Kenobi POV (I don't think I've done one in his either)

"What kind of nonsense is this? Put me on the council and not make me a Master. It's never been done in the history of the Jedi. It's an insult to him." Anakin stated obviously angry while we walked around the temple.

"Calm down Anakin. You have been given a great honor. To be on the Council at your age has never happened before." Until now that your sister was given the rank of Master I was tempted to say but couldn't because that would put her in the sights of the chancellor too. Even when she tries to not pay any heed to the Chancellor he pays attention to her, "The fact of the matter is you're too close to the Chancellor. The council doesn't like it when he interferes with Jedi affairs." I said. Not only with Jedi matters, with both of you. Good side is Anna knows better and doesn't trust him.

"I swear to you, I didn't ask to be put on the council." Anakin said.

"But it's what you wanted. Your friendship with Chancellor Palpatine has paid off." I said.

"There was nothing to do with this." He stated once again angry.

"The only reason the council has approved your position is because the Chancellor trusts you." I said.

"And?" Anakin questioned.

"And I am on your side. I didn't want to put you in this situation." I said going through what Anna had suggested off record when we pulled Anakin out the room.

"What situation?" He asked. I paused and looked at him.

"The council wants you to report on all of the Chancellor's dealings. They want to know what he's up to." I said and let it sink in.

"They want me to spy on the Chancellor?" Anakin questioned, "That's treason."

"We're at war Anakin." I said.

"Why didn't the council give me this assignment when we were in session?" Anakin asked.

"This assignment is not to be on record." I said.

"The Chancellor is not a bad man Obi- Wan. He befriended me, he's watched over me ever since Anna and I arrived here." He said.

"Do not forget he has tried to befriend your sister and he hasn't given hope. But that is why you must help us. Anakin our allegiance is to the Senate not to its leader who has managed to stay in office long after his term has expired." I said.

"The Senate demanded that he stayed longer." Anakin said.

"Please use you feelings Anakin something is out of place." I said trying to make Anakin see reason.

"What you're asking me to do is something against the Jedi code, against the Republic, against a mentor, against a friend; that's what you're asking me to do. Why are you asking this of me?" Anakin questioned. I couldn't tell him that his sister suggested it, I can't let him know why this really was brought up. Yes we do not trust the Chancellor but Anna knows something the council doesn't and won't even tell her own Master.

"The council is asking you." I said and I walked away. I caught a glimpse of Anna walking away with the child Quinten brought back. Has she been told that she will care for the child until the child gets taken as a Padawan and that she will be starting her own small clan. Sometimes the council does forget to mention such things. I walked to the hanger and Quinten passed me greeting me as he passed. I sensed something was bothering him and Anna perhaps noticed this as well. I boarded the ship along with Master Windu and Mater Yoda. We were now on our way to Master Yoda's battalion, "Anakin did not take his new assignment with as much enthusiasm." I said.

"It's very dangerous putting them together. I don't think the boy can handle it. I do not trust him." Mace said. Master Yoda looked as if something was bothering him.

"With all do respect Master, is he not the chosen one? Is he not to destroy the Sith and bring balance to the force?" I questioned. Mace looked at me with a 'what are you implying' look.

"So the prophecy says. At this point and time I think Anna will be the one to do such." Master Windu said.

"The prophecy perhaps misread could have been." Master Yoda said.

"He will not let me down, he never has." I said.

"I hope right you are." Master Yoda said.

"What would become of the twins if the prophecy was misread?" Mace asked.

"Time and their actions will tell. Mistake this was not will of the force this was." Master Yoda said as communication came from Anna, "Problem Anna?" He questioned her.

"Master can you hold on your departure and tell Master Windu to stay there with you. Quinten and I have some alarming news." Anna said.

"Hurry you must. Urgent the matter is for you to ask me such. Wait we shall." Master Yoda said.

"Yes Master." She said. She ended the com with him and the waiting game started.

