Star Wars: Episode 3.5- Murry in Space

AN: Been a While Enjoy.

In the heart of Mandalore, within the ancient walls of the royal palace, Korkie Kryze had been summoned by his Aunt Bo-Katan. The palace was a place of both memories and secrets, and it was here that Bo-Katan had chosen to reveal the truth to her nephew.

Amidst the grandeur of the palace's corridors, adorned with Mandalorian history and culture, Bo-Katan and Korkie stood in a hushed chamber. The room was dimly lit, and the air seemed heavy with unspoken words. Korkie had sensed that something significant was about to happen.

Bo-Katan, clad in her distinctive Mandalorian armor, faced Korkie with a mix of determination and sadness. She had carried the weight of this secret for years, and it was time to unburden herself and her family.

"Korkie, there's something I need to tell you, something that I should have revealed a long time ago." She began.

Korkie, his brow furrowed with curiosity and apprehension, looked at his aunt intently. "What is it, Aunt Bo?"

"Your Aunt, Duchess Satine... she wasn't just your aunt. She was your mother. You are her son." Korkie's eyes widened with shock, and his world seemed to spin on its axis. His mother, Satine, whom he had always believed to be his aunt, was in fact his mother.

"What? But why... why did she keep this from me?" He questioned as his world came crashing down.

Bo-Katan's voice trembled with emotion as she continued to unveil the truth. "Satine had her reasons, Korkie. She wanted to protect you, to shield you from the complexities of our family's history. She loved you deedeeply.

Korkie struggled to process this revelation, his emotions a turbulent storm. "And my father... who is he?"

Bo-Katan took a deep breath, her gaze unwavering. "Your father is Obi-Wan Kenobi, the Jedi Knight."

The room fell into silence, the weight of the truth hanging heavy in the air. Korkie's mind raced as he grappled with the enormity of this revelation. "Obi-Wan Kenobi... the Jedi who was always a part of my mother's life. I have to find him."

Bo-Katan nodded, her eyes filled with understanding. "Yes, Korkie. It's time for you to seek the answers you've been searching for, to confront your past, and perhaps, to find a path forward."

Korkie had many thoughts running through his head, but only one question he wished to ask. "Where is my Father?"

"I don't know, but all of the Jedi were based at the Jedi Temple." Bo admitted before Korkie left.

Their conversation marked a pivotal moment in Korkie's life, the revelation of his true parentage setting him on a path that would lead him to Tatooine, to confront his father, and to unravel the mysteries of his family's tangled history.

In the bustling cityscape of Coruscant, where towering skyscrapers stretched into the sky and speeder traffic filled the air with a constant hum, Korkie Kryze had followed a lead that had taken him to the heart of the Galactic Empire. His quest to find Obi-Wan Kenobi had brought him to this sprawling metropolis of politics and intrigue.

Korkie navigated the crowded streets, his Mandalorian armor drawing curious glances from the city's inhabitants. He had heard whispers that the Jedi Knight he sought might have connections here, and he was determined to uncover any trace of his father.

As he made his way through a dimly lit alleyway, Korkie suddenly found himself cornered by a figure in Mandalorian armor, distinctive and battle-worn. It was Boba Fett, the legendary bounty hunter, and his presence sent a shiver down Korkie's spine.

"You're a long way from home, Mandalorian." The legendary bounty hunter stated.

Korkie tensed, his hand inching toward the blaster holstered at his side. He had heard tales of Boba Fett's ruthless efficiency, and he knew this encounter could go in many dangerous directions. "What do you want?"

Boba Fett stepped forward, the T-shaped visor of his helmet fixed on Korkie. "I've been tracking you. You're looking for Obi-Wan Kenobi, aren't you?"

Korkie's guard didn't waver, but he couldn't deny the surprise that Fett knew about his mission. "How do you know that name?"

"Let's just say I have my sources. And I have an interest in finding Kenobi as well." Fett replied.

Korkie regarded Fett with a mix of suspicion and curiosity. This bounty hunter could either be an ally or a formidable adversary. "What's in it for you?"

"Kenobi and I share some history. I have questions, and I'm sure you do too." Their standoff continued, two Mandalorians, one in search of answers about his family and the other with his own motives and secrets.

"Fine, but this is my mission. We do it my way." Boba Fett nodded, and a tentative alliance was forged on the bustling streets of Coruscant. Korkie's journey to find his father, Obi-Wan Kenobi, had taken an unexpected turn, as he joined forces with a bounty hunter whose past was intertwined with the Jedi Knight they both sought. The hunt for answers and revelations would lead them through the labyrinthine depths of the city-world, where political intrigue and danger lurked around every corner.

