Okay I'll tell you.
Sometimes, your poems are so beautiful and amazing, they lose the heat of the whole thing. I'm a person who just strives for heat in poems and books, who searches for that little speck of non perfection to stabilise the whole thing.

All in all PERFECT.

Some of the poems, (whew!) they really had me in the heat, feeling the person feeling it all. I could see myself witnessing it.

That's what makes a good poem.
