"nice." Reflect huffs, glaring at Jazz and walking over to the console in Optimus office.

"I didn't do it." Jazz mumbles. Reflect glares him down, growling quietly. he shifts Echo into his other arm, carefully leaning her on his chestplates on her stomach, making sure she's not practically standing on her brother. Reflect adjusts the sparklings, getting them to quiet down a little, before he heaves a sigh and answers Tessa's call. he immediately puts his free servo onto Echos back gently.

the teen looks miserable, like she's been sobbing.

"Tessa?" Reflect asks, worriedly.

"I-I don't know what to do but its been a long time and I thought he'd come back but he hasn't!" Tessa sobs. Reflect nods, sighing softly. his attitude shifts immediately, from annoyed to worried dad.

"this is about Mirage, right?" Reflect ask.

"yes! I can't find him!" Tessa sobs.

"okay. its alright. honey take a big deep breath and listen to me, alright? listen to me Tessa. its alright. I want you to take a deep breath, hold and then let it out. can you do that?" Reflect ask softly. Tessa nods and sniffles softly.

"I-I... what if he's out there hurt somewhere?" Tessa asks.

"I want you to focus on my voice, alright? I wasn't aware that no one told you of the situation. we know where Mirage is. he is perfectly safe and in one piece." Reflect assures gently. Tessa sniffles looking confused.

"d-did he get called away on a surprise mission?" Tessa asks.

"well, sort of. okay I assume you took both him and Jolt shopping the say he went missing, hmm?" Reflect ask.

"he followed. he always follows if he's not driving me." Tessa mumbles.

"yeah. I figured. okay kiddo, listen to me, alright? listen and remember he's okay." Reflect soothes. Tessa nods watching him. "okay, Mirage got stolen. a young man broken in and hot wired him, but he's okay. the kid that broken into him was trying to get money for medical bills for his brother. Mirage is okay, he's just been assigned to this kid." Reflect assures.

"stolen?" Tessa ask. Reflect nods. "is this guy alright?" Tessa ask.

"sort of. the Autobots are working on getting the government to cover his little brothers medical stuff. I actually saw Mirage this morning, because we had to take the little brother to the hospital. he's out, but Mirage is making sure they stay safe now." Reflect assures. Tessa nods and wipes at her face.

"okay. okay. I just... I got worried. he leaves but he's never gone for longer than a day. he goes out and stretches then Jolt goes for a stretch. they take turns. I just... got scared something happened like a Decepticon attack or something...." Tessa says softly. Reflect smiles at her gently.

"he's alright. I promise you. now its late your father would be upset you're not in bed yet. go calm down, get you some rest, and I'll get in contact with Mirage to get him to let you know he's alright, sound good?" Reflect ask. Tessa nods.

"yeah sounds good. thanks." Tessa murmurs, hanging up. Reflect sighs softly to himself. he turns his head. Echo is sound asleep, head on his chestplates, the only thing keeping her from standing on her brother is Reflects servo on her back. Remix is half asleep, still chewing on his chestplate armor, right next to Echos foot.

"okay come on you two, time for you to get some recharge." Reflect murmurs, heading out of Optimus' office. he decides to com Mirage while on his way back to his and Ironhides room.

"Mirage?"

"Reflect? yo, whats up man, uh, sir?"

"don't call me sir. I need you to get a hold of Tessa and let her know you're alright. she's been really worried about you. Optimus didn't let her know you had a new charge."

"I'll get a hold of her now."

"thank you."

Reflect hums you are my sunshine to the sparklings softly.

he enters the room and sighs, heading the sparklings in their room. he gently lays Echo on her belly on the berth, carefully tucking her previously chosen plush with her.

