Nightmare / Crosshair has a nightmare

TEXT MESSAGES~

Crosshair: Hey.. you up?

You: Of course.

Crosshair: I had a nightmare.

You: Again?

Crosshair: Yea...

You: Want to talk about it?

Crosshair: You.. I.. couldn't save you. This. Void?.. it.. was weird.

You: Aw.. Don't worry, I am here.

Crosshair: Not physically...

You: Want me to?

Crosshair: ...please?

You: I'll be there soon.

*some time later*

Because being with this mysterious man had to be kept a secret, you still managed to keep a room near him. When you head to his room, the door is already unlocked, so you slip in quietly.

Crosshair is on his bed, curled up, his face in his knees leaning back against the wall of the room, "Crosshair?" You whisper walking over to him.

He is unresponsive, but surely that didn't stop you from taking a seat near him. You place a hand on his knee, gently.

You can hear light sobbing, as you attempt to get a look at him, "I'm here, don't worry." You say as he raises his face, tears falling. He collides with your body, hugging you tightly.

"Don't leave.." He tries to say through the endless tears, "I promise." You smile.

As time goes on, he lays down with you, his head is against your chest, your hand brushing through his hair, as he dozes off into hopefully a better dream.

Atleast now you two get to spend the night together after a long time of war and problems in the galaxy.
