Hey, Guys! I've got a few tricks up my sleeve for this Chapter! Hehehehe...

**Astrid's POV**

As Stormfly and I were flying above the trees, I thought about how I would tell the village, and what I would say. It had to be fast, and effective.

I was still thinking as Stormfly reached the village. I panicked for a moment, before yelling at the top of my lungs,"HICCUP AND TOOTHLESS CRASHED!"

Valka came running from her house,"What happened! Where are they!" she demanded.

I got off Stormfly, and tried desperately to hold back tears, but once again, that plan didn't work. I began to cry, as I hugged Valka.

"What happened?" she asked softly.

"Storm-fly and I were flying to the cove, when we heard Toothless roar. We went towards the - noise, and found Toothless unconscious in the forest. We - we couldn't f-find Hiccup!"

"It's okay, Sweetie," Valka said. By now, about half the village had collected around the us, so Valka addressed them. "Everyone is to search the forest for any signs of Hiccup. Astrid will take me to Toothless," she cried.

They Vikings began to disperse, climbing on their dragons and taking off.

"What will we do after we find Toothless?" I asked.

"If he's unconscious, Cloudjumper will carry him here. If he's awake and flyable, you will ride him here."

"No can do, his tail is all ripped up," I explained.

"Oh, alright then, Cloudjumper will carry him back either way," Valka began to walk towards her dragon, who was waiting patiently nearby. I climbed on Stormfly, and we lifted into flight.

I led Valka towards the crash site, but when we got there, Toothless was nowhere to be found. The dragons landed and sniffed around. Valka slid off Cloudjumper and began to investigate.

"He definitely crashed here, the grass is flattened and bits of red fabric are caught in the trees...," she said, looking closely at a part of Toothless' prosthetic.

As I looked around, something caught my eye.

"Stormfly, could you move a bit to the left?" I asked her. As Stormfly shuffled away, I bent down and looked at the grass. A light blue liquid coated most of the area. I rubbed my fingers across a blade of grass and looked at the liquid. "Night Fury blood," I mumbled.

"What was that, Astrid?" Valka asked.

"Night Fury blood!"

Valka rushed over. "You are so right," she said worriedly, "Look, it leaves a trail, maybe we will be able to find Toothless after all."

**Mystery POV**

A roar echoed through the forest. Not just any roar, a Night Fury roar. It said nothing, but the tone meant 'Help'.

There was only one other Night Fury in this area, and that was Toothless.

I scrambled through a gap in the cliff face and ran towards the sound. I put on a burst of speed as I caught sight of black scales through the trees, but stopped abruptly.

A Deadly Nadderhead was standing next to Toothless, and a blonde-haired girl was examining a tree that had a price of red cloth hung up in it.

"Please go away, please go away," I mumbled as the Nadder squawked at the sleeping Night Fury. All of a sudden, her head shot up. She had heard me.

She began to walk towards the trees I was hiding in, but thankfully, the girl stopped her. She climbed onto the blue dragon and took off.

I waited a moment before heading towards Toothless. I nudged him, and then shot a plasma-blast at his tail. His eyes slowly blinked open. When he saw me, he warbled in surprise.

"Star! What are you doing out here!? You'll hurt your wing!" he exclaimed.

"Don't worry about me, what about you!? When you said you'd stall, I thought you meant you'd buy me a bit of time so I could hide better, not crash!"

"Star! Your wing is bleeding again!" Toothless said.

"Don't avoid the question Toothless, why did you crash!?"

"It was an accident!"

"No, it wasn't!"

"I had no choice, Star! You don't know what it's like to always have to share things! And I don't want to share you!"

"And I don't want to share you either! But I have too! I have to share you with Hiccup!" I cried, "Now, roll over."

"What? Why? Wait, where's Hiccup!? " Toothless asked worriedly as he lifted his wings to look for his rider.

"I don't know. And you're bleeding, any fool could see that. Now, roll over," I growled.

Toothless rolled onto his back. I gasped when I saw the long gash that ran down his under-belly. The wound was bleeding freely, and he had already lost so much blood.

"We have to get you out of here," I said, trying not to reveal how bad the cut really was. I knew the blonde girl and her dragon would be back soon.

"But, what about Hiccup?"

"Toothless, we will find Hiccup. Can you stand?" I asked.

"I think so," Toothless gingerly stood up and put his weight on all fours. He took a step and inhaled sharply.

"Here," I moved up beside him to help support his body. Together, we hobbled away from the crash site. The ground quickly turned from dirt to rock, indicating the base of a mountain. I caught sight of a cave a little farther ahead.

Soon, a little too soon, Toothless was out of breath. He collapsed onto the rock floor of the forest. "Star, I can't - go any - farther," he gasped.

"Come on, Toothless. There's a cave just ahead, you can rest there. Summon up that Night Fury courage that I know you have."

Toothless stood back up, and slowly limped towards the cave. Once he got in, he turned towards me.

"Are you happy now?" he asked.

"For now, yes," as soon as I said yes, he passed out on the floor of the cave.
