Merrigold Bluff- The home of the Theta reactor, a prototype self expanding ore collection facility built in early 2942  that was destoried by the first ever recorded apprence of BloodBloom vines on Floraadia (see Earth history for more) during the battle of Merrigold Bluff. Vines pulled the facility off its foundations into the stormy sea below, causing a reactor leak and explosion which could be seen for miles around (see Merrigold memorial site)

Moltana Vesselworks- A massive shipyard to even rival Newdawns orbital ship production, the yard was orignally built as a refueling station by smugglers for starships headed between Newdawn and the infamous Titan belt but became a popular shipbuilding hotspot after the slagging of Moltana from orbit... rumor has it that this heavy shipyard was a key factor that decimated the need for Newdawns industrial production and lead to the eventual abandonment of the city planet by the billions that wanted a job elsewhere.

Blue Moon Ravine- A ravine on Floraadia carved by a very old superweapon tower misfiring
