Ok this was suppose to be Baluga the Seawing Icewing by ArielKat  (arielkat=>I can make a different dragon to make up for Beluga's misfortun..) but I don't have any light colors! Gog! Hope this is ok.. I am not at all making fun of your amazing OC, I had non of the right colors so I made due, I really messed up on him and I am sorry about that.

Ok new rule, please don't make me draw any oc's with light colors.. Please?
