"You could've saved me, but you didn't."

Y/N gasps, her eyes opening to see fairy lights above her and feeling two arms wrapped around her body. She turns to see Omega hugging her, Eeyore between Omega's head and Y/N's right arm, acting like a pillow. Y/N hesitates, not wanting to wake Omega. She then hears the sound of a camera shutter and pales, looking towards the curtain to see Wrecker there with a camera in his hands, a mischievous smile on his face as Omega stirs.

"If you show that to the others, I will shove that camera down your throat." Y/N whispers, pointing at him with her left hand.

Wrecker smirks before running off. Omega lets go of Y/N, awake now, and Y/N thanks her before lunging out of Omega's room, chasing after Wrecker.

"Gimme the camera!" Y/N orders, chasing after the giant.

Wrecker laughs, "Not a chance, kid!"

"Give it to me or so help me I'll tell Omega about the bandana incident!" Y/N demands, now on his neck, wrestling with him.

Echo walks into the room, seeing Y/N and Wrecker on the ground, wrestling and Wrecker keeping a camera away from the young adult and Omega watching with a confused face.

"What's going on here?" Echo asks.

Y/N exclaims, "Jolly Green Giant over here is being a jerk!"

Echo raises his eyebrow before taking the camera out of Wrecker's hand. Y/N panics, pushing herself off Wrecker and reaching for the camera, but Echo puts his prosthetic in front of him, stopping her from reaching the camera.

"Don't look at it!" Y/N exclaims.

Echo chuckles, looking at the sleepy faces of Omega and Y/N on the camera, a little bit of drool at the edge of Y/N's mouth. Y/N flushes red, grabbing at the camera.

"You're kinda cute like that." Echo teases.

Y/N growls, "I know, I know. Now give me the camera!"

Echo smirks, "I think I'll keep this on me."

Y/N pales, "No, Echo, don't you dare! Delete the picture, please!"

"Begging? Pathetic." Jade scoffs from behind Y/N.

Y/N turns and glares, "You stay out of this!"

Echo chuckles, tossing the camera back to Wrecker. Y/N groans, admitting defeat and walking into a storage closet.

Echo starts, "That's a-"

"I know." Y/N's muffled voice announces.

After a bit of coaxing from Omega, Y/N finally leaves the closet, pretending what happened earlier never happened, even though the picture spread through the entire ship. No one has commented on it, noticing Y/N's sour mood. Hunter points to a star map at a planet.

"Idaflor, that's where we'll go."

Wrecker frowns, "But Idaflor's not even inhabited."

"We know, Wrecker." Y/N replies.

"It makes it the perfect place to hide out." Hunter frowns.

Y/N frowns, "Well, if the portal that dragged me here would appear, we could all go to Earth and we wouldn't even need to hide because the Empire has no control over my solar system."

Omega protests, "Hide? But I've been stuck on Kamino my whole life. Can't we explore?"

Hunter replies, "Not right now. We have to wait for things to settle down. Especially with the bounty on Y/N's head."

"To be fair, I was stupid enough to paint the target on my back. Human error happens." Y/N replies.

"Well, we won't be doing either." Tech announces. "We don't have enough fuel, and we are also entirely out of rations. Without the Republic to provide us supplies, we'll have to acquire these necessities on our own."

Y/N sighs, "I've gone a week without food once. I'll survive."

"No one cares about that time you felt sick and puked every time food entered your mouth." Jade scoffs.

Y/N sighs, rolling her eyes. She really didn't need that reminder. It had happened on the same week she went without food.

"We got a bigger problem." Echo announces, "Comm chatter has our ship's signature on a wanted list. Not just Y/N."

Tech shrugs, "So we scramble it."

Wrecker asks, "You can do that?"

Y/N smirks, "Does the Pope wear a funny hat?"

Everyone looks at Y/N in confusion before Jade groans, "Yes, the Pope wears a funny hat. It's an Earth thing. She's just saying that yes, Tech can do that."

Tech nods, "However, I need to land in order to perform those modifications. By my calculations, the closest planet is..."

"Pantora." Tech, Y/N, and Jade chorus.

Everyone stares at the two sisters who are glaring at each other.

"Well, Pantora it is." Hunter frowns.