Anna's POV

When we arrived the first thing I did was to count how many clones were around. Well whats the point in counting when there's a whole battalion of them. I walked over to Master Yoda with Quinten trailing behind me, "Masters may we speak with you, privately?" I asked. They nodded and they led us to what we believed was a secluded area away from the clones.

 "What is of importance?" Master Windu asked.

"Well have the clones been given a task called order sixty six?" I asked. Master Yoda looked deep in thought after I said that. Master Windu was confused and Kenobi was thinking like always.

"I believe we have not ordered such." Obi- Wan said.

"Where did you hear this?" Master Windu asked us.

"I heard it shortly after I returned to the ship with Zephrine. They called it Order Knightfall once and then they kept referring to it as Order Sixty Six." Quinten said. They all turned to me.

"I heard it after I had made sure Zephrine was healthy. Actually right when I walked out two clones were talking about it. What do we do?" I asked.

"The best would be to just ignore it for now. If anymore come with the same story we will investigate." Master Windu said. We nodded and we went back on our way. Being that we still weren't trusting the clones we left in our speeders.

"Master should we start planning a back up plan?" Quinten asked.

"What in case what the clones were saying is true?" I asked him.

"Yes. Like have a place and time to meet up at if this order is real." Quinten said.

"Infra world level twenty eight. I know I am a target so if I don't make it you leave the planet. I would suggest packing two changes and some dry food and water. Keep the bag ready. You will leave and you will not try to stay back in the temple. I will do that. You evacuate any of the younglings you find only when and if this goes down." I said. 

"Yes master." Quinten said as we made it back to the temple. This for the first time since I came to the temple made me think, What if the democracy we fought for is the evil we've tried to stop? Seems to me like perhaps it is.

Padme called for me and I was informed right when I arrived to the temple. Good timing too I needed to distract myself from everything that was going through my head. I arrived to her apartment and I was let in. Right when I walked in I had a vision struck me.

Some younglings were in the council's room and they were huddled away from the door. They hid behind the chairs in hope of safety. Then they were slaughtered by someone. I couldn't see their face and they walked out without me being able to make out their form. Snapping out of it I walked to where Padme was. The force flowed around her calmly with a slight disturbance. I only feel that when someone is pregnant and from what I see right now, she is. 

"Did you call for me, Senator Amidala?" I asked her. She looked at me and scowled. So many times has she told me to call her Padme and not Senator Amidala, "I'm playing Padme geez. Talk about you not being able to take a joke." I said smiling.

"Anna I have something to tell you and ask of you." Padme said.

"What is it?" I asked. She mentioned for me to sit down so I did and waited.

"You're going to be an aunt." She started and paused. I stood and walked over to her.

"Well guess what I figured that when I walked in here. What is it you need to ask of me?" I asked her.

"It's Anakin, he doesn't seem to trust the council anymore. All because he has had strange dreams about me dying in child birth. Can you do something about it please Anna?" She asked.

"That's news to me. Not trusting the council can lead to mistrust and things Sith do." I started then paused, "I'll do it Only because I'm having a strange feeling about all this to begin with." I said after I had though about it.

Writer POV

Anakin ran up the stairs to the theater to where the chancellor was waiting for him. He made it to the Chancellor and stopped beside him, "You wanted to see me Chancellor?" Anakin asked. 

"Yes Anakin come closer I have good news." Palpatine said. Anakin got a little closer as the chancellor had asked and he squatted down, "Our clone intelligence have discovered the location of General Grevious. He's hiding in the Utapau system." Palpatine told Anakin.

"At last. We'll be able to capture that monster and end this war." Anakin said.

"I would worry about the collective wisdom of the council if they didn't select you or this challenge. Your the best choice by far." The chancellor started. He then looked at his company and told them to leave. Anakin took a seat beside him, "Anakin you know I am not able to rely on the Jedi Council. They haven't included you in their plot as well." He said.

