I know all I've done is Anakin imagines but he is my favorite character in the Star wars series, but I am working on one for Star Wars Rebels.

Setting: the blue shadow virus episode (not going to be exactly like the episode) 

Note: for the purposes Asoka is going to be Obi-Wan's padawan and the reader is Anakin's Padawan (Anakin and Padme are really good friends 

AHH I AM SO MAD THEY TOOK STAR WARS THE CLONE WARS OFF NETFLIX!!! SERIOUSLY!!!! (CUE IN MY HIGH PITCH SCREAM)

Padme pov

Jar-Jar and I are on our home planet Naboo because a couple of battle droids were found and our queen thinks that there is more going on. So Jar-Jar and I are here to investigate. 

Right after we land Captian Typho gets a message saying that The battle droid was ready for analysis and no information has yet to be retrieved. We walk in to the room that the battle droids are in and they are covered in mud but no one knows where it came from. 

One of our droids cuts in to the head of the droid so we can access the memory of the droid better. C-3PO asks if he could shut down but I deny permission, he may be able to get some information from the battle droid. Just then the droid wakes up and 3PO starts to talk to the droid trying to get information from the battle droid. We were trying to learn the location of the secret lab on Naboo when Jar-Jar accidentally knocks down shelves and the battle droid was destroyed in the process. He apologizes and I see a bug which he explains that this perticuliar species is found in only one place, in the mud under the Poloti Trees... in other words the Eastern Swamps, and that's where we are going, after we tell the jedi council. Master Yoda says that he will send two jedi and I ask if he would send Anakin and Obi-wan because the relations between the Gungans are tight but they trust General Kenobi like there own. Master Yoda agrees that he will send them here.

We land next to a river and we see a bunch of animals dead, lying next to the river. The plague has killed them. Then a female gungan attacked us, she was worried and scared. She manages to get Jar-Jars helmet off and he quickly covers his mouth and nose; then he asks what she was thinking. 

I take out my blaster and say "I don't want to hurt you. Jar-Jar put your helmet back on". He puts his helmet on and takes big gasps of air.

She tells us that we are ok, that the virus isn't in the air but in the water. With that I take off my helmet and tell her that we think the virus that made her animals sick came from the poloti trees. She tells us that if we follow the river then we will find the poloti trees. She wants to take us but I tell her no I also tell her that I will have some soldiers come and take her and the rest of her animals home.

Jar-Jar and I get to the poloti tree forest and we realize that the lab is probably right under us. I order a scan of the area and then battle droids appear around us.

We are now in some lab and the doctor tell us he has given life back to the blue shadow virus... this is bad... very bad.

Y/N pov

Master Anakin and Master Obi-Wan get a message from Master Yoda telling us to go to Nabo. Apparently there's a Separatist lab there. We get in the ship and head to Nabo; once we are in hyperspace Master Yoda says start to sink in... lab... as in experiments. I quickly excuse my self out of the  control room, as I am shaking... I'm having a panic attack; Anakin looks a little worried and says something to Master Obi-Wan before getting out of his seat. He sits in the back right next to me and asks me what is wrong... He doesn't know that I was experimented on before the Jedi found me.  

"Lab... experiments... past" was all I could manage to get out... the panic attack is only getting worse. All of a sudden I feel a pair of lips on mine and I start to panic more until I realize that it was Anakin. I start to calm down and kiss him back until he pulls back.

"Now can you tell me what was wrong and don't even think about saying that you were fine that you just got anxious, I saw what just happened that wasn't nothing... Please tell me my love" He asks me worriedly. 

I sigh and say, "Years ago... before the Jedi council found me I was experimented on... I barely remember it as I was so little... but what I do remember it was horrible... and once I realized that Master Yoda said lab... it brought back all that I remember of that time all at once and I guess that I started to go back there and panic...". By the middle of telling Anakin I start to cry and he pulls me into a hug comforting me while I cry out all of the tears that I have held in for so many years.

Anakin pov

I love Y/N so much and just hearing that she was experimented on... It was horrible, I wanted to cry but I had to stay strong. She looked like she was going to cry and I was right, so I pulled her into a hug letting her cry.

Y/N pov

We landed soon after I finished crying, which was a while. Actually I cried until I couldn't cry anymore, after that I just stayed in Anakin's comforting and loving arms.

We exit the ship and someone greets us. Anakin notices that Senator Amadala isn't there and asks where she is... he has had a few missions protecting her and they have bonded and became close on those missions... The man then says that she went to look for the secret lab, along with Representative Binks. Anakin gets worried because Senator Amadala can get into enough trouble as it is, but her looking for the secret lab... what if she finds it and what if she has alerted whoever is there that we were coming? 

C-3PO, Senator Amadala's droid, then says "Senator Padme can be very hard to stop when she has made up her mind", which is a good point, Anakin knows that all to well... with both himself and Senator Amadala. 