Jade scoffs, walking away, Y/N giving a funny face with her hands on her nose, wiggling her fingers while sticking out her tongue.

"You still haven't spoken to her?" Omega asks.

Y/N sighs, "It'll blow over. But if I'm the one that has to apologise for it to happen, please make sure the guys don't have their cameras."

Omega nods, "Sure."

Y/N chuckles, "Now go and daydream about Pantora until we get there, kiddo."

As the ship enters the atmosphere, Jade picks up one of her smaller bags out of her bigger bag after getting into some Civvies, looking sadly at Sapphire, who's facing away from her in her cage. Sapphire hasn't even played with Jade for a little while. Jade sighs, grabbing some credits out of her bag. She may need them.

"Why did you tell me we were out of rations? Now I'm starving!" Wrecker exclaims as he follows Tech out of the ship.

Jade tosses a bag of M&Ms at Wrecker's face, making him shut up in shock.

"If you can open them, you can eat them. Enjoy." Jade replies.

Tech frowns, annoyed at the fact Wrecker's more concerned about his stomach than their safety, "Our main priority is scrambling the ship's signature key."

Wrecker scoffs, "Your priority."

"Wrecker, we may be out of rations, but I have food I brought myself that can keep us satisfied enough for a short while. Stop complaining." Jade deadpans as someone clears his throat.

Jade and the two clones turn to the Sullustan.

"Are you fella's here for repairs?"

Jade clears her throat, but he doesn't care.

Tech replies, "Just a minor calibration and fuel."

The Sullustan coughs, "Have at it. Just need to scan your ship in."

Wrecker steps up and asks, "Are you sure about that?"

Jade chuckles as the man shrugs, "I suppose I could skip that step."

Jade narrows her eyes at the Sullustan, knowing it's not that easy as Wrecker starts to walk away with Tech.

"Ah, that was easy." Wrecker smiles.

The man clears his throat, making Jade growl.

"Aren't you, uh, forgetting something?"

The clones look at each other, confused.

Jade sighs, "He wants a bribe to skip the step." She then smirks, waving her hand slightly at her hip, feeling through the Force and touching his mind, subtly replying, "You don't need credits, though."

"Yes, I do, kid."

Jade frowns, confused. His mind must be fairly strong. She tries again.

"Surely, you don't need any money." Jade frowns, but he smirks.

"If it ain't credits, there is something else." He smirks, looking her up and down suggestively.

Jade scowls, knowing what he means. She's read enough fanfiction to know what he's implying. She pulls out her credits and throws them in his hand. Damn the Force.

Jade scoffs, "You ain't that lucky. That enough?"

He looks at the number of credits in his hand and gestures for more. She growls, shoving a handful in his hands.

"That's all your getting." Jade snarls.

He chuckles, "Pleasure doing business with you."

Wrecker laughs, "We're getting the hang of this civilian thing."

"Where did you acquire such a large amount of credits, Jade?" Tech asks.

Jade shrugs, "When you have the Force as an ally, it makes the occasional bounty hunting and scavenging easier."

The man walks into his little hut where he processes the payments before a greedy grin appears on his face. That girl looks just like the one on the wanted poster, only the hair is different. He activates his comms, calling a bounty hunter.

"This is Raspar Six at Ro station. Word on the channels is you're looking for a certain modified Omicron-class attack shuttle and a certain outlaw. I might know where to find them, but that information's going to cost you."

The woman on the other end of the comms replies, "I'll make it well worth your while. Transmit the coordinates and make sure they don't leave."

Meanwhile, through space, the woman the man was speaking to pulls up a hologram of Omega and Y/N, before putting the holograms away and starting her ship.

Echo, Hunter, Jade, and Omega walk out of the ship in some disguises, except for Omega, who hasn't changed out of her clothes. Y/N sighs, walking over to Tech in her normal armour to help him. Wrecker turns to see Hunter holding one of his bombs.

"You can't sell that explosive, it's our last one." Wrecker protests.

Hunter frowns, "And it's the only thing we have worth any money."

Echo reminds, "You wanna eat, don't you?"

Jade jokes, "Well, we could always go cannibal."

"Jade..." Y/N warns.

"Kidding. Sheesh, you're all so serious." Jade scoffs.

Wrecker protests, "Why do Tech and I have to do all the repairs while you lot get to go sightseeing?"

