Chapter6.
That Salt.
Ryan didn't know why Bryce showed up with Jonathan the other day but he did know it scared him half to death when he got eyed. Ryan will admit he panicked whenever Jonathan used his nickname but only because he had signed each letter with that before he started using his symbol. He could tell the two boys had managed to make Jonathan feel upset when they started talking more but Ryan couldn't help himself. Seeing Bryce laugh was all he wanted even if it was acting completely stupid.
So whenever Bryce had said what he did the other night it made him go in a daze. His heart had melted and he had fallen into a deep pit. Of course when Bryce called him what he did it got to him hard, he actually thought it was cute. The way it rolled off of Bryce's tongue was enough to send shivers down his spine.
So now it was Monday and as usual he was walking down the hallway with Michelle who was talking to her girlfriend about graduation day. Ryan found it hard to believe he was about to graduate because it didn't feel long at all, he still felt like he was fifteen. Of course it made his chance of getting with the blonde harder because of age difference. With Bryce being a freshman he could go to jail once he hit the age of eighteen and he didn't have plans to do that.
Ryan slowed down once he seen the blonde at his locker again slipping a note into and said something to Michelle before walking over there. He leaned against the locker beside his and smikered when Bryce nearly jumped back like a cat. "Well well, who you trying to send a note too?" Ryan chuckled out earning a look frown Bryce. "Why does it matter?"
"Ooohhh, salty are we?"
Bryce raised an eyebrow at Ryan. "Salty?" "Yeah, cause I caught you doing something like this." Bryce rolled his eyes a little causing him to laugh. Ryan knew Bryce wasn't going to give him the satisfaction he wanted because the look on his face had twisted. Ryan didn't want him to agree.
But what shocked Ryan was his response.
"Well mister Wrecker, I am trying to slip a note into a guys locker because I like him."
"W-What's his name?" Ryan choked out as his face slightly got a shade of red. Bryce didn't seem to notice however. "Well I don't know. He won't tell me.." His answer made Ryan feel relaxed on the inside for a moment as he began to calm his nerves.
"Hm, why don't I walk you to your class?"
Bryce stared at Ryan with eyes that were slightly wide from shock as to what he just heard. He knew it must've done something to the small boy for his face began to get red within minutes. "I would um, I would like that actually." Bryce said with a warm smile which made Ryan's heart pick up speed. "Oh so you enjoy my company?" He smirked when Bryce made a face. "No."
"Uh-huh seems like it." Ryan stated knowingly. "Here, I'll carry your books too."
Bryce only thanked Ryan as his books were snatched from his hands. He wanted to protest but something told him no matter what he said Ryan wouldn't give them back. In which Ryan wouldn't. When they stopped at the room the teacher was writing something down and looked up at the door with a grin.
"Hello Ryan," he greeted to the senior. Ryan waved back as Bryce went to his seat in the back, "Hello mister Walker." with that Ryan made his way to his first period and all the while he held that grin on his face as the image of Bryce blushing came to mind.

Ryan grinned as he listened to Michelle tell one of her wild stories about how her day was going so far. He wanted to talk about this morning but it wouldn't be such a great idea considering Bryce was only a table away and he knew Luke would say something. Ryan wasn't friends with Luke nor did he like the dude that much anymore.
The two used to be best friends until Luke screwed his girlfriend when he was drunk as hell. It was sophomore year and that's when he called off their friendship thinking it was a really big deal. Ryan used to think he wasn't gay until his eyes landed on Bryce, then he realized the feeling in his stomach was something he had never gotten before. And he wanted Bryce because of it.
Ryan didn't know if he wanted to call it love or just curiosity but he knew that this feeling had him wrapped up in a ball. He would do anything to get Bryce but there was a deadline, his birthday.
"Ryan?"
Ryan snapped from his daze and jerked his gaze to Michelle who was eyeing him suspiciously. "Hm?" He hummed earning a look from the girl beside Michelle. "You were just staring at Bryce. I think you freaked him out cause as soon as he noticed you he left the table for the bathroom." She snorted. "Really? Shit, I zoned out" Ryan laughed a little as he shook his head.
"That was hilarious."

Ryan keeped down the thin hallway and checked the area before opening the locker and grabbing the note. He shit his locker and jogged down the hallway in hopes of reaching his last class of the day. He tore open the note and began to read it.
Dear ¿
I don't really have a favorite game. Most the time I just play random ones but I do love Wack Your Boss and such. I usally play a lot with Luke and Jonathan along with a couple other friends.. What about you?
Ryan shoved the note in his pocket as he beat the bell by a minute and took his seat. He wanted to write back so bad.
