CHAPTER FIFTY SEVEN—
Put your fighting where your mouth is.

"Hey?" Sadie gave an odd look as she met the boys infront of Torys apartment. "Anyone else finding it a little concerning Sam asked us to meet her at Torys apartment?"

"This is Torys apartment?" Eli gapped.

"You know as much as we do. Sam told us to meet here."Miguel shook his head with a shrug.

"At least she's talking to you. I can't get a response from-" Robby began, being cut off.

"Tory?" Eli gapped as the pair of girls walked up together. Sadie's jaw fell as she turned her head a little, mentally preparing for a fight.

"What's, uh.." Miguel cleared his throat. "What's up? Hi."

"What happened to your hand?" Robby looked at Torys wrapped wrist.

"You good?" Sadie nodded to Sam, getting a confident nod in return.

"Uh, training accident." she said in return. "I'm okay."

"We think we have a way to prove Silver assaulted Stingray." Sam looked at the group, her eyes going to each of them.

"If the attack happened at the old dojo, Silver installed security cameras." Tory agreed with her.

"So maybe he's all on tape." Miguel suggested, glancing at Robby.

"You two figured this out?" Sadie looked between Sam and Sadie. "Together?"

"Pick your jaw off the floor." Sam gave her a comical look.

"But that place was cleaned out." Robby shook his head.

"That might not matter." Demetri rose his eyebrows. "I mean, the system that we sell at TechTown all saved the footage to a central server. When Silver moved out, he probably took the whole system."

"I think he did." Tory confirmed. "There is a server in his office at the flagship dojo."

"If we access it, we can find that footage." a grin went across Eli's lips. "We can even post that Stingray clip to their YouTube channel."

"Get ahold of everyone else." Sam looked around to no one in particular. "Let them know that we're taking down Cobra Kai...tonight."

"Woo, tonight!" Sadie cheered as she threw a violent arm around Sam.

"If it's the same alarm system I should be able to bypass it." Robby walked toward the new Cobra Kai dojo.

"Spoken like a man that's done this before." Demetri laughed.

"Yeah, well karate wasn't my first hobby." Robby shrugged. "Fractured a law or two before we met."

"Maybe we could have been best friends if that's how we met." Sadie hummed toward Robby. "Sadly, I got stuck with a bunch of other boys."

"Hey." Demetri warned from behind her. "We are right here."

"We could just scan my key card." Tory pulled it from her pocket to backtrack to the original statements made. "So that those of us on probation keep from, you know, violating it."

Sam blinked as she looked at Sadie. "How are you not on probation? I just thought of that?"

"Because i'm smart." she tapped on her head, stabbing herself in the eye in the process.

"What's happening, folks?" Eli greeted the fello Miyagi-Fangs as they arrived together .

"What's up, man?" Chris high-fived him. "Sorry we're late. Someone took forever to get ready."

"It's the middle of the night." Mitch shrugged, eyeing Tory. "What is she doing here?"

"It's fine. She's with us." Sam defended her. "For what we're about to do at least."

"So what are we doing?" Nathan looked at them.

"Miss Fangs?" Chris looked at her.

"All your text says is that we're gonna take down Cobra Kai. But, like, how exactly?" Assface rose his eyebrows.

"We're gonna kick his ass without actually kicking his ass." Sadie explained to Chris.

"Gonna show them who their sensei really is. We think we have proof he's a criminal." Miguel informed each of them.

"We're going upstairs to Silvers office. We need downstairs as lookout." Sam looked around. "Don't worry, Sadie's gonna stay too."

Sadie glanced at Sam. "Be carful. Watch your back."

"I thought we were past the the threatening phase." she cracked a small grin, kissing her lips. "Yell if they show."

Sadie watched them run in before she looked at the rear of the boys. "Someone's definitely gonna show up, you know?"

"So, what's the plan?" Anthony looked at her hopefully. "And can I hide behind you?"

"Get over here." Sadie encouraged him to stand back. "So, I think-"

"What if we spread out?" Mitch suggested as he looked at Sadie. "I mean, if they show up, it's better to have multiple look outs, right?"

Sadie hesitated. Mitch shrugged. "You're trying to study balance and Miyagi-Do, right? Find goodness?"

"Right." she nodded. "Right. Yes. Accept other peoples ideas. I'm not use to it."

"It's okay." Bert smiled at her. "So, do you think it's a good idea, though? You're still in charge."

Sadie wasn't sure, but she wanted the boys to see she was really trying. "Sure, yeah. Okay, Bert and Chris, I think you guys should go to where the cars are. Nathan, you and Anthony take the other side of the dojo. And, Penis Breath and I will stay here at the main entrance. Everyone just yell if you see literally anything."

"Got it." Nathan nodded as the group all spread out.

"You know my name, right?" Mitches attention made her look over. "You've heard it?"

"Yeah." Sadie frowned her eyebrows. "Sorry, we all just have so many nicknames. I guess yours just felt natural too. I can stop calling you that."

"Why are you trying to fight more fair?" Mitch shook his head at her. "Don't you live for winning a fight? For feeling better then everyone else?"

"That's feels great." Sadie nodded her head. "But, i'm getting older and that's not gonna matter anymore. I had a good run, but I know I can't preach one thing then do the complete opposite."

"Yeah." Mitch nodded as Sadie looked out into the parking lot, glancing around for any sight of a Cobra Kai. "Except, you still make everyone around you feel so much smaller."

"Wh-" Sadie turned around, but she didn't get the full conversation out before a harsh weight hit her in the head.

It was a meat smasher. Mitch hit her in the head with a fucking meat smasher.

