Weren't big parties supposed to make people happy? For you, they did the opposite. It wasn't the party neccesarily, it was the people. Seeing so many pretty girls always obsessing over Luke just bothered you.

It was hard for you to admit but you were helplessly in love with the handsome Jedi. As Han's little sister you couldn't really do anything about your little crush without being teased relentlessly.

That's why you were sitting alone on a balcony, your long light blue dress flowing in the wind. After one too many girls asked Luke to show them his lightsaber(I know what your thinking get your mind out of the gutter people), you decided to leave. It broke your heart to see that you would never have a chance with him.

Singing always helped you feel better though. You didn't think your voice was that great but singing made you happy so you kindly blessed everyone around you with some slightly off-key tunes.

You began singing one of your favorite songs, your voice cutting through the cold night air.

As you ended the song you heard someone clear their throat behind you. You whipped around and were met with the gorgeous blue eyes of Luke.

"Um, what were you doing?" You asked the Jedi.

"Listening to you. I came out here to get away from everybody and I couldn't help but listen."

"Oh. Ok," you replied, embarassed. "Why did you leave the party? You have everything in there, food, girls, oh, and food."

"I didn't want to be surrounded by a bunch of girls when the one I truly am in love with isn't even there."

Your face fell and you turned away. Who could be so deserving of Luke's love? You wondered.

You were met by a pair of warm lips caressing your own. You melted into the kiss and into his arms. Everything was perfect until he pulled away. You shivered a bit from the lack of warmth.

"Now why would I stay in there when you're out here?" Luke smirked.

"Wait? You like me?"

"Yeah, that's why I just kissed you, Y/N."

"Right. Um, well, kiss me again," you said.

Luke happily obliged and the two of you kissed again until you were so rudely interrupted by your favorite brother whooping outside.
