I looked through the glass at the monstrosity. It had been laid on the table like a rotting corpse. It's black soulless eyes were finally shutting. It's eyes were by far its most creepy feature. The eyes have red veins coming out of them and onto the skin creating the feeling that the creature cries blood.

It had a thin white body. You could see every deformed bone. It was human like but, the bones seemed weirdly mixed with other animals. It was so very skinny that you'd think it would have died by starvation. The scientists say they'll fix that problem. They should just end this program. It's not helping anybody.

"Rave report to Subject 37 we need an extra hand. Thank you have a nice day." Boomed the loud speaker in the corner of the large room.

"Great."

I turned left towards the door. I closed my eyes and took a deep breath.

I opened my eyes and I shook my body trying to get out of my naïve trance. Obviously Walter had to be right. He just seems to always be right when it comes to theses things. This is the way we have to go. I kept telling myself this as if I'd finally believe it as a fact.

I began to walk out of the room I was in. I walked into the white color hallway and headed towards subject 37's room. The hall seemed vastly, long and never ending. I walked a short distance then I took a right to the door way of the room. However before I could enter I took another deep breath.

Metal door swung open and I saw subject 37 laying on the table. All the other doctors are working very very hard on making sure it survives. They were pumping red, green, and yellow, liquids into it's body to ensure its strength, hunger, and thirst, were at appropriate levels.

"Dr. Rave! I'm glad you could come here so swiftly. As you can see we need desperate help keeping its vitals at normal range and also making sure it has enough food and water."

"* sigh* what do you want? I have more important things to do than to deal with this monstrosity."

"Monstrosity?!? This is a work of art, do you even know what we stand for anymore? Let me remind you OK? We are here to insure that humanity has a better future. If you can't except that I expect you to get out of my room and leave this Organization. But I really need your help right now so you're going to stay and listen to what I have to say! Are we in and understanding?"

"Better for humanities future? How does this help us at all? Have you become insane Capana?"

"No! I'm not insane, I just know what's best. And this helps humanities future by showing the world that we can create, better things so humanity can survive when food runs out. When that day finally comes we will have animals that we can slaughter and give food to people because, we have genetically made them. Then we can feed the overpopulating human life, so they can survive!"

"Still that does not explain why we are creating a monster. We could've just made a genetically made cow or steer in this case. This monster why would we even use for food of her brittle its bones are, and how little meat it has on those bones!"

"That's why we called you down here! We are trying to make his bones stronger and have more meat on it! Now we stop argue with me and listen to what I have to say about what we are doing?"

I folded my arms and gave her a stern disappointed look. Then without saying a single word I moved my head up and down. I decided at that moment to walk fully into the room and examine the monster.

"You need to give it a weakness. How do we know once we have create that we can actually kill it?"

"He's got a point Capana" said the male helper in the room. He had a nervous tone, and he appeared as if he was intimidated. I don't know if it's by me, Capana, or the monster. I just knew he was scared, his eyes were looking around everywhere frantically.

Capana had her hands into fists and you could here the sound of her surgical gloves crackling.

"Fine! What should the weakness be then, because apparently no you're the expert!"

"We can make it irritated or weakened by light. That way if it was ever to escape all we had to do was turn the lights on and it would be gone." The Man in the corner shrunk down as he said that in fear.

I liked the idea. It made perfect logical sense. I was nervous for the boy. Capana isn't the most likable person and she doesn't like other people's plans. So there's only 25% chance that she'll even think about a yes. That's probably why I was so shocked when she said that is is an amazing idea.

"Then how are you going to make it, so that it gets harmed by the light?"

"Well obviously we will have to implement albino genes into it however, we will have to make a more severe form of this mutation. We may need tons of those mutated genes so it's skin will bubble up when light touches it. But that has to be when we're done with this project, we can't have that implemented yet due to us working on it, because otherwise it would die."

After our lovely discussion we got hard at work. We pumped many nutrients, muscle fibers, genes, and more into it but, amazingly we were almost done!

"Why did you guys call me down here? You seem to have this all figured out."

"We figured you would have more ideas on this project. Lucky for us you said a few good ideas and gave us an extra hand."

I looked at the monster, it seemed very menacing and dangerous but, I grew to like it! It was my creation I made it myself. I mean it's not like we are going to use it to kill anyone.

"I'm sorry but I must return to my office. Those files aren't going to do themselves."

I laughed and walked out of the room and headed into the office sector.

I walk through the white hallway passing by many doctors in equally white lab coats. After what felt like a eternity I got to my office door. I walked into it and I probably read maybe one paper when I heard a siren go off. The speaker boomed out a loud sentence.

"Containment Breach! Containment Breach! Sector Six is now off limits to doctors! I repeat! Containment Breach! Containment Breach! Sector Six is now off limits to doctors!"

I couldn't believe my ears! What escaped!