Omega asks hopefully, "Sightseeing?"

"Nononono. This is a supply run. In and out, quickly and quietly." Hunter protests.

"Yeah, and you stick out too much." Echo replies.

Wrecker scoffs, gesturing to both Jade and Echo, "Oh, and you two don't?"

Echo smirks, "Not dressed like this."

He pulls down the top of his disguise to make him look like a droid.

Jade chuckles, "I have something called a hoodie. No one can see my hair or face with this cloth covering my face."

She pulls up the Gater around her neck and pulls her hoodie over top of her head, making the only visible part of her face the E/C eyes, but even they're hard to see.

"Alright, let's get moving. Omega, you're with us." Hunter orders.

Omega smiles, "Yes!"

Hunter turns to Y/N, who's picking up a crate and orders, "Y/N, you stay here and help them. Remember-"

"I've got a bounty. Pick me up a newspaper while you're gone or something so I can see how much they want for me. And maybe some pink fabric if you can." Y/N smirks.

Everyone gives Y/N a confused look. Why pink fabric?

"It's not for me." Y/N scoffs before slipping in a puddle of water. "I'm okay!"

The group rolls their eyes, Hunter leading his group outside.

Wrecker calls out, "Hey! Bring back something good to eat!"

As soon as the group's gone, Y/N pipes up as she stands up, "Jade's got a whole bunch of Earth food stashed in her bag on the ship if you get peckish."

Wrecker smirks, getting ready to run back onto the ship, only for Y/N to grab his arm.

"After we scramble the ship. Not before." Y/N frowns.

Wrecker groans, walking over to Tech to start scrambling the ship's sensors, not noticing the man watching them.

In the city, there are people everywhere, with all kinds of coloured skins and hair.

"I'll meet you guys later. I have stuff to sell and buy myself." Jade whispers to her group before running off.

"No, wait!" Hunter exclaims, but she's already disappeared from his sight.

Echo sighs, "She's just like the Jedi. She'll find her way back."

"It's not that I'm worried about." Hunter frowns as he notices a parade of Clone Troopers and people cheering.

Jade walks up to a stall, making sure her hood is on correctly as some Troopers walk past, holding guns in their hands. Jade pretends to be interested in something in the stall as a trooper bumps into her. She quickly thinks about chopping off his head before stopping herself and humming.

"Don't be suspicious,
Don't be suspicious,
Don't be suspicious,
Don't be suspicious." She hums quietly.

The merchant at the stall chuckles, making Jade look up to see a Togruta with red skin and large white circles around her eyes which look familiar, although the Togruta's face is covered by a thin cloth.

"That has been the best reaction I have heard to having Clone Troopers walk past today." She smiles.

Jade shrugs, slightly embarrassed when the Togruta's eyes land on the lightsaber on Jade's hip. Jade stiffens, feeling through the Force to see if the troopers have moved on, relaxing slightly.

"Where did you get that, child?" The Togruta asks, gesturing to the lightsaber.

Jade replies, "I made it myself. It's nothing of any value, really. Just scraps thrown together for decoration."

The Togruta makes a face that says she doesn't believe Jade's half-lie. Jade can't take the awkwardness and asks, "Do I know you? You look familiar."

"It's possible, but I'm just a merchant." The Togruta smiles.

Jade doesn't believe her, but sighs, "Alright. Thank you for your time, ma'am."

Jade goes to walk away when the woman says something that makes her freeze.

"May the Force be with you, child."

Jade turns back to find the merchant has disappeared. She then gasps, realising just who she spoke to.

"No way... I just spoke to the most cunning ex-Jedi..." Jade whispers, walking into the crowd to find her friends.

"Things are changing quicker than I thought. Let's get what we came for and get out of here." Hunter orders.

Omega frowns, "But the war is over. Isn't that good?"

Echo replies, "Depends which side you're on."

"Or, in this case, whether you even partook in the war." Jade replies, walking back.

"Where'd you go off too?" Hunter asks, crossing his arms.

Jade replies, "Doesn't matter. The war didn't end because the Republic or the Seppies won. No, they were both wiped out by a third party that was hiding in the shadows and claimed to come from the Republic."

The three look at her in shock.

"I know stuff. Now let's go." Jade replies, walking away from the parade, feeling some eyes on them through the Force.

