Ezra was pretty tired. He hadn't done anything he wanted to do today. Jedi training, chores, missions, all that. The teen needed sleep, very much. So, the second he went and crawled into bed, he was out like a flash.

*Ezra's dream*

Ezra was on the Ghost. Normal, huh? Wrong! He felt like something was off. It was very quiet and calm...not really what it's like on the Ghost. Ezra decided to check on all the rooms. First was Hera's, he open the airlock door but...she wasn't in there. Second...Sabine's. Ezra lightly knocked, he then open the door. She wasn't in there too. Third, his room and Zeb's. "Zeb?" He whispers as the door open fully. The purple Lasat wasn't in there as well. Finally, Kanan's room.

Ezra gulped, nervous to see if Kanan was in there. More fear, and fear filled the boy. Please be here, Kanan. The door, slowly open. Ezra closed his eyes, then they fluttered open. Kanan, was no where to be spotted. Ezra blinked. Where was his Master? Where are the others? As questions ran through his head, he heard a scream come from the main room. Ezra jumped and followed to the loud hollered noise and, screams. Ezra was about to run face first into the door but, it automatically open and he met the floor instead.

He groan at the pain brought to his thick skull. His head lifted up and what he saw, make his heart drop. Hera, laying on the floor, covered in bruises and cuts. Sabine, blood on her legs and tiny cuts on her face and arms. Zeb, passed out on the floor, blood dripping from his mouth. And finally: Kanan. Kanan was in a pool of his own blood. He looked extremely pale and...dead. "NO!" Ezra cried. The teen dropped to his knees and pulled Kanan into his small lap. He cried, letting tears fall on his face. His Crew... His Crew is...dead. He lost his family that he truly loved....

Kanan jolted up, feeling an odd flow threw the Force. It only took a second for the Jedi to realize who it was: Ezra. Kanan jumped out of bed and ran towards the room beside him. When Kanan open the door, Zeb was up, starting at the kid. He shrugged and let Kana push through to get to Ezra. "Kanan!" He screamed. "Kanan!" The Jedi was shocked to hear what the kid was screaming. He went to Ezra who, was moving around like there was something on him. Kanan tried grabbing Ezra to calm him down, but the kid kept moving more.

"Karablast!" Kanan swore. Zeb left the room to let Kanan do what ever. Kanan called to Ezra. "Ezra, it's just a dream." He cooed the teen. Ezra only screamed louder. Kanan then hugged the teen and petted his hair. Come on kid! He thought. Ezra was now in tears. His eyes glued shut. Kanan started shaking the teen. "Ez, shhhhh....it's ok...it's me." He rubbed his shoulders.

Ezra finally stared to calm down. The teen's electric blue eyes open to meet two emerald green eyes. "Kanan?" Ezra asked. Kanan just laughed. "Kiddo, you ok?" Ezra shook his head and hid his face. "What happen? What did you see?" Kanan said concerned. Ezra lifted his head, his eyes all watery.

"You......Hera...Sabi...Zeb....died..." He sobbed. Kanan just sigh, he felt bad. Kanan just out of no where...hugged Ezra, laying his head on the teen's shoulder. "It's ok...it's ok. We're alive...we're here for you." Ezra nodded and looked at Kanan. "Thanks." Ezra said. Kanan laughed and ruffled the teen's hair. Ezra smiled and said. "Thanks Dad." Kanan's mind went blank. Did he call me Dad? He thought. A concerned look, turn into a grin. "You're welcome son." He had a smile still when Ezra made a snoring noise. The kid was passed out already.

Kanan picked the kid up and carried the boy to his room. Zeb saw Kanan carry Ezra to his room, the Lasat went back to his shared room. Kanan layed Ezra down on his bed and cuddle next to the teen. Sleep well, my Padawan. Tomorrow is a new day. He thought, while he closed his eyes and drifted to sleep.