"you are my sunshine, my only sunshine." Reflect murmurs softly, making sure she's got everything she needs. he shifts Remix, who is sound asleep by now, and lays him on the berth on his back gently. "you make me happy, when skies are gray." Reflect says softly, nuzzling his little sparkling gently. he kisses both of their heads, tucking Remix's chosen toy in with the sparkling as well. "you'll never no dear, how much I love you." Reflect murmurs, smiling at the sparklings.

he heads out of the sparkling room, locking the sparklings door open. he heads over to the door to his and Ironhides room, locking it shut.

doors locked. the sparklings are in their room.

alright baby, I'll keep that in mind. get some rest.

Reflect lays on their berth and settles down for recharge.

when he wakes up the next morning, he sees someone enter the sparkling room. the sparklings are quiet and no one should be in the sparkling room, especially this early in the morning. Reflect jerks up immediately, on high alert and weapons drawn. he runs over growling.

"you better get the fuck away from my sparklings before I- Ironhide?" Reflect asks, pausing. Ironhide turns to face him, giving him a small smile.

"I got off early this morning. my replacement had to go in early as punishment." Ironhide murmurs, walking over to Reflect. Ironhide wraps his arms gently around Reflect, smiling, and kissing his head. "I didn't mean to scare you baby." Ironhide says softly. Reflect relaxes immediately and leans against him.

"no... no its okay. I just... I got scared you were Hot Rod or Crosshairs or something." Reflect says softly. Ironhide smiles at him. "sorry I came at you with a gun." Reflect snorts. Ironhide shakes his head, chuckling.

"I just wanted to check on them. I'm sorry." Ironhide murmurs, letting go. Reflect nods a little, following his bondmate to their berth. Ironhide lays down, looking over at Reflect. Autobot or not, he still has the same sleepy look on his face Will used to give him when he got woken up early. "gonna stare at me or you gonna join me?" Ironhide ask. Reflect nods a little and walks over, climbing up onto the berth. he climbs over Ironhide, the bigger laying on his back, and lays himself on his bonded. he lays his head on Ironhides chest, hugging the mech tightly and sighing softly.

"mmm I'll join you." Reflect mumbles softly. Ironhide chuckles, wrapping his arms around the mech.

"comfy baby?" Ironhide ask. Reflect nods against his chest.

"yeah, but I can get off if you don't like it." Reflect mumbles.

"I love it." Ironhide says firmly. he kisses the mech on his head and smiles. he holds his bondmate tightly. "don't you dare get off me. you lay right here with me." Ironhide murmurs. Reflect smiles, engine purring softly. he nuzzles against Ironhide and lets the mech hold him tightly.

"what time is it?" Reflect mumbles.

"time for you to check your internal clock." Ironhide grumbles. Reflect lifts his head and glares at him.

"that requires starting systems I'm just going to shut back down to get more recharge." Reflect grumbles. Ironhide snorts softly.

"its 5 AM. got off three hours early." Ironhide murmurs.

"I'll have to leave in like 2 hours." Reflect says.

"thats fine." Ironhide assures. Reflects engine purrs, nuzzling his face against Ironhides chest. it leaves gray streaks on the mechs chest plates and black streaks on Reflects cheek, but neither seem to care. a little washing solvent would take care of that.

they both settle down for recharge, Reflect setting an internal alarm to wake him up.

Reflect wakes at 7AM, carefully separating himself from Ironhide. he manages to get up without waking his bonded. he looks tired, but quickly checks his sparklings, just to make sure they're alright.

"hi baby boy." Reflect murmurs, smiling. he scoops up Remix gently. the little sparkling giggles, chewing happily on the Ratchet toy. "you wanna go with me? wanna come see Noah with me?" Reflect ask. Remix chirps happily. "yeah okay. we'll grab a couple of cubes and go meet Noah and Mirage." Reflect murmurs. he subspaces a few sparkling cubes, and a cube for himself, before cuddling Remix and heading out.

"we're here."

"awesome, you're on time for once Mirage, meet in Optimus' office."

"you don't have an office?"

"I used Optimus' when he was out while I was carrying. he has a nice comfy chair."

"alright."

Reflect knocks on Optimus' door, walking in. Optimus looks up, confused. Cade is sitting on his desk, project in his lap.

