With the news of the first baby on the way, the pressure was on to finish the clinic, so the queen would have a safe and sterile place to give birth. His Bones was more than happy to help and enlisted the help of the brothers, Dust, Blue, and Ink, whenever the other two former Star Sanses were around. With all that help, it seemed that the clinic was done in no time. Taylor smiled proudly at their work as they looked at the two bedroom house turned hospital. Taylor was no surgeon. If big operations were needed, they would have to leave Dreamtale... but he could at least take care of the daily lives of their people. Horror lumbered up from behind him and pulled Taylor into his ribcage. "it looks amazing... ya ready to work in it tomorrow?" Taylor nodded eagerly, turning in Horror's arms so he could hold him back. "I really am! I can do an ultrasound on Sydney tomorrow to check on the baby, then see what I can do to help Lilly! After that, I can -" Horror kissed his mate softly. "sounds like a full day... ya wanna just focus on tonight? celebrate?" Taylor nodded eagerly before pulling Horror into another kiss.

The pair kept to activities that wouldn't impair Taylor's first day on the job. He watched the king and queen's faces light up at the first look of their baby's ultrasound and got Dust a new prescription of medicine for Lilly. He got to look at his lover and see just how much healthier he'd gotten and check up on Nightmare per his request. Once all that was done, Horror led Taylor across the street. "'m gonna work here... feed your patients." Horror declared and looked at Taylor. Taylor smiled at him with a huge grin. "I'll help! Whenever I don't have a patient, I can come over and help with renovations and stuff! I will eat here for my lunch break, too -" Horror's grin grew, and he kissed Taylor affectionately. "glad you approve..." So the team was assembled once more for the diner, and this time, if there were any work related injuries, they went across the street for treatment. It kept the two busy for the remainder or Sidney's pregnancy and three days before the diner was finished... Nightmare Jr. was born. Another cause for celebration in the whole town.

Taylor, of course, was there for Horror's grand opening, and he felt that Horror saved his extra special recipes for this because wow! Everyone thought so. He could see it on their faces as he started to head to the clinic. Horror fell in line with him, and they headed over together. "Dropping me off, Bones? How sweet~" Taylor purred, and they shared a kiss. "yes and no... i wanted to show you something... inside." Taylor raised a curious brow but nodded and led the way in. Horror led Taylor straight to the examination room and hopped up on the examination table. "Bones..?" Taylor became uneasy, worried that something happened. "Horror... is something wrong?" Taylor asked and Horror relived him by shaking his head. "no, something's right!" Horror was grinning excitedly as he pulled off his shirt, exposing his soul to a quickly flustering Taylor, but something caught his eye to make him freeze. A small string of red magic, dangling off his cracked and brightening soul. Most humans would've been confused, but having worked in monster health before all this... "Y-you're pregnant?" Horror nodded quickly and Taylor was on him so fast, hugging and kissing him. What a marvelous surprise!