Having forged an uneasy alliance with Boba Fett in the heart of Coruscant, Korkie Kryze found himself standing before the infamous bounty hunter's ship, the Slave 1. Its sleek and imposing exterior loomed before them as Korkie prepared to board. Inside the vessel, their journey would continue, taking them to Tatooine, the desert world where Korkie's search for his father, Obi-Wan Kenobi, would reach its next phase.

As they settled into the ship's cockpit, Korkie couldn't help but feel a mix of anticipation and unease. Boba Fett, at the controls, began to explain the connection between Tatooine and Obi-Wan Kenobi.

"You know, Kenobi's history on Tatooine runs deeper than you might think. His Padawan, Anakin Skywalker, was from that very planet." Fett Explained.

Korkie's curiosity was piqued as he listened to Fett's words. "Anakin Skywalker, was a Jedi Knight and Obi-Wan's apprentice. He died at the end of the Clone War."

"Anakin Skywalker... I've heard stories about him." Korkie replied.

"Yes, Skywalker was a Jedi of great promise and power. He was born on Tatooine and trained by Kenobi. Their destinies were intertwined, and the planet played a significant role in their lives."

Korkie contemplated the significance of this information. Tatooine had been a place of both tragedy and hope for Obi-Wan and Anakin, and now, it was where Korkie's own journey was leading him.

"So, you think Kenobi might have returned to Tatooine?" The young man asked.

"It's possible. If he's hiding, it's a good place to do so. Tatooine is known for its remote and desolate areas, perfect for someone looking to stay hidden." Fett reasoned.

As Slave 1 soared through hyperspace toward Tatooine, Korkie's thoughts were filled with questions about his father, the connection between Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi, and the mysterious desert planet that held the key to unraveling the secrets of his family's past. Their journey was far from over, and the desert sands of Tatooine held the promise of both answers and challenges that lay ahead.

Upon landing Slave 1 on Tatooine's unforgiving surface, Korkie Kryze and Boba Fett knew their first course of action was to gather information from the planet's well-connected underworld. As they approached the massive gates of Jabba the Hutt's palace, the Gamorrean guards eyed them warily but allowed them to enter.

Inside the palace, they were led through dimly lit corridors filled with exotic creatures and unsavory characters. Eventually, they found themselves in the presence of Jabba the Hutt, the enormous gangster who ruled over Tatooine's criminal underworld.

Jabba's bloated form rested on his dais, and his gaze bore down on the newcomers. Jabba the Hutt questioned them in Huttese "What brings you to my palace, Mandalorians?"

Boba Fett, showing respect for Jabba's authority, replied in Huttese. "We seek your wisdom and connections, Great Jabba. We're on a mission to locate someone."

Jabba regarded them with intrigue, his slimy tail curling. "Information is a valuable commodity. What can you offer in exchange?"

Korkie stepped forward, his voice steady. "We have intel on Crimson Dawn and we have skills. We can be of service to you, Jabba, in exchange for any knowledge you might possess about recent activities on Tatooine."

Jabba chuckled, a guttural sound that echoed in the chamber. "Very well, Mandalorians. I have heard rumors of a stranger wandering the Dune Sea, near the Jundland Wastes. This stranger has attracted attention. It might be what you seek."

Korkie and Boba Fett exchanged a look, grateful for the lead they had received.

"Thank you, Jabba. Your assistance is appreciated. If your lead proves fruitful next time you require my services I will provide them for half off my usual fee." Boba told Jabba.

"You're one of my best hunters Boba, I will call upon your services again. If it aids in your hunt take a couple Speeder Bikes from the Vehicle pool."  Jabba told Fett.

"You're too gracious oh mighty Jabba." Fett replied before bowing with Korkie Fallowing suit.

With their newfound information, Korkie and Boba Fett left Jabba's palace, ready to embark on the next phase of their journey. Tatooine's secrets were beginning to unravel, and the path to finding Obi-Wan Kenobi was becoming clearer, even in the midst of the planet's scorching desolation.

After their meeting with Jabba the Hutt and the valuable lead they had obtained, Korkie Kryze and Boba Fett swiftly departed from the opulent palace. The blistering suns of Tatooine bore down on them as they mounted the speeder bikes that Jabba had generously offered.

