The dark NightWing ran. She didn't know what from, then she remembered. She'd strayed from the NightWing kingdom, when Darkmatter died, the former queen. She'd strayed too far into the SeaWing Kingdom. She'd even be been so far in she'd decided to steal back the NightWing egg. This egg was now with her, along with her other eggs. "Starwatcher?" asked a voice. Starwatcher looked up, quickly, then back down at her eggs. She was worried for them especially the stolen egg. The stolen egg was a deep purple. Starwatcher could feel that it was male. Then she saw him. "Three Moons, Darkfire, you scared me!" Starwatcher exclaimed. Darkfire appeared from the trees, he was as black as night with grey eyes. "How are the eggs?" Darfire's eyes widened when he saw the deep purple egg. "Who's egg is that?" He asked. Starwatcher looked away. "He's Darkmatter's. The stolen one," she replied. Starwatcher looked Darkfire, his eyes were impossibly wide. "You mean?! You went to-?!" Darkfire screeched. Starwatcher flushed, and looked into the eyes of the confused NightWing and confessed,"Yes I went there. I went to the Sea Kingdom. I almost got caught by hostile SeaWings." Darkfire stared into the nest of eggs. Darkmatter's egg cracked. The dragonet poked his head out of  the shell. He was purple-black like Darkmatter only with grey eyes. Starwatcher looked to Darkfire. "What should we call him? It has to be Darkmatter material." As if on cue, the dragonet said, "Ma, Pa?" He had a sort of twinkle to his voice. "Starspeaker," suggested Darkfire. "I like that," said Starwatcher,"Starspeaker it is." The dragonet lifted his head to his foster parents. "I like that," Starspeaker copied,"Starspeaker it is."