Anakin then sends me with the gungan to  see if we can find them. Me and the gungan... Pepi-bow... get on a speeder and go to where the lab is.  Anakin calls me on my wrist calm and warns us that the sickness is the Blue Shadow Virus and tells us that it's now airborn thanks to an insane doctor. 

There must have been pressure sensors because a scope raises Pepi up and I tell her not to let it see her. I have to inform Anakin and Master Kenobi of this. There is no way to get in to the lab without being spotted.

Master Kenobi then told me to detonate a bomb as a distraction. Once I did I told Pepi to stay here... it would be dangerous if both of us were in here and it would be good to have someone here to make sure that no one escapes. She wasn't happy about it but she agreed, then I jumped in and began to fight the clankers that have arrived. Pretty soon however the clankers fire soon got to be overwhelming. BAM! Part of the ceiling dropped and out came Master Kenobi and his Padawan Ashoka, 'thank the maker' I thought.

Master Kenobi, Ashoka, and I split up so he can go to the bombs and I can take care of the clankers. 

Anakin calls me on my com link saying "Y/N we have another situation send all the clones to search the facility we've got a mis-".  

We bump into each other and he continues, "We've got a missing bomb and a trigger happy mad doctor on the loose". 

My eyes widen at this. Senator Amadala cuts in "bomb, the doctor gave a bomb to a little droid".

"Split up and find that droid"  Anakin says, and that's what we do. 

My com beeps and in comes Padme's voice, "Y/N, I found the last bomb".

"Stay there, I'll send the bomb squad" I tell her.

Luckily we get there just in time and deactivate the bomb.

"Y/N are you there" Anakin's voice comes in.

"I'm here and the bombs are deactivated do you have the doctor" I say.

"He's deactivated as well, where's Padme" He asks.

"She's right next to me, I'm ok to thank you for asking" I say. 'I am not jealous" I repeat in my head over and over... ok maybe I am a little jealous.

Anakin and Master Kenobi are taking the mad doctor to Thebes and then coming back help us clean up. 

One of clone troupers noticed that the chamber holding the virus is missing, so we sound the alarm. Then me and some of the troopers go to see if we can find the droid that took the container.  BAM! A bomb goes off; there's a virus leak, so me and the clones quickly run to the nearest safe room. The doors are shutting; there's no way that we will make it in time, so I use the force to hold the doors open long enough so we can get in the safe room. 

"Y/N what is going on in there" Anakin's worried voice sound on my com link. 'Thank the maker he's safe and outside' I think to my self great full.

"One of the droids release the virus but we managed to seal the lab" I tell him.

"WHAT" Anakin exclaims very worried before taking a deep breath then continuing, "Are you ok and have you heard from the Senator". 

"I think were fine... I had to hold the door open using the force so we could get in a safe room though... and I haven't heard from Senator Amadala since the bomb"

"No no no... some of the virus got in here... we didn't close the door fast enough" One of the troupers say.

"We may be dead men but we can still stop those droids" another says. 

"Don't worry, my master will find a cure for the virus we aren't dead yet" I say. 'Anakin has to find a cure... he just has to' I think in my head scared and trying to reassure myself.

"Is anyone out there...can anyone hear me" Padme's voice then comes in. I answer her and she says that she will be right there, then she asks if we are contaminated. Just then some of my men start to cough and I answer her saying that I'm afraid so.

'I wonder what's taking so long' I think. So I com her asking where she is. She says that she is right outside; soon after she says that the doors open. 

I tell her not to worry about us and that as long as we are able we will help her stop the droids. She then tells us that there aren't many left and that she saw a few heading twards the south enterence. So I took the north quarter with some of the clone troopers while she and the other clone troopers took the south. 'Time to make some scrap metal' I think smiling.

Anakin's pov

Master Kenobi and his Padawan Ashoka, and I go to Eigo deep into separatist space to get a root that is a possible cure to the blue shadow virus. Right now its all we got and we probably only get one shot at this.

We come out of hyperspace and see what looks like a graveyard of ships. We quickly land and see battle droids, which they are quickly destroyed.

"Very impressive you just destroyed 17 defenseless battle droids without suffering a scratch" Obi-Wan says sarcastically and disappointedly. Behind him Ashoka is snickering.

One battle droid then falls and I correct him saying, "18 actually".

"The venerable Jabo-hood requests an audience" One of the battle droids say. 

A little boy comes out exclaiming "hey do you know how long it took to repurpose those droids". 'He's Jabo?' I think.

"Well do you" He asks again. Obi wan tries to appoligize on my behalf but Jabo wasn't having it. Jabo cut him off saying "Nine months man it took me nine months".

He then gets on a hammock and the droids start serving him!

"How did a kid like you get this many battle droids anyway" I ask him.

