Rex, Ashoka and others have the day off! How will it be spent? Read and find out! (Rex and Ashoka aren't dating btw!)

Rex awoke, It was Saturday, And he knew what that meant! It was Rex's...Plus others, Day off! And when your in the clone wars a day off is a nice break! Rex got up and got dressed in his armor, He walked down the halls and he was in the process of putting his helmet on when he bumped into someone. Rex's helmet was now fully on and he could see that he landed on top of Ashoka. Talk about awkward. "Commander! I am so sorry! I should've watched where i was going, Let me help you up!" Rex blurted out. Rex held a hand to help Ashoka up, "Thanks Rexter! And don't worry about, That kind of stuff happens!" Ashoka said with a wink. "Where are you headed?" Ashoka asked, "To find Cody, Hardcase, Jesse, Kix, Fives and Echo. It's our day off so we're going to go and do some stuff." Rex replied. "Can i come? If i don't Skyguy will make me do boring Jedi stuff, PLEASE!?" Ashoka begged, "Well...Sure, Why not!" Rex said with a smile. Rex and Ashoka walked down the halls together and found the rest of the guys. Kix was busy so he didn't go along, But barris tagged along. They were about to step out the door when Anakin shouted, "Snips!". "Crap...." Ashoka said quietly, Rex smirked. "Where are you guys all going?" Anakin Asked, "Swimming, fishing....Just taking advantage of our day off..." Rex said with a shrug. "Oh, well, Okay!" Anakin said and walked away. They arrived at the lake, Ashoka was in her bathing suit, Along with everyone else...Aside from Rex that is. "C'mon Rex ol'Boy! The waters really nice" Cody persuaded him. "Ahh....Fine!" Rex said giving in. He went into a changing booth and took off his armor and put on his swim shorts. He wasn't used to seeing that much of his own skin, His legs were quite pale, His arms and upper body were nice and tanned though. He walked out and Ashoka starred. She had never seen Rex shirtless before, Well, Not up close at least. Ashoka blushed as she starred at his chest, He was scarred and muscular. Rex glanced over at Ashoka and blushed a little as well. He put his feet in the water and gave out a yelp, "Damn, Cody! This is cold!" He said. Hardcase was behind him, He pushed Rex in. There was a big splash, Everyone was soaked. "Hardcase!!" Rex yelled as he punched Hardcase in the arm. Rex swam around and the water warmed up. Barris was on Cody's shoulders and Hardcase was on Jesse's, Echo was on Fives shoulders. As weird as it was, They were having fun. "Where's Rex?" Ashoka asked, Before she knew what was happening she was above the water and sitting on Rex's shoulders. They all laughed as they played chicken and water wrestled. Ashoka pushed Barris off Cody's shoulders and the others all fell off laughing. Rex was underwater, Ashoka was floating and laughing at Hardcase who had a fish up his shorts. Rex brushed past Ashoka's feet. "Ah! What was that?" She freaked out. Rex did it again, But this time he touched her back. Ashoka swam away, "Shark!" She yelled. Rex popped out of the water laughing like an idiot. "You should've seen your face! Priceless!!" He said whilst laughing. Ashoka leaped and dove into the water and tackled Rex. After they got tired of swimming the guys fished while the girls tanned a bit, That's Ashoka's secret to her orange glow. Rex caught the biggest fish. Cody got the smallest. They were headed home, "C'mon, We don't have to go home. Let's go get ice cream!" Rex bargained. Everyone else agreed. They stopped at the best ice cream shoppe on couruscant, The five hundred one flavor cream, everyone's favorite. Ashoka, Rex, Hardcase and Jesse got chocolate the others got Strawberry and vanilla. They were eating their ice cream sitting in the sun, They looked across the street and saw a dance club. They all finished their ice cream and headed across the street, Rex payed for all of them to get in. They were all dancing and having fun, Rex and Ashoka were dancing to Shut up and dance. They were having a blast! Rex and Ashoka danced together the entire time. It was late now, They were all headed back to their rooms in the barracks, Aside from Barris she slept in the Temple. Ashoka and Rex were walking to their rooms. "I had a lot of fun today, Rex!" Ashoka said smiling, "Me too!" He smiled back at her. They were at Ashoka's door. Rex turned to Ashoka and they locked eyes. "Uhm, G'night...Littl'un..." Rex stuttered slight. "Night.." Ashoka said lost in his eyes. They leaned closer, Rex lips met Ashoka's. They were soft, Rex's lips. They broke the kiss and looked at each other, Ashoka blushed, "Night" She said walking into her room blushing like a tomato. "G'night.." Rex said. He felt butterfly's and fireworks in his stomach. He went to bed with a smile on his face and woke up with a smile on his face. The end!
