gelato."

He chuckled and squeezed her hand gently, as they continued walking down the coastline, navigating their new relationship in comfortable silence. Potential and excitement filled the air, as the stars bore witness to the beginning of their journey together.

In that moment, they were writing their own story, one that would evolve with each shared laugh, adventure, and quiet moment beneath the sun and stars. It was a date that promised a future blossoming with possibilities, perfectly intertwined under the Los Angeles sky.

I've started watching the oc and I'm hooked on Ryan Atwood and I literally can't find any or many at all fics for him, so I think I should do my boy justice and make my own one for him.
Babes I also think something is wrong w me bc certain sounds make me feel so weird and irritated that I physically have to leave the space or put my AirPods in to completely block out the sound, is there a condition for that, or am I just overreacting??

I keep adding and adding words one to make the word count higher i don't even know why and to get the story at an even 2h and 40minutes but for some reason it's not going to the clean and even 40 minutes. I have this this where for numbers everything has to end in either a 0 or a 5 it just works so much
