Hey guys. I spent a lot of time writing this chapter. Sorry I didn't update for a few days, I was on vacation with no Wifi. I wrote a TON of drafts though, and will post them all fairly quick. Hope you enjoy!

(Ezra pov)

I pull her close...she leans in...this is finally happening...

The ship rocks and I look down on the ground to see Imperial officers and bucketheads. Also, Agent Kallus.
I jump up and grab Emma's hand. "Come on!" The Imperials begin firing at us and I pull Emma out of the way of a blaster bolt. She screams as it barely misses her.
We climb down the ladder so fast and immediately, run to the ramp. Kanan is lightsaber duelling the Inquisitor, Sabine, Zeb, and Arianna are shooting back at the Imperials, and Jessie and Leo are standing on the ramp, in shock. Jessie turns around at our footsteps pounding on the metal and her eyes narrow when she sees Emma and I holding hands. But she quickly recovers and her eyes go back to shocked. Jealous, much? I think.
She glares at me quickly. I can read your thoughts.
Whatever, I reply as she goes back to shocked.
"How's they find us?" Leo yells, snapping out of it and turning on his blue lightsaber.
"No idea," I shout back, activating my own blade. "Either way, we should probably stop them first!"
Leo nods and charges to help Kanan. Jessie follows with her own lightsaber, and I turn to Emma before running after them. "Stay with Sabine and the others. Help shoot, I know you have good aim. Stay safe," I plead. She nods, terror in her eyes for a moment, then strength and courage fills them and our hands break apart as we both rush to opposite sides of the battle. Me to lightsaber duelling, and her to shooting.

As I run towards my Master, I realize: Kanan is losing. The Inquisitor senses this, and Force-pushes him into the side of the Ghost. Kanan groans as he hits the metal and falls to the ground, his lightsaber deactivating. He's still.

I jump into the duel as the Inquisitor grins. "Ah, Padawan Bridger. I think it's time for you to finally join the dark side, once and for all."
"No!" I shout. "Never!"
Jessie and Leo whirl and twist their blades defensively, and I strike at the Inquisitor. He parries and kicks my legs out from under me. Jessie and Leo start for me, but are blocked by more stormtroopers. They block laser bolts and chop down the troopers, but more arrive. I gasp as the Inquisitor takes my lightsaber and puts his lightsaber to my neck.
"Come with me, and I will make you more powerful than any Jedi ever. Even your Master," he urges.
"No! I'll never join the Empire!" I yell.

Emma looks over at me from beside Sabine and screams. "Ezra!"
Arianna yells. "Ezra!"
The Inquisitor laughs. "Ah, our rogue Cadets. Both of them. This is perfect. I can take the Cadets back and kill Kanan, then I can capture you, Jessie, and Leo Flame."
"I won't let you," I struggle. "Even if I die, I won't let you. I've spent enough time in an Imperial prison."
I glance over at Kanan. Come on Kanan, wake up!