"I'm not sure I understand." Anakin stated simply.

"You must sense what I have come to suspect. The Jedi council wants control of they Republic. They're planning to betray me." The chancellor said.

"I don't think I." Anakin started but was cut off.

"Anakin search your feelings. You know don't you?" The Chancellor asked.

"I know they don't trust you." Anakin stated.

"Or the Senate, or the Republic, or Democracy for that matter." The Chancellor said.

"I have to admit, my trust in them has been shaken." Anakin said not making eye contact with the chancellor while he talked.

"Why? They asked you to do something that made you feel dishonest? They asked you to spy on me didn't they?" The Chancellor asked.

"I don't know what.. to say." Anakin stated after pausing for a bit.

"Remember back to your early teachings. All who gain power are afraid to lose it. Even the Jedi." Palpatine said.

"The Jedi use their power for good." Anakin defended the Jedi.

"Good is a point of view Anakin. The Sith and the Jedi are similar in almost every way. Including their quest for greater power." Palpatine stated.

"The Sith rely on their passion for their strength. They think of no one, only about themselves." Anakin said.

"The Jedi don't?" Palpatine questioned.

"The Jedi are selfless. They only care about others." Anakin said. There was silence for a couple seconds then Palpatine spoke up.

"You ever hear the tragedy of Darth Plagious the wise?" Palpatine asked Anakin.

Anakin looked at the Chancellor and answered, "No."

"I didn't think so, not a story the Jedi would tell you. It's a Sith legend. Darth Plaugious was the dark lord of the Sith. So powerful and so wise he could use the force to influence the mindichlorians to create life. He had such knowledge of the dark side he could even keep the ones he cared about from dying." Palpatine told Anakin.

"He could actually save people from death?" Anakin asked him.

"The dark side of the force is a pathway to many abilities some consider to be unnatural." Palpatine said.

"What happened to him?" Anakin asked trying to find out about the dark lord.

"He became so powerful, anything he was afraid of was losing his power. Which eventually was dead. Unfortunately he taught his apprentice everything he knew. Then his apprentice killed him in his sleep. Ironic, he can save others from death but not himself." Palpatine said.

"Is it possible  to learn this power?" Anakin asked trying to find hope in saving Padme.

"Not from a Jedi." Palpatine said.

Anna's POV

A meeting was called the following day. Anakin was surprised to see me there sitting in a master's chair with Quinten behind me. Apparently Palpatine was able to find Grevious. Well I wouldn't call it able to find him I would call it knowing he was in the Utapau system. I played little to no attention to in this meeting though. I tuned in when Master Yoda started to talk, "The capture of General Grevious will end this war. Quickly and decisively we should proceed." Master Yoda said. Wonder who he will send. Most likely Kenobi.

"The chancellor has requested that I lead the campaign." Anakin said. I frowned a bit and saw that Master Yoda did too. The Chancellor is trying to get into everything we do. 

"The council makes up their own mind as to who is to go. Not the Chancellor." Master Windu said. That is the plain truth though.

"A Master is needed with more experience." Master Yoda said.

"I concur. Master Kenobi should go." Master Mundi said. Ha knew it totally called it. 

"I agree." Master Yoda said. Everyone started to call out "I".

"Meeting adjourned." Master Windu said. The transmission was cut and we all went our own ways. Quinten went to meditate and clear his mind so I went with Kenobi and Anakin. 

We we walking by the landing platform of Kenobi's fleet, "You're gonna need me on this one Master." Anakin said.

"Oh I agree however it may turn out to be a wild hunt chase." Obi- Wan said. He has a point though proof of doing all those wild chases is right here, me.

"Master, I've disappointed you. I haven't been very appreciative of your training. I've been arrogant, and I apologize. I've just been so frustrated with the council." Anakin said.

