14th July

Today was an interesting one, star was happy in the morning and then all of a sudden very stressed in the afternoon. A few people found out hidden secrets about me today too, one resulted in the end of one of my well a few friendships but oh well. Onwards and upwards as they say..

Star was a bit of a stress head today, he was fine and jolly in the morning and then turned into a stress monster... We gave him some sedalin to calm him.

I spoke to his vet today (David) and he told me that they wanted to ask if they could use the pictures from his surgery to put up on one of the vet forums as no one had ever seen the type of colic Star had, like ever and David his vet had been a equine veterinary surgeon for over 20 years! It's just a bit mind blowing really!

And then after finishing in the phone to the vet, I go down to make sure star is settled for the night and he had his leg caught in his haynet! Typical star had to be annoying right at the last minute! He was okay though due to still being slightly sleepy from the sedalin but that's why today was so odd I guess.