"hey, I need to steal your office for a bit, if its not too much trouble, well, I need to steal you for a bit too." Reflect says.

"whats up big guy?" Cade asks, curiously.

"Noah and Mirage are coming in today." Reflect frowns. Optimus nods.

"right. I forgot." Optimus frowns. Cade stands up, letting Optimus scoop him and his stuff up, before putting it on the ground. "apologies Cade-" Optimus starts.

"don't worry about it Big Rig." Cade assures, heading out of the office.

"sorry Optimus." Reflect says.

"its alright. he's just fixing a datapad for me." Optimus says. Reflect makes his way inside, cuddling Remix gently. the sparkling is purring quietly, sipping his cube happily.

"you sure? I can have the meeting with Noah in another room." Reflect offers.

"no its alright. I promise. I can meet back up with Cade later." Optimus assures. Reflect nods, shifting Remix carefully. he doesn't want to hurt the sparkling by startling him into choking. Remix tilts his head back some to look up at his carrier, chirping around his cube.

"shhh. you drink your cube and keep quiet." Reflect murmurs.

"no Echo?" Optimus ask. Reflect shakes his head.

"nah. she's still sleeping. I left her with Ironhide, he's sleeping too, but hopefully he'll hear her cry." Reflect snorts. he cuddles Remix, thinking a moment.

"hey Sides, if you happen by me and Ironhides room, listen to make sure Echo isn't crying. I left her with Hide because they're both asleep."

"sure thing Reef."

Reflect huffs making Optimus raise an optic ridge.

"something wrong?" Optimus ask.

"everyone keeps calling me 'Reef', as if Reflect is too long. at least I'm not running around making people call me Reflection Prime. Primus. do I look like a reef?" Reflect grumbles. Optimus shakes his head. he understands his fellow Prime is just tired and a little cranky. Reflect has what humans refer to as 'baby brain', Optimus won't hold it against him.

"are Noah and Mirage here?" Optimus ask. Reflect nods.

"they arrived about two minutes ago and are heading our way." Reflect says. he tosses the empty sparkling cube into the bin beside Optimus' desk. he shifts Remix into a sitting position, watches his son rub his little optics. the little sparkling squeaks quietly, little engine purring as he cuddles to Reflect, but watches Optimus curiously.

"hello little one." Optimus waves. Remix tilts his head curiously, chewing on the Ratchet toy he loved so much.

"heyo!" Mirage grins, slamming the door open. Reflect immediately jumps, whips around, grabs Mirage and throws him against the wall of Optimus' office. thankfully Noah had chosen to walk and wasn't injured in the instinctive ass kicking. Mirage sinks to the floor, groaning and rubbing his head.

"holy shit." Noah mutters.

"what the fuck Reflect?" Mirage glares.

"everyone take it easy." Optimus jumps in quickly, getting up and heading over to Mirage.

"sorry." Reflect says quickly, stepping back. he immediately looks apologetic. "I.. I didn't realize..." Reflect says, cuddling his sparkling.

"everyone relax." Optimus says gently. Remix giggles happily. the little sparkling is laughing and clapping his little servos, enjoying the commotion. Reflect clutches his sparkling tightly to his chest. he hadn't expected Mirage to come flying in and startling him. he hadn't expected it! he didn't mean to throw Mirage. the anxiety in his spark is almost crushing. Optimus helps Mirage up carefully.

"I told you that was a bad idea." Noah frowns.

"I didn't think he'd throw me!" Mirage pouts.

"Mirage, I know you got the notice not to sneak up on nor challenge Reflect. he just sparked the twins and is still recovering. you know carriers tend to be... test for a few months after sparklings are sparked." Optimus warns, glaring him.

"I didn't think he was gonna bust my ass like I was a Con!" Mirage huffs.

