She woke up and gasped upon realizing what Hera told to her. Soon William entered and said, "Mom is calling you. Come fast, You sleepyhead. without you she is not letting me to eat." Feeling annoyed.

'If I am going to leave anyway, how about irritating this idiot who made the past 2 months annoying for me. This don't sound like a bad idea.', She thought with a smirk.

"What's with that smile? Come down, Stupid.", William shouted standing outside of the door.

"I dare you to call me that one more time.", Amaya said giving 'do-it-if-you-dare' look.

William folded his hand and looked in the eyes of Amaya and said, "S-T-U-P-I-D."

Amaya threw the pillow and stammered the door at his face. William stood baffled because this is the first time she fought back. Ava and Stephen are laughing at William who whined and complained to them at downstairs.

"WOW! This feels so nice. If I am not going to leave from here, then let's enjoy when I am here. I got a chance to live with a family.", Amaya said and secured the watch inside a locker.

She came down wearing a brown pencil skrit , white turtleneck and white sneakers with gold jewelry with a smile on her lips. She sat down for the breakfast. Alica, Stephen and William is so surprised seeing her smile like that. William, "Did something good happen? Why are you smiling like a idiot. Don't tell me you are going to get fired.".

"No, idiot. I have decided to have a good start.", Amaya said smiling at her mom.

"Yes, it is good to see you like this.", Alica patted her head giving her orange juice.

"Thank you mom.", Amaya smiled at her. Soon she heard the honking sound.

"You are late today. It is Aiden's car waiting for you. Who told you to sleep like a log ?", William said glaring at her.

"Yes. Mom dad I have to leave Bye. Love you all.", She said hugging her mom and left.

While everyone was shocked, William, "Mom do you think her memory returned? She is being weird. She always been but today she is weirder", said shaking his head.

Stephen knocked his head with his hand and said, "What do you mean weird? she is being lovely just like when she was 10 year old."

"Yes did you notice she called us mom and dad more often than she did before.", Alica said happily.

"May be following Aiden's advice brought a huge change on her.", Stephen.

William want to say something but first he have protect his head so he remind silent.

Morning to evening she did all the job he gave scheduling the meeting, taking notes during the meeting and standing all day. She was glad of wearing sneakers though it didn't match her outfit. In the evening, She went to Aiden's home. She does that always since she started working. She visits them and play with little Christian. At the beginning , Christian never leaves his grandma and gets scared of her. But now he wants to play with her all day and hates when she leaves.

Alice came over looking at Amaya in whose hand Christian was sleeping. She took him to his room and tucked him. Amaya and Aiden are talking something important related to work. Ava sighed softly its been more than 3 years since she lastly saw them both talking.

"Enough Aiden. Leave her alone. She is working all day and you still want to talk about work in her resting time too.", Alice said looking at Aiden.

"I do a lot work than her. How come you never pay any attention to me, mom?", Aiden said feeling betrayed.

"Did you forgot what she has gone through 2 months before?", Alice said sitting beside Amaya.

"And Mister you are older than me. So behave like an adult.", Amaya said with a teasing smile.

"I am leaving. Amaya, you can leave by yourself right?", Aiden asked getting up from his chair.

"Why can't you drop her off?", Alice.

"It's okay aunt. He had a long day today. I can leave by myself. I called William to pick me up.", Amaya said.

Ava glared at her son who was so dumb that he don't even know how to treat a woman. Aiden looked confused at his mom and left to his room.

"He doesn't even know how to take care of a woman.", Alice said.

"Don't worry Aunt. In future he will learn it.", Amaya said winking at Alice.

"Thank you so much for coming her daily, Amy. Without you, I am sure Christian would be bored to see the faces of his grandparents all day. You knew about , Aiden right? Although he loves him dearly he doesn't have enough time to spend with him all days. How about you persuade him to get remarry again?", Alice asked hoping she will help her.

Amaya's eyes widened. "Aunt, it's been few months since their divorce. I don't think it would be better to ask him marry someone again. Give him sometime. May be a 3 or 4 years."

"That's too long, Amy.", Alice.

"Okay. How about a year or two? I am sure by that time he will be ready. Until then promise me you won't talk to him about that?", Amaya asked looking seriously.

"Okay. But you instead promise me that you will help me to console him to get married when the time comes, Amaya.", Alice said with a business look .

"Aunt. Wow You are really a business woman. Okay I will do it", Amaya said giving her handshake.

"You are here. Let's go.", William came inside and said to her.

"Will have dinner and leave later.", Alice said getting up from her seat.

"No, Aunt. Mom said to pick her up. It is already 7. May be next time.", William.

"Okay. Amy, do visit us daily. At least for Christian.", Alice said hugging Amaya.

"Of course Aunt", Amaya said and left bidding goodbye.

The drive was so silent. "What are you planning?", William.

"What do you mean?", Amaya.

"I heard what you talked with aunt. You promised to console him remarry again. Are you seriously planning on chasing him again?", William.

"Trust me. I don't have interest in doing that. Actually aunt wanted to get him marry again. That's why to help your beloved friend , Aiden I asked her to promise me to give him some time may be a year or 2 . Instead  she asked me to console him when the time comes. We simply made a deal.", Amaya.

'Actually in the novel, the relationship between Aiden and his mother became bad because of torture of his mother asking him to get married all the time. In order to avoid that I have simply made a promise. Because, Aunt Ava seems to be a nice person.', Amaya thought.

"So now you are helping him?", William questioned.

"Of course. It's been only few months since his divorce. Do you think he will marry someone now? All he wants do is work, work and work. Despite all the things happened between you and me, trust me at least for once. I won't approach him like I did in the past. I promise", Amaya asked hoping that he will trust her. He didn't speak for a minute.

"I will trust you for once, in this matter.", William.

"Thanks brother.", Amaya said turned to her window. William is shocked to hear that and deep inside he was happy too.

Days run by. Amaya enjoyed here. One fine morning, She is reading a novel her dad bought sitting on the sofa. Her phone is continuously popping messages along with calls. She is annoyed by that. William is very annoyed by that too.

"You better answer that.", William said irritatingly.

"No. I don't want to.", Amaya said not minding her phone.

"Who is that you are trying to avoid?", William questioned.

"It is Robert from Elite Group.", Amaya.

"He? Why is he calling you?", William.

"There is a gathering tomorrow night at paradise pub. He invited me. And I didn't reply to that message.", Amaya said.

"What are going to do?", William asked looking at his phone.

"Mmm... I don't know. For now I chose to ignore it. Because reading this crime thriller book is much better than going to pub.", Amaya.

"I don't think that's a good idea. Go there and for once and all tell them that you are not going to meet them. That's a stupid group anyway what's good is going to happen you being in that.", William.

"Tell me more about it.", Amaya said closing her book.

"What is there to tell about? The second born headstrong , stubborn adults are there in the group. They gave you some stupidest advice in the past.", William.

"Are you saying that I am headstrong and stubborn adult?", Amaya said and scoffed.

"Did i? what are you going to do?", William changed the subject.

"May be I should go.", Amaya.

By next day evening she wore a black cocktail dress with a pair of diamond earrings . She saw her mom and William in the living room. She took the book and kept inside her black handbag.

"Why are you taking that, Amaya?", William.

"I am sure this will entertain me more than anyone, Will. Mom, I will be back soon.", She said and went inside her car. She drove herself to paradise pub. She went inside and saw many people dancing on the dance floor, some people having drinks and some flirting with others and annoying loud music.

"This is why I hate pubs.", she said to herself and tried to spot for Robert but she couldn't.