"Mother fucker." Sadie mumbled as she held her head, squinting as she tried to open her eyes. She laid in a pile of her own blood, lifting her head off the concrete as her vision spun just a little. "Son of a bitch."

Third thought, she was alone. Forth though, yelling echoed.

Sadie got to her feet and let her head stop spinning, going to the door. As she opened it, she was met with large crowds of Cobra Kais fighting Miyagi-Fangs. Demetri and Eli were the only ones still missing, Sadie's eyes glanced around quickly in search of Sam. But, they didn't last long as someone shoved her harshly into the ground.

"Not so tough now." Mitch stared down at her in a Cobra Kai shirt. "Really came back-"

Sadie pushed her palms beside her head, yelling out as she pushed upwards and used both feet to kick Mitch in the mouth. He dropped to the floor as she stood up with a deep inhale. "Put your fighting where your mouth is."

"Sadie!" Sam's call got her attention, looking over quickly as she waved her over.

"Protect the egg!" Miguel's words confused her until she saw everyone start to guard Anthony, an Ipad in hand while Eli and Demetri got off the floor. Sadie ran forward to get in on the circle. Looking at Sam as their shoulders shoved together, nodding her head.

"Ais!" Kenny hollered out, sending them into a fight again. Sadie only hit anyone when they hit her first, protecting herself but not using violence until she needed to. It felt good not to hurt people for no reason, but deep insane, she knew Miyagi-Do wasn't her. Maybe it was apart of her, maybe the blocks rather then the punches were a good tactic. But, when Kylers fist collided with her nose, she simply couldn't just let that go. Even if it was Daniels way of only fighting to protect yourself, apart of her would always fight for revenge.

"Ninety-Five!" Anthony yelled as he held the laptop. Sadie grabbed Kyler by the head, yanking him forward and slamming his skull into her knee. She used her foot to kick him away from her, smiling to herself.

"Still got it." Sadie said confidently, but then used Miyagi-Do tactics unless she was physically hurt first.
Miyagi-Fang was getting shoved closer and closer together in the middle of the fighting. Kenny noticed that they had the upper leg. "They're trapped. Don't let them out."

"All right! All right! Knock it off!" Daniel started to push his way through the fighting teenagers.

The large tv on the wall chimed, making them all look up to see the security footage playing from the youtube channel. It was of Silver and the back of Tory. Sam grasped Sadie's hand as they looked up at it. "Nichols. What's on your mind? Excited to take things to the next level?"

"What's the point?" Tory asked as she stared at him. "You'll just pay to make me champion again."

"So you know about the ref." he nodded slightly. "Have you told anyone else?"

"Not yet." Tory spoke in return. "So you don't deny it?"

"Not at all." those words made Cobra Kai gasp and whisper to each other. Sadie saw Sams shoulder fall, like she finally relaxed. "I paid him off to make sure Cobra Kai won. It was an insurance policy. You still won the fight."

"Did I?" Tory asked.

"That's it?" Silver asked as he walked into the dojo, blood on his face like he'd been in a fight. "That was your big plan, LaRusso? Breaking into my dojo to steal some footage that changes nothing?"

"It wasn't his plan." Tory walked forward to show herself. "It was ours."

"And it changes everything." Robby took her side as Silver gapped.

"Our enemies..." Silver turned back to the other Cobra Kais. "-think they can keep attacking us with no repercussions. And what does the enemy deserve?"

No one said a thing as Silver looked in disbelief. "You think i'm the only one willing to go to these lengths? Their senseis broke into my home tonight. My home! Attacked me, unprovoked. But here I am. The only one left standing. They think they're entitled to victory because their way is "right" and our way is "wrong." But that's not how it works. There are no morals to the story, no happy endings. Life isn't a fairy tale! It's a competitive sport! Right and wrong, there's no such thing. There are only winners...and losers. Cobra Kai builds winners because we're willing to do whatever it takes to come out on top. "

Daniel walked forward as Silver focused fully on him. "Everything you did to try and stop me amounted to nothing but pain. You got your ass kicked, Danny-boy. Now, you can either accept that...or I can kick it again right now."

Amanda walked forward. "We're all with you, Daniel. Do what you have to do."

"Yeah." Sadie grinned at Sam as they started to circle each other.

"First, I took care of Chozen. Now you. This is where Miyagi-Do ends." Silver mocked.

"Miyagi-Do existed before any of us. It'll be around long after we're gone." Daniel said back calmly . "The roots are strong, so the tree will survive."

Terry swung at him three times, all of which Daniel blocked. Terry kicked over his head, but Daniel ducked to dodge it before giving him a hard kick so he'd hit the ground. He got up nearly immediately and circled him one more time. Silver swung twice, then kicked, but Daniel used his forearms to keep him from actually hitting. He caught his arm, holding onto it as he ducked under and kneeled him hard in the face before shoving him down to the ground, his arm bent like he was going to break it.

Terry swung his fist, but Daniels knee came up and stopped him before punching him right in the face, knocking him down again. He got up again, not as fast, but again. He swung again, then kicked, but had them blocked. Daniel used his tactics against him, punching him right in the chest to knock the wind out of him as Silver fell back and coughed. He grasped onto him, but Daniel used the crane move to kick him in the face and into the trophy's, glass clattering under him.

"Hell yes!" Sadie announced as everyone began to celebrate, wrapping her arms around Sam tightly. "We did it!"

"Okay, now we need to get this head checked out." Sam laughed as she grabbed Sadie's face, looking at her bloody face. "What the hell even happened?"

"I love you, LaRusso." Sadie shook her head, leaning in and kissing her.
