Sabine was painting on an old crate far away from the base. It was the morning so everything was a bit quiet before everyone woke and started the day.

  She did this usually. Wake up early and paint. It helped with the nightmares. She shuddered when she remembered him dying.

  She squeezed her eyes shut. So much pain came back as she remembered. She remembered how worried and scared she'd been when Ezra was captured.

  When he was dying in Kanan's arms. Sabine always said she was fine whenever someone asked her if she was alright.

  She didn't want anyone thinking she was weak. It was in her nature to lie about how she felt. She remembered how emotional she got whe Hera got severaly injured when she got blasted in her ship.

  But when Ezra got hit by that blaster shot. . . Sabine felt a tear run down her cheek.

  "Hey."

  Sabine jumped and turned around and pulled a blaster out. Ezra held his hands up in fake surrender.

  "Easy, Sabine." Ezra soothed and reached out to her through the force. He sent soothing waves and Sabine finlly calmed down.

  Ezra sighed, relieved as she tucked her blaster away. Sabine sat down back on the other crate she was sitting on and gave Ezra another one that was near her.

  Ezra sat down and asked, "Why are you crying?" Sabine stiffened and wiped her face. "I'm fine." She faked her voice to sound cheery.

  Ezra crossed his arms and sighed. He lately decided to have his mask off.

  "I know when you're lying. I'm a Jedi, I can sense emotions." Ezra pointed out with a lopsided grin. He was trying to make her smile.

  "Well maybe you should stop and leave other people's business their own." She snapped. Ezra widened his eyes and so did Sabine

  She didn't mean to snap. Especially to Ezra.

  "Well, sorry but I can't help it. Ever since I got blind I've been sensing things even more so excuse me if I can't help this new and stronger ability." Ezra muttered and went to leave.

  Sabine quickly stood and latched onto his wrist. "Ezra, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to snap. I've been going through some things." She admitted.

  Ezra smiled softly and turned his hand over and entwined their hands together. "Its fine. Here, follow me." He started to walk and Sabine followed but still held his hand.

  She needed to know he was here. Even if she just held his hand. It helped her ease her emotions from exploding.

  Ezra noticed but didn't comment but smiled more. They soon arrived to some hills that took her breath away at the view.

  The fog was still there, the sun was rising slowly, giving the fog a glow. Some creatures flew above and some spiders walked around far away.

  "I like coming here. Even though I can't see, I can imagine what it looks like from memories. No one knows about this, not even Kanan. So this is our secret." He chuckled and Sabine smiled.

  "Thank you Ez." Sabine said softly. Ezra squeezed her hand and then faced her. "Sabine, I'm always here. If you want to talk or just sit around just tell me or just sit down and relax." He softly said.

  Sabine sniffed and said, "Its that, I can't stop seeing you die. Like when Kanan held you and I heard your cries of pain. Ezra, I don't ever want to hear that again." She squeezed his hand tightly as if it was her lifeline.

She hugged him. Ezra returned the hug and they felt happy.

  Ezra slowly let go and so did she. But they kept their arms around each other. They laid their foreheads against each others and sighed.

  "Thank you Ezra. You are one of the most strongest people I know. Also the bravest." Sabine mumbled honestly. "Same goes for you Sabine." He brought his head up and 'looked' at her.

  Sabine gazed into his blinded eyes. The red scar looked natural as it blended into his skin.

  "You know that crush I had on you?" Ezra said out of nowhere. Sabine blinked and chuckled.

  "I remember that. Too bad you don't have that crush anymore, huh?" She teased but her heart ached knowing that he didn't anymore.

  Ezra chuckled nervously. "Actually, I have to say it never went away." Sabine blushed as he leaned closer.

  The kiss they shared was going to be burned into their thoughts forever.

  Kallus jaw dropped at the scene he watched.

  He threw his stuff down and smashed his face into his hands. "I can't believe it! My baby is a grown man! Woo hoo!" He cheered.

  He danced a bit and then paused when he saw Zeb staring at him with concern. "You alright?" He asked carefully.

  Kallus blinked and then laughed. "Ezra and Sabine kissed!" He whispered shouted.

  He didn't expect Zeb to join his dancing. But they just danced as if no one was watching.

  They didn't notice Chopper recording them.
