Do you remember?

When the magic flowed freely?

When the lands were green?

And when the birds flew through the skis

Without a fear of predators?

When the wolf and deer were friends?

I remember when the land was beautiful

It was incredible.

You could see everything around you.

Thats the question

So few now a day can picture that old time

Where rivers ran clear.

But an echo of an echo 

Is inside all

Of the time before time

When the mountains rose high.

I can remember, distantly

It is fading from my mind

But so many others just want to let it go.

They wish they didn't have to remember

What it used to be

And instead hide those memories deep inside their mind.

But I can still see the rivers running clear

And the fish jumping through them

And the skies filled with all manner of birds

Singing their songs without any fear.