"Simple, when the separatists took off they left all this junk behind. I have a whole warehouse full of them right over there" he says pointing behind him.

"So you reprogramed them to serve you" Obi-Wan asks.

"No reason to let a good droid rust right" Jabo says.

'I'm impressed he knows his droids well' I think. Then I start talking to him about the droids and how I think he did it.

He recognizes that we are Jedi and asks if we want to see how he did it. 

"Perhaps another time, what we need now is reekser root... do you know where we can find some" Obi-Wan asks.

"Here, there, everywhere" he says.

"We don't have time for games kid" I tell him impatient.

"What my friend means to say is we are in a little bit of a hurry" Obi-Wan says.

"Not anymore your not... look this system is haunted, cursed, whatever... Jedi or not no one gets off this rock alive, not past Drole" Jabo says.

Then the droids get scared just by hearing his name, and   Obi-Wan asks about this Drole is.

"Ya the phantom ruler of Eigo, he destroys any ship that tries to leave. 50 of the best star pilots have tried... 50 tried... 50 died" Jabo tells us. That explains all the ships.

Jabo eventually takes us to the place where the root is. 

"Are you coming" Obi-wan asks.

"Are you kidding down there, no way" Jabo says.

"Are you trying to tell us something" I ask.

"Don't worry follow the vines to the bottom and get the root. But don't touch the vine they don't like that. The plants have sharp teeth. Oh and watch out for the Flying Zandoo" Jabo says.

'This is going to be a wild ride" I think.

Y/N pov

We finally destroy all the battle droids and in the process Senator Amadala's suit got compromised. I lean against the ladder exhausted... the virus is getting to me. 

"I'm alright" I assure everyone.

Anakin's pov

I get the root while Obi-wan protects me, then we get to the top and Jabo is there saying that he knew we would make it. 'really' I think.

Jabo explains that they were a spice convoy but now there one of the planets that no one cares about. Then he mentions Drole again and someone comes talking about him and saying that the planet is cursed. It sounds like superstision, then he shows a holo of one of the piolets getting destroyed... we're still going.

We get in the air... LAZERS! That's what destroyed the ships! I turn around the ship and right as we land the ship we get a holo message from Y/N and Padme. Y/N doesn't look very good and this worries me... I love her so much I don't know what I will do if I lose her.

"Master... Master can you hear me... we destroyed all the battle droids... Naboo is safe from further contamination... Naboo is safe" Y/N says, Senator Amadala is holding her up.

"No one must ever open this bunker" Senator Amadala.

"Goodbye Anakin... I l-" Y/N then says and the message goes out. I know what she was going to say that she loves me...I love her to.

"No we have to do something there dying" I say.

We exit the ship after some convincing from Obi-Wan. Well tell the people that Drole is actually a separatists security system. They didn't want to hear it though. We learn that the Angels inhabited one of the moons before the seperatists took over and that must be where the primary node is. then we come up with a plan to get off of this planet.

Y/N pov

We are taking care of the sick clone troopers now and some are starting to die; everyone is infected except for Representative Binks.

"What a waist" Senator Amadala says sadly.

"With all due respect it's what we were born to do" one of the clone troopers says. I am feeling really light headed.

"I hope their sacrifice brings us closer to peace" Senator Amadala says.

"It will Padme... you must believe in-" I manage to make out before I pass out.

Anakin pov

I tell Jabo to activate the droids and to transfer the control of the vulture droids to R2. Then we are off, Obi-Wan gives the commands, while I fly the ship. Ashoka watches our back on the scopes for any unwanted surprises.

"You guys ok... guys" Jabo's voice comes in.

"Were fine kid but I'm afraid that you need some new droids to boss around. The ones you lent us are pretty much toast." I tell him.

"But the good news is that your now free to leave Eigo when ever you choose" Obi-Wan tells them. 

Then I tell R2 to set the navi computers to Naboo. 

We land and I see Padme and Y/N on stretchers. I run over to Y/N and grab her hand... she's not waking up. 

"She's going to be ok... she just passed out." I hear Padme's weak voice.

I hear Y/N groan, she's waking up!

Y/N pov

"I hear you were very brave Y/N" Anakin tells me.

"All thanks to your training..." I look around discreetly to see if anyone's around... there not anyone in listening distance..."Anakin" I finish with all of my love for the man who is standing next to me.

"You right I probably do deserve most of the credit... but not all of it my love" Anakin tells me and I can see the sparkle of love in his eyes and also the mischievousness well.

I playfully roll my eyes saying, "good thing I know that you don't mean everything you say, master", discreetly letting Anakin know that there is someone coming up behind him. After that I am loaded up with the rest of the people to be taken to a med bay hospital that is in space so we can recover.

I know that I got a few details wrong but I did my best. Most of this was written late at night. I am still working on the other I just had this idea and I had to do it... I am kind of at a writers block for that story.
