Rex: Hey Y/N!

You: Hello darling, everything going okay?

Rex: About that....

You: What? Is everything okay?

Rex: The general is ordering my men back out to Naboo, so I won't be able to be there tonight.

You: But.. it's our anniversary! Surely they must have an understanding!

Rex: Well.. technically soldiers like me cannot have relationships.

You: You haven't told Anakin???

Rex: I... look we will talk later about this okay??

You: Ugh.. fine.

*hours later*

You pace back and forth in your apartment, surely bothered about the news as you find yourself sitting down at the couch. You let out a sigh as your mind goes into deep thought about Rex, being his, was it too much?

Soon the door beckons you to it by a sing doorbell ring, "Coming!" You call then opening the door. "Hey sweetie." Rex smiles down at you, your face brightens up to the sight of him. Jumping into his arms, he walks in holding you tightly before finally kissing your lips.

"Welcome home my love." You whisper through your exhale from the long kiss.

"Come on.." he smiles taking you to your bedroom for an unforgettable night.
