IMAGINE CAL AND YOU FINDING THE LOVE FOR TECHNOLOGY IN COMMON.

When you had first heard that Cal was into technology things, you were thrilled. You had never met anyone else who loved technology, loved building things or stuff - and now you had met Cal. So every day after yet another mission, you and Cal were sitting at the back of the Mantis and loudly talking about the wonders of technology and sometimes giving the BD-1 a pet on its head. You laughed and showed each other your latest projects, gave each other advice or told what you'd want to build someday. Hours just went by within the topic, and sometimes you fell to sleep against each other after you just couldn't stop talking. That time with Cal was the highlight of your days.

On the other side of the Mantis, Greez and Cere were looking at you, when you had once again talked for hours and no end was in sight.

"Just look at those two." Greez grimaced at the sight of you and Cal talking eagerly and shook his head. "Look at how Cal looks at Y/N."

Cere shook her head. "Cal lives by the Order and he knows that-"

Greez scoffed, interrupting Cere. "And how would the Order help you if you encountered someone who grows to be very special to you, even if they teach you to suffocate strong emotions, hm? I'm telling you, our redhead's in love."

Cere rolled her eyes. "Look Greez, Y/N and Cal just have that love for technology in common. It doesn't mean that they're in love."

"Yeah right, whatever." Greez lifted his four hands up and made his way to the cockpit. "It's lunchtime soon and I'm not going to watch those two giggling and blushing at each other any longer, I'm gonna lose my appetite."
