"Are you serious, Timbo?" Avi shivers from the cold.

"Serious as I sitting here freezing my *ss off." Tim says. "Kendricks called this morning to see how we were making it. I told him about us not having any heat. He got to giving me this lame excuse of him being too old to take care of the place."

Adam lays his head back on Tim's back, smiling to himself at how cold hearted his lover tried to act at times. But he knew the real Tim.

"So, I asked him if he would be willing to sell the place." Tim continues. "And he jumped at the idea."

"Are you gonna buy it?" Avi asked in the style of an excited child.

"Well, it did cross my mind since we're not able to go back home. That's why I was kinda asking you guys opinion." Tim says.

"Does it include the land and everything on the property?" Chance asks.

"Everything that we are looking at right now." Tim answers. "He's just eager to get rid of everything."

Avi opens his mouth to speak but Tim beats him to it.

"Yes, Avi. It includes the storage building and everything inside." Tim smiles.

Avi nods and smiles as he runs his hand over the snowmobile he was sitting on.

"I would imagine that it's got a pretty outrageous price tag." Chris adds.

"Yeah, but that's understandable. Look at all the land we'd be getting. Lake, woods, everything." Tim says. "It's no big deal." He shrugs.

"Just how rich are you?" Adam asks, raising his head.

Tim looks over his shoulder at him with a slight smirk.

"So, I need an answer." Tim says, ignoring Adam's question.

"Well, I hate to be a party pooper but I have a business to runAs." Eddie says. "Some of us weren't born with a silver spoon in their mouth and has to work for a living."

"Sell it and look for a place in town." Austin suggests.

"It's just not that simple, Kid. And what about your music store?" Eddie asks.

"As of right now, Gone out of business." Austin laughs.

"You don't have a house that's waiting to kill you either." Avi says. "We don't have a choice."

"Alright, Eddie, I understand what you're saying." Tim says, crossing his arms and leaning back against Adam. "Why don't you and Esther, when yall go home, just give it some thought."

"And in the meantime, we can check the town nearby for buildings for sale." Chris adds.

"By a show of hands, all in favor?" Tim asks.

Chance, Austin, Chris, Avi and Kirstie raised their hands. Adam reaches around in front of Tim to show him his raised hand.

"Okay, I'll give Kendricks a call and make the deal." Tim smiles.

"But we also need heat." Adam says, propping his chin on Tim's shoulder.

"True. We need a generator large enough to run the whole house if the power goes out again." Tim says.

"I can look online and see what's available." Kirstie offers. 

Tim nods as he lights another cigarette.

"Yeah, you can take care of that for me." Tim says.

"You trying to get in good with the boss?" Avi chuckles looking around at his fiance'.

"No, I just like shopping." She laughs.

"Y'all are rushing things aren't you? You don't even know if you got the place yet." Eddie chuckles.

"Don't I usually get what I want, Eddie?" Tim smirks.

"You're such an *sshole." Eddie laughs. "Let's go back to the lodge. I'm freezing."

"Yeah, maybe they have our electricity back on so maybe we have some heat." Adam says as he hugs closer to Tim.

"I think I'm gonna cruise around a little more to check out the place." Chris says.

"We may join you if you don't care." Chance says.

"Y'all kinda scope out the perimeter to see where we might need security cameras." Tim says.

"You got it." Chris says as he, Chance and Austin takes off on their snowmobiles.

"Security cameras? Do you never relax for one minute?" Esther smiles shaking her head.

"I don't like trespassers." Tim shrugs as he starts his snowmobile.

After putting the snowmobiles away, they walk into the house, greeted by warm air.

"Hallelujah! We have heat!" Avi says as he plops down on the couch.

"Don't get too comfortable. We have a mess to clean up." Tim says, looking at all the blankets and pillows thrown around the living room floor.

"Me, Avi and Eddie will get this cleaned up. You go call Mr. Kendricks and get the ball rolling." Adam says.

"Kirstie and I will go fix something to eat since we have electricity again. And we haven't had anything decent to eat today." Esther says.

"Sounds like a plan to me. I'm starved." Avi says jumping up from the couch and begins to pick up blankets.

Tim goes to the library to have peace and quiet so he could talk business with Mr. Kendricks.

The others get busy in the living room and kitchen.

Tim was finished with his business deal and exited the library. The living room was spotless. He heard voices coming from the dining room where everyone had gathered.

Chance, Austin and Chris had returned and the girls were placing the fixings for tacos on the large dining room table.

Everyone hushes and looks at Tim as he walks in. His face showing no signs that they could read.

He sits down between Adam and Avi, looking up, he sees all eyes on him.

"What?" Tim asks as he reaches for a taco shell.

"Well?" Adam asks anxiously. "Do we have the house?"

"Can I not eat first? I'm starving." Tim says with a smirk on his face.

"No." Avi says grabbing the taco shell from him. "Answer the question, is it ours?"

"I made an offer he couldn't refuse. He jumped on it." Tim smiles. 

"YES!!" Adam and Avi scream out, both grabbing Tim and placing kisses on his cheeks.

Everyone around the table clapped and cheered.

"I'm supposed to meet him in town tomorrow with his lawyer to sign all the papers and seal the deal." Tim tells them.

"Considering I only brought enough clothes for a week or two, I need to go back home and get the rest of my clothes, put all my stuff in storage and turn my key in." Chance says.

"Yeah, all my clothes are at your house." Austin says to him.

"I need to go do the same." Chris says.

"We can't go back. So I guess you know what that means." Avi says looking around at Kirstie who had a huge smile on her face.

"Shopping for new clothes." She giggles.

"I had to buy new clothes after the house burnt, now I'm having to buy new clothes again. This is really getting old." Tim says, shaking his head.

"What are we supposed to do with our house?" Kirstie asks.

She's answered only by shrugs of shoulders.

"It's not like we could sell it, the buyers could get attacked or even killed." Avi says.

"Yeah, I would just leave it like it sets." Tim says.

"That's really sad too." Avi says. "I put a lot of work into that house. All my dragon stuff."

"You brave enough to go in and get it?" Tim asks with a raised brow.

"Hell no." Avi chuckles. "They can have it."

"I thought so." Tim says. "Now, can I have my taco shell back?"