Their journey across the harsh desert landscape was relentless. Korkie and Boba Fett covered vast stretches of terrain, their speeder bikes kicking up trails of sand as they ventured into the remote regions of Tatooine.

As they raced through the dunes, they encountered a group of Tusken Raiders who inhabited this arid world. Korkie decided to approach these locals, hoping they might have encountered Obi-Wan Kenobi.

"Have any of you seen a stranger, possibly a hermit or a lone traveler, passing through these parts recently?" Korkie asked as Boba Translated.

The Tusken Raiders, initially wary of the strangers, communicated amongst themselves with guttural sounds and gestures. After a moment, one of them approached, nodding.

"We have seen such a one. He comes and goes, keeping to himself. He wanders near the Jundland Wastes." Boba translated.

Korkie and Boba Fett exchanged glances, knowing they were on the right track. "Thank you for the information." Korkie says which Boba translated.

Continuing their journey, they encountered a group of Jawas scavenging the desert for technology and artifacts. Korkie approached them with a similar inquiry. "Have any of you come across a stranger, perhaps a Jedi or a wise old man, in these parts?"

The Jawas chattered animatedly in their high-pitched language, and one of them pointed in a direction leading further into the desert.

The Jawa then said "We saw such a one. He made a trade with us, for parts and supplies. He heads toward the Dune Sea."

Boba Translated and thanked the Jawa before getting back on the bike. With newfound determination, Korkie and Boba Fett pressed on, following the leads provided by the Tusken Raiders and Jawas. The Tatooine desert held secrets and stories, and they were closing in on the enigmatic figure of Obi-Wan Kenobi.

Their search would continue, but they were making progress, one sand-swept mile at a time. Tatooine's unforgiving terrain was no match for their determination to reunite with the Jedi Knight who had played a pivotal role in Korkie's family history.

As Korkie Kryze and Boba Fett ventured deeper into the vast and unforgiving desert of Tatooine, following the leads provided by the Tusken Raiders and Jawas, they finally spotted a solitary figure standing alone in the distance. It was Obi-Wan Kenobi, the Jedi Knight they had been seeking, his robes billowing in the wind.

As they approached, Obi-Wan turned to face them, his expression a mix of surprise and curiosity.

"You've come a long way to find me." The old Jedi stated.

Korkie, his heart pounding with a mix of emotions, stepped forward to address the Jedi Master. "I've come in search of answers, Master Kenobi. Answers about my family, my mother, and the mysteries that have haunted me."

Obi-Wan regarded Korkie with a knowing look, as if sensing the weight of unspoken questions. "Go on, young one. Ask what you must."

"My mother, Satine, she kept secrets from me. I've learned that she was not just my aunt but my mother. Why did she hide the truth from me?" the young Mandalorian asked.

Obi-Wan's gaze held a mixture of sorrow and understanding. "Satine had her reasons, Korkie. She wanted to protect you from the dangers of and shield you from the conflicts of the galaxy."

"And you... you're the Jedi I've heard stories about, aren't you?" Korkie asked.

Obi-Wan nodded, his voice filled with a quiet acknowledgment. "Yes, I am Obi-Wan Kenobi, a Jedi Knight."

The revelation hung in the air, and Korkie couldn't help but question the motives behind their journey.

Amidst the vast desert expanse of Tatooine, with the twin suns casting long shadows, Korkie Kryze found the courage to reveal the truth that had weighed heavily on his heart. He stood before Obi-Wan Kenobi, the Jedi Knight, and took a deep breath.

"Master Kenobi, there's something I need to tell you. I am your son."

Obi-Wan's eyes widened in shock, his Jedi composure momentarily faltering as he processed the unexpected revelation. His gaze bore into Korkie's, searching for any hint of deception.

"My son? How is that possible?"

Korkie's voice trembled with emotion as he explained the circumstances that had led to this moment. "My mother, Satine, kept the truth hidden to protect me. She was not just my aunt but my biological mother. And you, you're my father."

Obi-Wan's expression shifted from surprise to a mixture of disbelief and recognition. The pieces of a puzzle long left unassembled were falling into place. "I... I had no idea. Satine kept this secret from me all these years."

Korkie nodded, his own emotions running deep as he finally shared this long-guarded truth. "She believed it was the best choice, to keep me safe and far from the conflicts of the galaxy. She knew you would leave the Jedi Order in a heartbeat if she told you so kept my existence hidden. But now, I seek answers, and I want to understand my family's history."

