Luna Skywalker and Darth Vader both shot the other out of the sky, but there was a bright flash and they both were somehow transported to the past.

Luna's ship crashed, and she was severely injured. Someone found her and took her to a nearby hospital, where they immediately began to treat her injuries.

As for Vader he came out of his ship, unscathed. But he felt the sudden urge to pull of his helmet. He did it and found that he could breathe perfectly fine without help.

So he took off the rest of the suit, which was pretty painful since it was connected to his body. But to him it was worth it in the end. He was finally free from the suit.

Vader then went about and stole from his Sith Master, after figuring out they were in the past. He gained a numerous amount of supplies, and soon gained the location of his daughter with the force.

Without any hesitation he left his new hideout, and left to go get his daughter.