Y/N yawns as Wrecker pulls a panel off the ship. She hasn't slept right since leaving Salucami, and now it's taking its toll on her. However, no one's noticed yet. She leans against Gonky, who's holding some tools for the clones.

"The signature key should be embedded below the rear parallax inverters." Tech announces.

Wrecker grumbles before ordering, "Just tell me what to rip out."

Tech deadpans before replying, "Well, start with that."

Wrecker looks where Tech's pointing before grabbing a large piece of metal. Tech hears Y/N yawn as they cover their mouth, and his eyebrow raises in confusion before she slides off Gonky, slamming into the ground.

"Are you alright, Y/N?" Tech asks, walking over to her and picking her up off the floor.

Y/N lies, "I'm fine, it's nothing."

Tech looks carefully at Y/N's eyes, looking at the Sclera to see it's covered in red cracks, the red sclera clashing against the E/C iris, quickly figuring out something's wrong.

"You're Sclera has become bloodshot." Tech announces, making Y/N deadpan at him.

"So?"

Tech frowns, "You haven't been giving any suggestions recently, and also haven't cared to eat recently-"

"That's because rations taste like crap." Y/N interrupts.

"And you've become very irritable since Jade and you had the argument." Tech finishes.

Y/N frowns, "I'm fine. Really, it's nothing."

"How have you been sleeping recently?" Tech asks.

"Why does that matter?" Y/N frowns.

Tech grabs Y/N's shoulder, making her look into his brown eyes through his goggles.

"Y/N, how have you been sleeping?" Tech repeats more firmly, his eyebrows creasing.

Y/N winces before giving in, "I haven't exactly been sleeping well recently besides when Omega offered a spot in her room. There. Happy? I haven't exactly had... time with... everything that's been going on. Sleep's overrated anyway."

"Go to your bunk and sleep." Tech orders.

Y/N exclaims, "What? I can't go to bed right now! We have to fix the ship and the others are-"

"Go to bed." Tech repeats, in a tone Y/N's never heard him speak in.

Y/N cowers before slowly walking onto the ship, kind of scared. She walks into the room she's technically classed as hers before Jade kicked her out. She sighs before curling into a ball onto the ground, feeling the cold beskar against her knee and elbow.

"I can't sleep. He's always there. And Jade..." Y/N whispers, hugging herself as she sighs, her tears already run dry. What's the use of tears when you're half machine and you're just losing important liquids? Y/N leans against the wall, refusing to sleep as she finds a pen and piece of paper and she starts drawing.

Jade watches Omega as Hunter tries to sell the explosive. Omega starts fiddling with a clone trooper toy.

"No sale." The vendor declines.

Hunter glares, "Look, this is a pyro denton worth at least 1800 credits."

The Vendor sneers, "Maybe in the black market, but I'm running a reputable business here."

Jade scoffs, "No place is a hundred per cent reputable."

Omega suddenly pulls on the trooper toy, making the cup it was sitting in fall to the ground, clattering.

"Hey, kid! You break it, you buy it!" The vendor yells.

Jade scoffs, "It ain't broken, buddy. It was just a cup. Lighten up."

Omega apologises, picking up the cup and putting it back before she shows the little clone trooper toy to Echo.

"If you're looking to sell something, how about your droid?" The vendor suggests.

Echo asks, "Droid?"

Jade gasps in indignation and hugs Echo tightly, glaring at the vendor for even suggesting it.

"He's my emotional support droid!" Jade quickly scoffs as she glares at the vendor, making Omega chuckle slightly.

Hunter lies, "Uh, he's a... He's a military prototype."

"Military, ey?" The vendor asks, making Echo stand up straight in shock. "I'll give you 2000."

Hunter frowns in thought, making Jade redirect her glare to him.

"Give me a minute." Hunter frowns, walking over to Echo.

Echo frowns, "No, no, no. You can't be serious."

"Agreed." Jade sneers.

Hunter frowns, "We need the credits. Once we get the supplies, I'll give you the signal and you can leave."

"Then at least sell him for a good price." Jade snarls.

"Fine, but I agree with Jade. I am worth more than 2000." Echo scoffs.

"Try 10,000." Jade whispers.

Hunter turns around and smiles, "Make it 4000."