"This changes everything, Korkie. We have much to discuss, and there is a story to tell."

As the desert winds carried their voices across the desolate landscape, Korkie Kryze and Obi-Wan Kenobi stood together, united by the revelation that their destinies were far more intertwined than they could have ever imagined. The truth had been spoken, and their journey of understanding, healing, and reconciliation was just beginning.

As the revelation of Korkie being Obi-Wan Kenobi's son settled in, the Jedi Master turned to Boba Fett, who had accompanied Korkie on this quest. Obi-Wan's eyes held a curious intensity as he addressed the renowned bounty hunter.

"And what brought you into this search, Boba Fett? Why have you joined Korkie on this journey?"

Boba Fett, known for his stoic demeanor, took a moment before responding, his helmet concealing any outward expression. "I have my reasons, Kenobi. There are questions I need answers to, and this path seemed to intersect with Korkie's search for you."

Obi-Wan, ever perceptive, sensed there was more to Boba Fett's story than met the eye. "Your reasons, Boba Fett. They are your own, but our paths have converged for a purpose. Perhaps in finding those answers, we can help each other."

With their shared journey of discovery and revelations, the trio stood in the heart of Tatooine's desert, each harboring their own questions and motives. The twin suns beat down, casting long shadows over the sand, as they contemplated the twists of fate that had brought them together on this remote world.

As the suns of Tatooine continued to scorch the desert landscape, Boba Fett turned his attention to Obi-Wan Kenobi, his voice carrying a hint of urgency and lingering pain.

"My father's killer, Mace Windu... did he survive the great purge?"

Obi-Wan Kenobi met Boba's gaze, recognizing the weight of the question and the unresolved history between them. "Mace Windu... It is said that he perished during those dark times. The details were shrouded in secrecy, and I can't say for certain. But he was a formidable Jedi."

Boba Fett's helmet concealed his emotions, but there was a sense of closure in knowing the fate of the Jedi who had played a pivotal role in his past.

Amidst the harsh desert of Tatooine, Boba Fett's voice carried a weight of resignation as he addressed Obi-Wan Kenobi. "Then I am unable to avenge my father."

Obi-Wan Kenobi recognized the deep sense of closure in Boba's words, the acknowledgment that the Jedi Mace Windu's fate, whatever it might be, lay beyond their reach.

"The pursuit of vengeance can consume one's soul, Boba Fett. Sometimes, it's better to find a different path." The Jedi Advised.

Their conversation held unspoken truths and unresolved tensions, reminders of the turbulent past that had shaped both their lives. In the midst of their search for answers and family revelations, the legacy of the Jedi and the bounty hunter's quest for closure remained intertwined, as they contemplated the choices they had made and the paths they were yet to tread.

Boba Fett's words carried a sense of honor and understanding as he addressed Obi-Wan Kenobi and Korkie Kryze amidst the harsh desert of Tatooine. "I will not inform the Empire of your survival, Kenobi. I will not take another man's father."

Obi-Wan and Korkie exchanged a nod of gratitude, recognizing the unexpected alliance and the shared understanding that had formed between them.

"Thank you, Boba Fett. Your decision reflects the path of honor, and your father would be proud."

Their conversation held the weight of unspoken alliances, respect for one another's choices, and the complexities of the galaxy they navigated. In the midst of their search for answers and family revelations, they found a bond forged in the crucible of shared experiences and unexpected alliances on the desert world of Tatooine.

With the unspoken understanding between them and Boba Fett's decision not to disclose Obi-Wan Kenobi's presence to the Empire, the trio prepared to part ways for the time being. Boba Fett took charge of the two speeder bikes, ready to continue his own journey, while Obi-Wan Kenobi led Korkie Kryze towards his secluded dwelling on Tatooine.

Obi-Wan, with his deep knowledge of the desert planet, guided Korkie through the arid landscape. The journey was a mix of silence and contemplation as the young Mandalorian followed the Jedi Knight who had once been a central figure in his family's history.

As they approached Obi-Wan's hidden abode, the twin suns of Tatooine cast long shadows over the sand, and the desert winds whispered ancient secrets. Korkie knew that here, in this remote place, he would begin to unravel the mysteries of his family's past and the role his father had played in it.

Their journey was far from over, but in the seclusion of the desert, amidst the fading echoes of their recent encounters, Korkie Kryze and Obi-Wan Kenobi would find the time and space to explore the truths and revelations that lay ahahead.
