I really need someone to talk to. I had the police come over to my house and I hate it because this will be normal now that it is spring. My neighbor is crazy and I really just want to talk it out.

Also, my best friend is getting bullied but I don't know how to help. I don't have the same lunch as her and her parents probably won't help. Can I get some advice on how to help both of these problems.
