"So, Yasmine." Sadie said as she looked at Demetri, "She's hot."
Demetri gave a small smile, "Yeah. It's not officially or anything but I just figured you should know."
"I should know so I can know for sure that you've moved on, I got it." Sadie nodded as Demetri have a guilty look, "It's about time the three of us move on, for real this time. Clearly, we'll never be back to the way we use to be."
"I do miss when it was the three of us." Demetri said honestly.
"Why? Eli and I were horrible to you." Sadie said in disbelief, "We scared you, made you choose between the two of us."
"Maybe." Demetri nodded, "Still, I loved you guys."
Sadie's heart swelled, "Yeah, I miss it too."
"But like you said... no matter what, we'll never get back to that." he went on with her words, "I just wish we would have thought this through."
"Me too." Sadie nodded her head, "Would have saved us a lot of unnecessary heart break and walls breaking."
Demetri hugged her suddenly, "Are we still, like, friends?"
"Always friends." Sadie nodded as she hugged him back, "Just do me a favor, yeah?"
Demetri hummed as Sadie smiled, "Show Yas that tongue thing I taught you."
"Way ahead of you." Demetri cracked a grin as the pair lingered a moment before he walked off. Sadie gave a minor smile, happy for him but then again she wasn't. Her eyes met Eli's at the end of the hallway, staring a moment.
One down, one to go.
"I am so, so proud of you." Sadie grinned as she ran into Sams backyard, "You got the All Valley back on! Atta girl!"
Sam laughed as Sadie spun her around, "Not just me."
"Still, I knew that political voice of yours would do some good." Sadie smiled as they pulled back, "Wish I would have been there."
"You'd have gotten kicked out with my mom." Sam laughed as Sadie agreed, "Did you drive all the way here just to tell me that?"
"Sure did." Sadie said, giving Sam a spin and pulling her back closer to her, "And I wanted to see if you wanted to get some pizza?"
"I'd love-" Sam began before a new voice cut in.
"So." Robby stated, making the pair gasp as they looked over and saw him walking closer.
"Robby!" Sam panicked as she looked his way, "It's-"
"You two get together the second I was gone or wait a week to make it look good?" Robby mocked as he walked close.
Sadie stepped forward, "Watch your mouth."
"Sadie." Sam warned as she pulled her back some.
"At least now I know why you stopped writing." Robby spoke as he eyed Sadie.
"I stopped writing because you never answered." Sam defended herself.
"It's kinda hard to write back in between getting my face busted in!" he spoke in anger back at her, Sadie throwing a arm across Sam in a protective manor.
"Like throwing someone off a balcony is any better." she said with a harsh eye.
"I didn't know." Sam spoke softly.
"You wouldn't have cared even if you did." Robby rolled his eyes.
"Back off with your guilt trip." Sadie threatened.
"Stay out of it." the Keene boy said back.
"Like hell I will." Sadie said as she walked closer with narrow eyes. Robby gave a harsh glare as he stepped closer as well. Sam hurried over before anything could break out, shoving Robby back harshly as he stumbled.
"Robby, don't!" Sam stood up for Sadie quickly.
He gave a look of disbelief as he looked between the pair, "You two deserved each other. Don't come crying to me when she uses you like she does the rest of The Valley."
"Hey, pretty lady." Sadie said the next night, knocking on Miyagi Do's doors. It was for a late night training session that Sam and Sadie agreed too. Miyagi Do had green lights for christmas while the LaRusso house had red. Sam pulled the doors open with a grin, stepping outside, "It's cold out here."
"My dad said feeling your senses helps you focus better." Sam said as she gave a shiver, "We have hot coco waiting when we're done."
Sadie grinned as she stood under the green lightly, "I have something for you actually."
"Christmas is still a week away." Sam laughed as Sadie pulled something small from her back pocket, "Whats this?"
"Look." Sadie said as she walked closer. Sam looked down at the small necklace, seeing the small metal fangs hanging from the chain, "It's for you. Like a symbol of me. Not because I own you or anything, just in case."
"I love it." Sam said as she took it from her hands, "We need to get you one."
"With that? The evil eye to resemble your eyes?" Sadie mocked as Sam rolled her eyes, "Turn around, I'll put it on you."
Sam turned, moving her hair as Sadie clasped the cold metal around her neck. The Vesper girls hands lingers slightly upon her skin around her neck, gliding as they were pushed so close. Sam glanced over her shoulder at Sadie, their eyes meeting as Sam turned around.
"Sam." Sadie stated as they stood close, "Why is my name your phone password?"
Sam blinked under the green lighting, her eyes flickering around Sadie's illuminated face before bringing her hands up to cup her cheeks. Pulling her in, Sam kissed Sadie on her lips gently. Sadie let it linger a moment before placing her hands on Sams waist and pulling her in hard, earning a gasp that gave her enough time to deepen their kiss. Sam hummed against Sadie's lips as the Vesper girl kept her arms around her gently.
Sam balled up Sadie's shirt, feeling the base of her skin before Sadie pulled back suddenly. Sam flushed in embarrassment as she removed her hands, "Sorry, I-"
"Don't be sorry. I liked it." Sadie cut her off with a shake of her head, hesitating as she leaned on Sam more, "I'm just still really new in the whole, lovey doves department and I really don't wanna end up hurting you by running away."
"Then don't run." Sam spoke softly as she stared into her eyes, "Not from me."
"I don't want to." Sadie shook her head, "Thats why I wanna take it slow. Do things differently then all the times before. I don't wanna mess this up."
Sam grinned as she shook her head, "You better not."
Sadie held her face again, "Can't believe you were the one that kissed me, Vanilla."
Sam flushed as she leaned over and kissed Sadie again.
