Chapter Five

Ezra and Sabine have kept their relationship a secret from the rest of the crew, fearing that they would be upset. However they aren't sure how long they'll be able to keep it a secret having been surrounded by the other members of the Ghost all the time.

Ezra lead Sabine across the plains of Lothal, the Ghost now out of sight. A goofy grin mixed with determination was set on his face as he lead Sabine by the hand.

"Where are we going?" Sabine inquired as she was lead towards the unknown.

"You'll see." Ezra replied, a smile crossing his face.

Sabine gave a light huff and matched his pace as he started to slow down. When he finally stopped Sabine couldn't understand why Ezra had brought her here. In front of them stood his tower that he used to live in. The teenage girl gave her boyfriend a confused look, but he gave her a mischievous smile and walked inside. Wondering why Ezra brought her here, she followed him inside.

He lead her up to the balcony where she gasped when she saw what he wanted to show her.

He had a picnic laid out on a blanket with him sitting on it, waiting for her. Sabine joined him, blushing like crazy as she and Ezra started to eat.

After an hour of Ezra and Sabine eating and laughing Ezra noticed Sabine gazing at the setting Sun. She stood up and walked over to the rails of the balcony where he joined her a moment later. He put his arm around her as she leaned into him.

"What do you think the crew would think if they knew about us?" Sabine asked, breaking the silence after a couple of minuets.

"I don't know, but I don't want to tell them." Ezra said staring into her eyes. She shot him a small smile before leaning her head back on his chest.

"Well you won't have to tell us." Came a voice from behind.

Ezra and Sabine turned around, startled, to see Hera standing there. Her arms were crossed and she had a look filled with, so much fury on her face that Ezra wouldn't be surprised if steam started coming out of her ears. Sabine immediately jumped away from Ezra as both of them blushed.

"Hera it's not what it looks like." Sabine mumbled, numbly. Ezra had never seen her this afraid, but then again, Hera was scaring them both right now.

"Save it. I've seen all I need to." Hera snapped, her voice like ice. "Both of you come with me."

Ezra and Sabine both nodded and followed Hera back towards the Ghost. Ezra tried to catch Sabine's eye, but the entire time she just stared at her feet. They were in huge trouble.
