Etta grew up spoiled, so she is quite used to getting whatever she wants. She supports her father's beliefs and has grown to despise the districts. She can be sweet and caring, but her snarky attitude gets in the way of it. She tends to be sassy and speak her mind, even against people with higher power than her. She doesn't think before she does something at most times, but if she has a plan beforehand, you could say she's a mastermind.

TREECH CATALPA / D7

Treech was raised by his mother, as his father died during a tragic event at work. He had a rough childhood, forced to start working at a young age to make up for the loss of income due to his father's death, and having to provide for his mother and siblings. He seems to be a rude, untrusting person, but once he warms up to you, he's sweet and charming.

SOREN RIVERS

Soren is very famous in the capitol for his clothing brand he started after the war and has become very wealthy. Very respected but disliked by some. To maintain his high status, he puts in a great amount of effort in his job, sometimes not spending enough time with his family. Very loyal to the Capitol, strongly believes the Hunger Games are needed and the districts should be punished.

AMARA RIVERS

Amara is one of Soren's biggest supporters; she wears his clothing brand at every chance she gets, and supports almost every single thought of his. Though she may not be the smartest, she's one of the prettiest women in the capitol and she is very kind-hearted. She is also a capitol loyalist, but only because her husband is.