"Mirage, I... I-I'm so sorry. I..." Reflect tries. thats it, he can't be in here. he can't believe he did that! he backs out of the room, carefully stepping over Noah and heads down the hallway quickly. he can't go to his and Ironhides room, one sparkling and his bondmate are still sleeping, but he needs to calm down so he can think rationally.

he runs into the medbay, looking distraught, shoves Remix at Wheeljack and locks himself into Ratchets office. the medic and inventor share a confused look.

"Reflect?" Ratchet asks, walking over and knocking on the door.

"fuck off!" Reflect snaps.

"carrier is awfully moody today, hmm?" Wheeljack murmurs, nuzzling Remix.

"did Reflect run to the medbay?"

"Prime? yeah he did. what the hell happened?"

"Mirage startled him, so Reflect threw Mirage, thinking his sparkling was in danger. he ran out of my office with Remix. Ironhide and Echo are still sleeping in their room, so I figured he'd retreat to the medbay."

"he's in here. is Mirage alright? how about Noah?"

"they're fine Ratchet, though Mirage does feel guilty."

"I'll bet he fucking does. he comes in my medbay, I'll beat him."

"understood Ratchet."

Ratchet walks over and knocks on his officer door again.

"I said, fuck off!" Reflect snaps. Ratchet types in the door code and lets himself in.

"okay kid." Ratchet murmurs.

"fuck off Ratchet!" Reflect snaps. Ratchet blinks shocked. Wheeljack chuckles softly, grabbing his bondmate and pulling him out gently.

"here, you hold him, I'll handle Reflect. I have a little more hands on experience with how he feels. how exactly he feels." Wheeljack soothes, passing him Remix. he walks into the room and shuts the door. Remix whimpers looking up at Ratchet. the little sparkling looks scared.

"don't be scared little one. I know you feel your carrier is upset. don't worry, Wheeljack will make sure he's okay." Ratchet murmurs softly, gently nuzzling the sparkling. Remix chirps at him, leaning around him to look at the closed door. he sniffles and hiccups, looking near tears. "oh I know Remix, I know little one but its alright. Wheeljack will take care of your carrier. I promise you that." Ratchet assures, gently rocking the little sparkling.

"Ratchet." Optimus says. the medic looks up from the tiny twin to his leader. Remix squeals, utterly upset over the feelings from his carriers spark. "is Reflect alright?" Optimus ask.

"he's fine, Wheeljacks talking to him." Ratchet says, shifting the sparkling gently. he looks back down at the sparkling. "hey, stop squirming squirt. I don't want to drop you." Ratchet murmurs. Remix whimpers and looks over at the closed door. "I know little one. I know." Ratchet soothes gently. Remix pouts and cuddles up to Ratchets chestplates, sniffling.

"never thought I'd see the day Ratchet the Hatchet got soft." Mirage snorts, walking in behind Optimus.

"don't you dare." Optimus warns Ratchet when the medic reaches for a tool to throw at Mirage. "Mirage, go find something to do. Reflect and I will talk to Noah when Wheeljack gets him settled down. Mirage huffs and storms off.

"uh, Optimus?" Noah ask.

"yes Noah?" Optimus ask, picking the human up gently. he sets the human on a nearby berth.

"um... you said that Remix sparked the twins? does that mean, like, what he birthed them or something?" Noah ask.

"sort of. its the equivalent in your terms but it doesn't happen the way you humans do it. its very much different. we have to remove abdominal plating and cut the protoform from about.... here, to here." Ratchet explains motioning to two spots on his own plating.

"sounds painful." Noah frowns.

"well, it would be if the carrier was awake for it, but because sparking strains a bond we have to knock the carrier out so the creator doesn't collapse." Ratchet explains. Noah nods slightly, still looking confused. "I'll explain in better detail later." Ratchet assures. Remix sniffles, teething quietly on Ratchets armor, hugging his toy quietly.

"so what... carrier and creator?" Noah ask.

"mother and father in human terms. carrier would be mother and creator would be father." Optimus explains. Noah nods slightly.

