"Focus Ezra." Kanan said. Ezra was training with force and a crate flew up after awhile. "Good!" Kanan said, he walked to Ezra and Ezra looked up and smiled. "Good work, son."

"Thanks dad." Ezra commented. They walked back to the Ghost to eat, It was the afternoon and everything was quiet. They walked to the kitchen and ate a little. Ezra was sitting there wondering. He wanted to ask Kanan to adopt him. He knew they had a father son relationship cause they called each other Dad and Son.

"Ezra!" Kanan shouted. Ezra jumped and looked to see him and Kanan in Kanans room.

"Sorry I was lost in thought." Ezra said. Kanan sat next to Ezra and smiled and asked "About what?" Ezra waited and said "I wondering can you....officially adopt me?" Kanan sat there stunned. This boy, his "son", wanted him to be his Dad Dad. Ezra looked at him and Kanan looked rigid. Ezra got up and went to his room and went to the fields instead. Ezra was sad, he thought Kanan was ready yet he wasn't and he pushed and ruined everything

Kanan was waking and saw Ezra was gone. He realized he hurt Ezra by taking too long, he wanted to see him yet he didn't know if he could. He saw the time and realized it was the next day! Kanan started to go to the kitchen when he senesd something from Ezra...sadness. He used the force to sense Ezra, he was in the fields. He walked outside to find Ezra, letting Hera know after.

Ezra sat there sad. He missed Kanan right now. Ezra started to fall asleep and then he collapsed and and went to sleep hearing some footsteps come towards him.

Kanan lifted the blanket on Ezra and all of a sudden Ezra woked up bolting up. Ezra saw Kanan smiling at him and looked away.

"Sorry, I asked cause I really thought I could have a Dad and well you know I feel, I'm sorry." Ezra said in a rush. Kanan sat next to Ezra and wrapped his arms around him and kissed his head.

"My beautiful son, there's nothing to be sorry about, I was shocked and I was processing this, I love you and I will always, I don't need offical paperwork saying your my son, its the bond that matters my boy." Kanan said.

Ezra stared at him with a smile, he was right. He gave him a hug and snuggled in. "I love you bigger than the sky." Ezra said. Kanan pulled away and smiled at Ezra and said "Where did that come from?" Ezra looked at him and said "My parents did that with me, now your my dad so I thought I would share that with you."

Kanan looke up with tears in his eyes and pulled Ezra in. "I love you Ezra Brigder, more than you know." Kanan said with a shaky voice.

Ezra layed on Kanans bed with him held each other, Kanan was still a mess. He let a few tears fall, and said "I love you bigger than the sky." Ezra smiled and slept on Kanan, Kanan smiled and rested his head on Ezra and slept too. Little did they know, Hera was listening with tears also.
