Chapter 64
"So, what are yall going to do while we are gone?" Avi asks as he puts the last suitcase into the trunk.
"Uh, probably help Eddie clean up the bar. That is after we recuperate from these hangovers we have." Tim says with a slight smile.
"Yeah, that wedding party was great wasn't it." Avi chuckles.
"I just wish I could remember it." Kirstie moans putting a small suitcase inside the car. "Just hope I didn't do anything embarrassing."
"Well, the belly dancing you did on the dance floor was very nice." Tim says and gives her a fake smile.
"WHAT!!??" Kirstie shouts. "YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!"
"OH! Please don't yell." Adam groans as he grabs his throbbing head.
"You weren't belly dancing." Avi chuckles, shaking his head.
"How would you know? You, Chance and Austin were too busy trying to dance the Limbo." Tim chuckles.
"So THATS why my back is hurting." Austin laughs. He, himself, didn't drink that much and knew that Tim was just joking with them.
"Did I do it?" Avi asks. "The Limbo that is."
"No, you fell flat on your ass. Now, get in the car. You guys have a plane to catch." Tim laughs.
"Are you going to look for Bass Cannon while we're gone?" Avi asks as he hugs Tim bye.
"If it's that important to you, yes, Adam and I will go to the house and see if we can find it." Tim answers.
"It's very important." Avi nods. "That stick means a lot to me."
"Well, then. I promise I'll try my best to find it for you." Tim smiles.
"Thanks. Love ya." Avi says giving Tim a very sloppy kiss.
"GEEZ! AVI!!" Tim growls loudly as he wipes his mouth with the back of his hand.
Avi and Kirstie hug each of the guys, telling them bye.
"WE'LL MISS YALL!" Kirstie yells and waves as they drive away. "LOVE YA!!!"
"Well, it'll definitely be quieter." Chris smiles as he waves.
"Yep, we need to enjoy the peace and quiet for the short time he's gone." Tim nods.
"Y'all are terrible." Adam laughs as they head back inside.
"Just wait till he gets back. He'll be really hyped." Chance laughs.
"That's a scary thought." Tim frowns.
The next morning, Eddie sent Tim a text telling him that he and Esther were at the bar and was ready to start with the cleaning. After breakfast, they all got ready. Dressing in just jeans and tee shirts. Knowing it was going to be a filthy job.
With Avi and Kirstie on their honeymoon and Nate working, there was no need to take two vehicles. So the five of them loaded into Tim's Charger and headed for the bar.
Eddie unlocks the door as he sees them pull into a parking place.
"There's my cleaning crew." He laughs as they get out of the car.
"You know I'm allergic to dust and dirt, right?" Tim says with a raised brow.
"Seriously? With as many people as you dug graves for? I doubt that very seriously." Eddie laughs, locking the door behind them.
"Thought I would give it a shot." Tim chuckles as he looks around at all the cleaning supplies that Esther had brought. "But I draw the line when it comes to cleaning toilets."
"Esther is cleaning the bathrooms as we speak." Eddie says.
"So. Where do we start?" Chris asks.
"Well, all the glasses need washing. There's a dishwasher in the back. The shelves all need wiping off, the bar, pool tables, tables, chairs. You name it." Eddie shrugs.
"Hey, guys." Esther smiles as she comes out of one of the ladies bathroom. She had her hair tied in a messy bun, wearing jeans and a Budweiser tee shirt. She was carrying a bucket of cleaning solution and was wearing rubber gloves.
"So how bad are they?" Eddie asks.
"Actually, they're not that bad. Thank God." Esther laughs.
Austin begins to gather all the glasses from the bar to put into the dishwasher, emptying the shelves so Chance could start cleaning them.
Tim and Adam begin to wipe down all the tables, chairs and bar stools. Chris dusted and cleaned the pictures and decor on the walls while Eddie wiped and polished the pool tables.
They were interrupted by a knocking on the front door. They all stop and look to the front door. Peeking through the window with a huge grin and waving was a bearded man with glasses.
"Well, I'll be damn." Tim chuckles.
"Do you know him?" Esther asks, staring at the jolly man.
"Actually, yeah. That's Rob Lundquist. The man I bought the guns from." Tim says as he heads to the door.
"Well, it is you. The one and only, Tim Foust. How the heck are you?" Rob chuckles as Tim opens the door to let him in.
"I'm doing great. Just a little surprised to see you. How'd you know where to find us?" Tim asks with furrowed brows, locking the door behind them.
"Kelsey and I own a cabin up here in the mountains. You might say that we had to take a permanent vacation." Rob chuckles. "Actually, I just came to town to pick up a few things and saw your car with the 'FOUST' license plate. So, is this your place?"
"No, it's Eddie's. We're just helping clean up." Tim answers.
"So you and Kelsey are living up here now. That's awesome." Chance smiles as he shakes his friend's hand.
"Yep. We live a few miles from that lodge." Rob says with a smile.
"No kidding?" Chance laughs. "We all live at the lodge. Tim bought it."
"How cool is that." Rob laughs. "We're neighbors."

"You alright?" Kirstie asks as she takes her husband by the hand. "You've been awfully quiet."
Avi had been sitting by the window of the plane, staring mindlessly at the clouds below them.
"Yeah, I'm fine. I just miss the guys." Avi pouts.
"Sweetheart, we've only been gone a few hours." She smiles as she gently squeezes his hand.
"I know." Avi yawns as he lays his head on her shoulder. "I just wish they were all here."
"Listen. I love those guys too. But I really don't want them on our honeymoon with us." Kirstie smiles.
"True." Avi chuckles. "So how did it feel to be living in a house with a bunch of guys being the only girl before Esther moves in?"
"Safe." Kirstie answers with a nod.
"Really?" Avi raises his head giving her a confused look. "Baby, we never know what lies around the next corner. Trouble always seems to find us. Yeah, it's quiet now but nothing has changed. Chris, Chance, Adam and Tim are still packing their weapons no matter where they go. They're still looking over their shoulders."
"That's why I feel safe. I know if trouble arises, those guys will do everything in their power to keep us all safe." Kirstie says softly. "It's good that they haven't let their guard down."
"Ladies and Gentleman, this is your captain speaking. We will be landing at the Honolulu International Airport in fifteen minutes. Thank you."
"I'm so excited." Kirstie giggles.
"Me too. We're fixing to have sex." Avi laughs.