"unless you're me and Jack. who had an Allspark sparkling." Ratchet snorts.

"Mirage explained the Allspark but whats an Allspark sparkling?" Noah ask.

"a sparkling produced by excess energy from the Allspark." Ratchet says. Noah nods slightly.

"so Reflect wasn't lying when he told my brother sparklings just appear." Noah snorts.

"no he's not. Reflect himself just appeared out of no where." Optimus chuckles.

"so what did you mean by 'except you and Wheeljack'?" Noah ask.

"oh, well, Reflect refused to call Wheeljack carrier because Wheeljack didn't carry him. Reflect is an Allspark sparkling, but Wheeljack would be his carrier because Wheeljack carried a sparkling previously. Reflect didn't care. I was creator and Wheeljack was 'daddy'." Ratchet chuckles softly. Noah nods slightly.

"I don't really understand all this." Noah says.

"I figured as much, but its alright." Ratchet says. Remix tenses up before locking his knees straight, shoving his arms out, and screaming as loud as he can. Noah covers his ears immediately. Ratchet catches him quickly and sighs. "easy buddy, easy." Ratchet soothes, rocking the little sparkling gently. "shhhhhhh little one. its alright." Ratchet murmurs.

"Reflect and Remix are upset, whats going on?"

"Reflect is having an anxiety issue and Remix is throwing a tantrum. can I bring him to you?"

"yeah, don't let him wake Echo."

"thanks Ironhide."

"stay here I'm gonna take him to Ironhide." Ratchet mutters. Optimus nods.

"alright." Optimus nods at him. Ratchet carries the sparkling.

"Optimus, I thought Reflect was Will and Will was a human at one point?" Noah asks, looking up at him. Optimus nods a little, crouching down a little to look at him.

"Will was a human, but when he died he became Reflect. Wheeljack and Ratchet found him on the battlefield and kept him as their own because he didn't have any caregivers." Optimus explains. Noah nods slightly.

"is Reflect alright?" Noah ask.

"after sparking, Carriers are a little... weak minded. I mean that in the best way possible. but they're emotional and startle very easily. its just part of being a first time carrier." Optimus murmurs. "Mirage knew better but went on with his little joke anyway. probably hoping Reflect would realize it was just him and wouldn't attack, but Reflect's processor hasn't caught up yet." Optimus explains. Wheeljack opens the office door and sends Optimus a small hesitant smile.

"okay Reflect." Wheeljack murmurs. Reflect steps out of the office, looking pissed and sighs quietly.

"fucking jagoff." Reflect mumbles, huffing quietly.

"uh, hi." Noah waves hesitantly.

"where is my sparkling?" Reflect growls.

"Ratchet took him back to Ironhide because he was upset." Optimus assures. Reflect huffs steam out his nose, before nodding. he sighs quietly.

"hi Noah. sorry about that. there a reason you wanted to swing by today?" Reflect ask. Noah nods quickly.

"I want the job. I need the cash." Noah mumbles, watching him hesitantly. Reflect nods a little.

"actually I've been thinking about that." Reflect says. Noah pales slightly.

"th-that doesn't sound too good." Noah says.

"how do you feel about going to college?" Reflect ask. Noah looks shocked.

"h-huh?" Noah ask.

"college. you're a smart young man and the military would not only pay your fees to go to school but also pay you to go to school. you seem to have a knack for electronics, how would you like to go to college?" Reflect ask.

"wh-where? I-I can't leave my mom and my brother." Noah says.

"relax. we'll set it all up, alright? we'll send you to the best and nearest to you college. anything that can be online, will be online. we'll keep your brother and mother taken care of and assure you are as well. once you graduate, you'll get a position here on base. you'll be free to visit your family anytime you'd like and come to base whenever you need. you'll be able to play with all the big and pretty expensive tools to fix whatever projects you want, even if its just rigging those little cable boxes." Reflect smirks at him. Noahs face turns red from the tips of his ears all the way down his neck.

