Entry for TheOtakuNerd's contest~ ^^ I chose the Wind element, and... ehehehe... xD

(Psh, it's totally related to wind cx)

So in my twisted mind of limited vocabulary, wind = synonym of sky. Sky = clouds. So I drew clouds everywhere xD And the colourful part of her dress is based off the sunset~ And it's confirmed I suck at costume design :3 The ribbons on her costume and her ribbon-like hairstyle is supposed to be related to wind? :D