"You are strong and wise Anakin. I am very proud of you. I have trained you since you were a very small boy. I have taught you everything I know and you have become a far greater Jedi than I can ever hope to be, but be patient Anakin it will not be long before the council makes you a Jedi Master" Obi- Wan said. He started to walk and made eye contact with me. He gave me a soft and small smile which I returned. Who knows when he'll be back and who knows what will happen while he's away. Everyone started to lose sight of everything this week just because Dukoo is dead.

"Obi- Wan, may the force be with you." Anakin said.

"Good-bye old friend. May the force be with you." Obi- Wan said. After he boarded his cruiser all of them left the docking bays. Anakin turned towards me with a questioning look.

"Yes Anakin?" I asked. He started to walk and I followed.

"How long have you been on the council?" He asked. Oh so this is what it is about.

"Is that all you wish to know brother?" I asked.

"Yes An. How long have you been part of the council?" He asked me.

"Same amount of time as you Anakin." I said. He looked like he didn't believe me but he let it go. We went our separate ways after reaching the speeders. He went to see Padme while I went back to the temple a clone taking me. I couldn't trust them no more since I heard that. When we got there I thanked the clone and walked into the temple.

I went to my room to meditate and sat down in the farthest corner of my room. I had just sat down when my communicator rung. Weird no one contacts me ever more than Master Yoda and that's it. I answered it right away just in case it was Master Yoda. Instead I got Kenobi, "Obi- Wan if you're going to report something you got the wrong person." I said.

"Anna I know something was bothering you at the meeting. What was it?" He asked I knew we were on a private channel and no one could access or find it. 

"Oh nothing can ever get pass you can it Obi-Wan?" I asked him.

"Not when it comes to you Anna." He said I sighed at the response. Too cliche for my liking but oh well he said it.

"It's the visions Obi- Wan. They're too frequent now and a little too real." I said. 

"Like when you were younger and had warned Qui- Gon about the outcome?" Kenobi asked. I smiled slightly and nodded. 

"Just like that time but this time it involves the temple and my own life. I wouldn't be surprised if anything happens to this place though." I said truthfully. 

"Well I must go now Anna. Time to catch Grevious." He said.

"Good luck and may the force be with you Obi- Wan." I said.

"And with you too Anna." He said we ended the communication and I went back to trying to meditate. Instead I was interrupted when the door to my quarters was opened and closed. Glancing up I found no one but felt a presence in the room. Not a bad one but one connected to the force and it appeared to be someone who had passed away long ago. 

"Anna," I heard a whisper, "Anna." Now I heard it even louder than a whisper. Looking around I saw no one but the presence was still there.

"Who's there?" I asked. I was kind of on edge but not completely to the point where I'd lash out at anyone. A fog started to appear in my room but it wasn't cold and a figure started to appear in my room. Looking at the figure closely I saw the one person who gave Anakin and me the chance to become Jedi's. Qui- Gon Jinn was there looking down at me, "Qui- Gon sir? But how?" I asked almost completely freaking out about this.

"You know the answer to that Anna. Deep inside you know." He said.

"You became one with the force, didn't you?" I asked him. He nodded and came a little closer. I stood up and stood in place.

"You know you are correct in not trusting the Chancellor." He said.

"I figured much when Dooku always knew where I was every mission and no one other than the Council and the Senate knew where I was located at." I said.

"Quite the adventures then. Wouldn't you say?" Qui- Gon asked me.

"Yes but Qui- Gon why are you here?" I asked.

"I am here to warn you. Everything you have known for the past thirteen years is about to collapse like you have predicted. You are indeed in danger but you must pull through. In the end you are the chosen one and your life has been set in stone since the very first day you were born and your life was chosen for you. I will see you again when the time is right and when you need guidance." Qui- Gon said and he disappeared taking the fog with him. Did he just tell me my life was planned out for me. That's really nice when you think of it. What's next? Me fighting my brother or going back home to Tatoonie. I'll take the latter I want to go home.