"What did I just say?!" Jade growls, glaring at Hunter.

The man frowns for a moment before offering, "3."

Hunter frowns for a moment when Jade pipes up, "3500, final offer. No less."

"Deal." The vendor nods.

Echo sighs in disappointment as Hunter walks to the man to exchange credits. Jade hears barking and turns to see Omega looking at some dog-like creatures known as voorpak. Jade looks between the adults and the kid before deciding to follow Omega.

"Hello there." Omega smiles at the yapping voorpak.

"Omega, be careful. You could get lost out here." Jade frowns, making Omega jump.

"Sorry." Omega apologises before patting the voorpak.

The voorpak proceeds to lick Omega's face, making her laugh. The voorpak then steals the toy from Omega's hand, then the cart holding the voorpak starts driving away.

"Hey, wait! Wait!" Omega calls as she runs after it.

Jade sighs, following Omega, remembering what happens next.

Hunter smirks, counting the credits as he turns to Echo.

"Echo, go to your new owner." He teases.

Echo sighs, trying to sound like a droid, "Yes, whatever you require."

Hunter smiles and turns around to Omega and Jade to find out neither of them are there.

"Omega? Jade?" He asks, not seeing them.

He then walks forward, looking for the two girls in concern.

"Omega! Jade!"

Jade sighs as Omega continues running after the voorpak, so Jade subtly pulls the doll out of the creature's mouth with the Force, making it drop on the ground. Omega picks up the doll, then bumps into a Goat-like man, falling to the ground, dropping the doll again.

"Hey! Wa-a-a-a-tch it!" The Goat-man glares.

Jade glares, "You watch it, Bucko!"

She leans down and helps Omega off the ground, purposely ignoring the doll, knowing Hunter will find it.

"Thanks." Omega smiles before looking around, realising the two are lost.

A man on a hoverbike almost runs Omega over and yells in Huttese.

"We're walking here, you mongrel!" Jade yells.

A snarling noise is heard behind Omega, making her turn in fear to see a creature in a cage.

"Calm down, Meg. I'm here. You'll be fine." Jade smirks.

"Oh, are you two all right?"

Jade and Omega turn to see a woman that Jade immediately recognises as Fennec Shand.

"You seem lost." She frowns gently, kneeling down to Omega.

Jade goes to protest, but Omega speaks first.

"We got separated from our friends."

Fennec smiles, "I can help with that. Not to worry. We'll find them."

Jade grabs Omega's shoulder and narrows her eyes at Fennec.

"We'll be fine, ma'am. But thank you for offering." Jade frowns, starting to walk away with Omega, only for Fennec to step in front of her.

"I insist." Fennec smirks. 

Jade keeps her hand on Omega's shoulder but reluctantly agrees.

Hunter looks around when his eyes land on the doll Omega was messing with earlier. He rushes over and picks it up. They were here. He looks up, subtly sniffing the air to smell some familiar feathers coming from in front of him. Jade must still have some in her clothes. He runs after the girls, searching for them.

"Thanks for helping us look for our friends." Omega smiles.

Jade closes her eyes for a moment as she walks, listening through the Force for anyone.

"It's no trouble at all. You hungry, kid?" Fennec asks.

"Yeah, but I don't have any credits." Omega frowns.

Jade quickly pulls out a packet of Nerds, pouring some into Omega's hand.

"What are these?" Omega asks.

"Food. Trust me, they beat rations any day." Jade smirks, pouring some into her own hand and shoving them all in her mouth, crunching easily. "Want some?"

Fennec chuckles, "That doesn't seem very filling."

"No, but they're full of sugar. I'm immune to the effects, but 'Meg here will be jumping off the walls if I give her the whole packet." Jade smirks.

Fennec looks ahead to see someone lifting a large basket of fruit. She smirks, getting an idea, deliberately crashing into the basket. The group of girls lean down, picking up the fruit to give back to the vendor.

"Sorry about that." Fennec frowns before the group hands the fruit back.

Omega smiles before her eyes land on the gun holster on Fennec's thigh. Jade puts the last of the fruit into the basket, giving the blue-skinned woman a smile.

"Thank you. You're so kind." The woman smiles.

Jade curtsies, "You're welcome. Peace be with you."

"Peace be with you?! What am I, a Jewish priest?!" Jade scolds herself.