"h-heh, the military about that?" Noah ask.

"nah, Mirage ask me what it was you were doing since you wouldn't tell him." Reflect snorts. Noah relaxes slightly.

"oh." Noah mutters.

"so do you accept, or would you like to just stick to working on base?" Reflect ask. Noah shrugs a little. "think about it this way, if we send you to college and you graduate and you decide you don't like working on base, you can use that degree to get a job you do like. no hard feelings." Reflect assures.

"but... what about my military-" Noah starts.

"wiped clean." Reflect shrugs. "I may not be human anymore, but I still have strings I can pull. also, don't worry about your brother so hard. your mother and Epps, the soldier from the hospital, have already set up online classes for your brother, a support group for kids with similar illnesses, and have him all settled." Reflect assures. Noah looks at him before nodding.

"yeah... yeah college... college sounds incredible..." Noah says hesitantly.

"awesome, good, because you're already registered. you start next month and you have an advantage. remember how I took you to meet Cade Yeager?" Reflect ask.

"yeah?" Noah ask.

"well, his daughter will be going to the same college you are. we'll find a picture so you can see what she looks like. Mirage was watching over her when you stole him, so don't worry if she wonders over or Mirage vanishes for a bit." Reflect explains. Noah nods slightly.

"mi mamá will be proud of me for going to college." Noah says. Reflect smiles slightly.

"good, you're a smart young man, now if only Mirage could pick up a few things from you." Reflect grumbles, storming out of the medbay. he shoves past Ratchet, who quickly steps to the side.

"good morning to you two." Ratchet mutters. "he's with Ironhide." he calls after his adopted sparkling. Reflect only nods as he keeps walking.

Reflect walks into his and Ironhides room. Remix is curled up on Ironhides chestplates, the mech is staring up quietly at the ceiling, though he does look over and smile at Reflect.

"hey baby. you okay? Ratchet said Mirage startled you while you were holding Remix." Ironhide asks softly. Reflect nods.

"m'okay." Reflect murmurs, walking over. he pauses and goes after Echo. the little femme is still sound in recharge.

"don't wake her." Ironhide frowns.

"I won't. I just don't wanna leave her out of the cuddles." Reflect murmurs, bringing the sparkling back over to Ironhide.

"alright. give me the sparkling." Ironhide murmurs, reaching up gently. Reflect passes her over and watches Ironhide lay her beside Remix. "okay baby come on." Ironhide smiles. Reflect nods and carefully climbs over his bondmate and sparklings. Reflect curls up against Ironhides side, laying his head on the bigger mechs shoulder. he wraps an arm over the sparklings gently.

"I didn't mean to hurt Mirage." Reflect sighs softy. Ironhide pulls him to his side, kissing his head gently.

"shhhhh. don't worry Reflect. don't focus on that, okay? Mirage did it because he thought it was funny. you defended yourself and our son, its alright." Ironhide murmurs softly, nuzzling his head gently. "Mirage knows thats not funny. hell, Bumblebee beat the hell out of Mirage one time when he scared the hell out of Sam." Ironhide snorts.

"I feel guilty though." Reflect mumbles. Ironhide shakes his head a little.

"don't feel guilty baby, its alright. just lay here with us, alright? its alright." Ironhide murmurs, kissing his head. "don't think about any of the. just lay here and relax baby." Ironhide adds softly. Reflect nuzzles closer and nods. he holds his bonded and sparklings tightly.

"okay." Reflect mutters softly. they all settle quietly together.

So the sparklings are here. I just want to know what you guys would like.

Watching the important parts of the sparklings growing up (IE crawling, walking, talking abilities, first vehicle, first transformation). Probably another 7-8 chapters, maybe more.

OR

Seeing the sparklings completely grow up (IE everything above, PLUS falling in love, deciding to bond, and bonding. ((meaning you guys get to see who they bond to.)) another MAYBE 10-15 chapters.

There will NOT be a third part to this series unless I change my mind later. this is pretty much it.
