Peridot's POV

  Ruby started talking while we for the bus. She was talking so fast i could barely hear a thing she was saying. I just kept nodding my head and using normal human comebacks so she would think I was listening.

  Before I knew it the bus stopped at the sign and opened the doors. (C'mon kids we have Wifi and Snickers) Ruby and I got on the bus sitting next to each other.

  She then started to rant about her summer camp and how terrible it was. Man she's chatty.

  The bus would occasionally stop to pick up other kids until it stopped at Beach City High. When we went to get off the bus driver looked to the kids with a smile on her face telling each kid to have a good day. I obviously responded with a casual likewise like the nice person I am.

  Ruby grinned wide after a bit looking out to the distance running over to another girl with long light brown hair with blue highlights. She hugged her, lightly kissing her on the cheek, grabbing onto her hand.

  Ruby looks to me, "Oh Peridot," she giggles "this is Sapphire, Sapphire this is Peridot...She's new" I smile softly and wave, adjusting my flannel.

Sapphire's POV

  The new kid seems sweet. I offer to show her around. She smiles again, slightly showing off her green braces, and nods her head.

  Ruby and I walk her to the office for her to get her schedule. "T-thanks guys..." She says. "It's nothin" Ruby replies and put her hand on my shoulder.

"Can I see your schedule, if you don't mind of course" she nods again and hands me her schedule.

"Okay uh your first period is down A Hall which is over there and if you go straight and take a left the third room on the right should be room 832"

She stares blank at me for a minute as if trying to process the information. "Okay thanks, do I have any class with either of you?"

I look at her schedule once more. "You have English and Math with Ruby, and you have Science with both of us" I smile as she replies with a simple okay.

She starts to walk towards C Hall.

I quickly walk up to her and put my hands on her shoulders, turning her towards A Hall. She turns as if nothing happened and starts to walk the other way. Ruby and I chuckle as we walk to our class.