Fennec nods, "My mistake."

Jade pulls out some credits and puts them into the woman's basket, surprising her.

"For any losses we've caused." Jade smiles.

As the woman walks away, Fennec pulls three fruit out of her helmet and hands two of them to the girls. Jade glares at Fennec, but accepts the fruit.

"But we didn't pay for these." Omega frowns.

Jade smirks, "Actually, I did. Didn't you see me giving her credits?"

Fennec nods, "It's okay to break the rules sometimes."

Jade frowns, "But only when it's needed, because rules are there for reasons. Mainly for protection. But when the rules are doing more harm than good, then you can break them."

"Wow, I'm teaching a kid life lessons. What am I, the life-hacks channel?"

Omega asks, "Are you a soldier?"

Fennec smirks, "Not exactly."

"Then why do you have a blaster?" Omega asks.

Jade frowns, "There are many reasons to have a blaster, Omega. Some have them for protection in dangerous areas, others have them for fun, and still, others could be bounty hunters."

Fennec stiffens slightly, but Jade notices.

Fennec nods, "Your friend is right. It's to protect myself. The galaxy's a dangerous place to be on your own."

"We aren't alone. We're practically Ohana!" Jade smirks.

"Ohana?" The two others ask before biting their fruits.

Jade explains, "Ohana means family. Family means no one gets left behind... or..." She slows down and gets quieter as she finishes the quote, "Or forgotten..."

Jade groans, facepalming.

"I've messed up big time, 'Meg. Stitch would be disappointed in me." Jade sighs.

Omega smiles, patting Jade's arm.

"Maybe you should apologise to her. She's been upset since your fight." Omega smiles.

"Trouble in paradise?" Fennec asks.

Jade gags, "Ew, gross! We're not talking about- We're talking about my sister. Not- Yuck! I don't see girls that way." She pauses, putting her fist to her chin. "Or... at least... at least I don't think I do... Don't see guys that way either, now that I think about it. Eh, I'm still young. Plenty of time to... feel... attractions."

Jade puts her fruit into her bag on her side as she hears familiar footsteps.

"Omega!" Hunter calls.

Omega and Jade turn to see Hunter. Jade puts her hand to her lightsaber resting at her thigh, waiting for Fennec's first move.

"Oh, there's one of my friends now." Omega smiles, waving to Hunter.

"Omega, Jade, step away from her." Hunter frowns.

Jade nods subtly, ready to make a move while Omega's just confused.

"Why? She was helping me look for you." Omega asks.

"Yes, Omega and I were getting to know each other." Fennec frowns before putting her helmet on and placing her hand on Omega's shoulder.

Jade frowns, "She lied. She was leading us to her ship. Isn't that right, bounty huntress?"

"You're good, kid." Fennec smirks before shooting at Hunter, making Jade quickly throw a kick at her, which Fennec catches.

"Nice reflexes." Jade compliments.

Omega pulls on Fennec's arm, throwing her aim off. Fennec grabs a hold of Omega, but Jade kicks Fennec in the shin, forcing her to let go. Omega hides behind a crate as Fennec attacks Hunter.

"Girls, run!"

Omega obeys, Jade hesitating before running after Omega, making sure she's safe.

"Wrecker, easy with my ship." Tech frowns as Wrecker continues to pull the ship apart.

"Your ship?" Wrecker asks.

Tech sees the signature key and points at it. "There. That is the signature key."

Wrecker pulls it out with little difficulties and smiles, "Got it."

"With a slight adjustment, we'll be able to scramble our signature whenever we need to." Tech nods.

Suddenly, the comms activate, "Wrecker, Y/N, Tech, Echo. I lost Omega and Jade. Somebody attacked us."

Y/N quickly runs out of the ship with the Bat'leth in her hand, her E/C and red eyes full of anger.

"Somebody who?" Wrecker asks.

"A woman. Highly trained. She's after the kid. Probably Jade too."

"Tell me where the brat that hurt my sisters is!" Y/N demands, gripping the Bat'leth tightly in her hands.

Wrecker nods, running outside with Y/N close behind.

"I'll tap into the central security network. There should be enough cameras in this city to find them." Tech nods.

"Listen, I made a bit of noise out here. Get the ship ready to go." Hunter orders.

Tech turns to see the spare parts all over the floor and frowns, "It's not technically a ship at the moment."

Y/N turns on her comms and smirks, "We'd need a whole team of droids to fix it in a short amount of time. Thankfully, Echo should have that covered, with the droids surrounding him."

Echo asks, "How'd you know that?"

"Same way I know everything. Just get moving, boys!"

With Omega and Jade, the girls are running through the streets, Jade pulling Omega along, bumping into people.

"'Scuse us! Coming through! On your left!" Jade calls out to make people move out of the way.

"Hey, Watch it!"

Jade makes a rude face before pulling Omega along some more. Jade pulls Omega into an alleyway, watching as Fennec passes them. Jade looks up to see the security cameras and waves before seeing a maintenance tunnel.

"This way, Omega." Jade orders.

Omega nods, following Jade and helping her move the grate. Jade jumps down first, landing in the classic superhero pose before standing up and holding her hands up, catching Omega as she jumps down.

"We need to keep moving." Jade whispers, brushing her shoulders off.

Omega nods, grabbing Jade's hand as the two start to run again. Omega slips, sliding towards a wall only for Jade to pull her back, stopping her from crashing. Omega leans against the wall for a moment to catch her breath while Jade looks around, making sure they're alone. Omega gets back up, grabbing Jade's hand and running again, only to bump into someone, bouncing back. Omega backs up in fear while Jade relaxes, realising who's in front of them.

"There you two are!" Wrecker smiles.

Y/N walks up to the two girls, quickly checking over Jade first, grabbing her chin, moving her head to the left and right, making sure there are no cuts or bruises.

"You two had us worried." Wrecker smiles, picking up Omega.

"Y/N! Stop it! I'm fine." Jade growls.

Y/N frowns, "Your hair's burned."

"You try dodging blaster bullets before running through a crowd that refuses to budge." Jade scoffs.

"Can we get out of here?" Omega asks.

Wrecker nods, "You got it."

Y/N activates the comms on her arm and announces to the boys, "We've found them. We're on our way, boys."

Omega gasps, making Y/N turn to see Fennec Shand slowly walking towards them. Jade activates her lightsabre, lighting up the maintenance tunnel in an orange glow. Fennec blinks in surprise as her eyes land on Y/N.

"Get to the ship. I'll handle her." Wrecker orders, putting Omega down near a ladder.

Y/N looks at Jade, who just gestures to Omega. Y/N sighs before nodding, following Omega up a ladder.

"Be careful, Jade."

Jade nods, swinging her lightsabre around.

Wrecker growls, "You mess with the kid, you mess with me."

Wrecker takes a swing, only for Fennec to somehow toss him into a wall, knocking him out cold.

"Wrecker! Oh, that does it!" Jade yells, pushing Fennec back with the Force before closing her eyes, opening herself up to the Force.

She dodges a punch to her left, jumps over a kick, and takes a swing, which Fennec blocks with her armour. Jade snarls as Fennec pulls out her gun to shoot her, but Jade just deflects the bolts.

"Taking down a Jedi is quite a challenge." Fennec smirks.

Jade growls, "For the last fricking time, I'm not a Jedi!"

She forces Fennec into the air, anger surging through her as her eyes turn yellow.

"Educate yourself, you uncultured swine! Jedi aren't allowed emotions, Sith have no control, so I'm a Force User! A Grey!" She yells, distracted by her anger.

Jade suddenly feels a pain in her leg, making her fall to the ground, dropping Fennec to see a blaster wound in her leg and Fennec's gun smoking. Fennec runs away, obviously after Omega.

Jade picks up Wrecker's commlink, muttering curses.

"Wrecker's down, guys!" Jade announces.

Omega opens the door at the top of the ladder and crawls out, helping Y/N to come out before closing the door as fast as she can. Y/N activates the blowtorch on her arm and seals the door shut.

"There. That should be- Omega!" Y/N yells just before she grabs the girl, who almost fell off the roof the two girls found themselves on.

"Thanks." Omega breathes.

Y/N frowns, "Don't thank me yet."

She activates her commlink, "Guys, if you've got a ride, like a car or a bike, we could really use it right now."

Omega turns to the door, scared when suddenly a blaster bolt flies through it, making Omega stumble and fall.

"'Meg!" Y/N yells, reaching down and catching her with both arms.

"How are you holding on?!" Omega asks.

Y/N yells back, "Strong legs. Hold on, kid."

Y/N hears the door open, struggling to pull Omega back up. She feels herself slipping slightly, biting her lip as she tries to pull the young clone up. Suddenly, her feet slip, and Omega starts to yell, but a hand wraps around Y/N's ankle, stopping their fall. Y/N looks up to see Fennec.

"You can thank me later." Fennec frowns.

"Sure, I'll make an appointment!" Y/N sasses.

Fennec looks to Y/N's left to see a bike driving towards them. Y/N looks left to see a very cushioned truck coming underneath the girls.

"Closest thing I'll get to a jumping castle for a while."

"Tuck and roll when you land, kids." Fennec orders.

She lets go of Y/N, who lets go of Omega and curls into a ball, crashing into what appears to be folded up fabric before unrolling.

"Woah, what a rush." Y/N chuckles, getting up and helping Omega as she sees Fennec landed just next to her.

Jade helps Wrecker get up as he wakes up.

"Wrecker, Jade. Where are you?" Tech asks.

Wrecker groans, "I gotta find Omega."

"Hunter's already on it, and Y/N's with her. Get back to the ship." Tech orders.

Jade suddenly stumbles, her eyes widening as she receives a vision from the Force of Y/N falling towards the ground. It was too vague, but Jade knows it's an event that will happen soon.

"I'll be back shortly!" Jade growls, limping away.

"So, wanna spill why you're after Meg?" Y/N frowns, readying her Bat'leth for a fight.

Fennec shoots at a bike, which Y/N looks at to see Hunter riding it.

"Don't touch my family!" Y/N exclaims, reaching to hit Fennec, only for Fennec to block her.

Y/N reaches for the gun, receiving a punch to the face. Fennec knocks the Bat'leth away, making it fly off the car, so Y/N immediately changes tactics, wrapping her legs around Fennec's and pulling her down, rolling on the fabrics, ending up with Fennec on top of her with Y/N's hands pinned above her head for a moment.

"Do you do this often?" Y/N smirks.

Fennec pauses for a moment and asks, "What? Wrestle with a kid?"

Y/N puts her left hand to her mouth, kisses it, and smirks, "Goodnight everybody!"

"What?" Fennec asks.

"It's a Terran thing." Y/N smirks before kicking out her prosthetic leg, whacking the older woman's other leg, making her buckle as Y/N rolls on top of her.

Omega sees Y/N and Fennec wrestling and looks around for a way to help her friend to see a lever. She quickly crawls towards it, grabbing it, waiting for an opening. Y/N looks up and immediately jumps off of Fennec, running towards Omega.

"Pull it! Now!" Y/N yells.

Omega nods, straining as she pulls the lever, which makes the truck try to empty its contents in the tray. Y/N grabs onto the metal, pulling her vibroblade out and slicing the restraints, making the stuff fall out even more, hitting Fennec.

"One point for the Terran!" Y/N laughs.

Suddenly, Omega starts sliding on the folded fabric.

"'Meg!" Y/N yells.

Omega grabs onto a restraint, hanging off of it desperately. Y/N looks around to see Hunter flying closer on the bike and some local cops flying after the small group.

"Hunter, catch her!" Y/N orders.

Hunter nods, flying closer to Omega, who's screaming her lungs out.

"Hunter! Look out!"

Y/N looks up to see Fennec ram Hunter from another vehicle, sending him flying away. Y/N growls, letting go of the tray and running down it before jumping, slamming into Fennec, pulling down the lever and making the car slow, wrestling with the woman.

"Who do you work for? Why do they want Omega?" Y/N growls.

Fennec smirks, "Same person who wants you."

Y/N snarls, "That doesn't answer my question, Shand. Who are they?"

"You'll see." Fennec replies before headbutting Y/N, who only stumbles a moment before glaring at the older woman as blue and red lights flash in the corner of her eye.

Fennec reaches back into the car and grabs the blaster she dropped, aiming at the cops before Y/N pulls her hand, making her miss before Fennec aims at Y/N's leg and blasts, only for the blast to leave a burn mark, not affecting Y/N in the slightest.

"Wrong leg, Shand." Y/N smirks.

Fennec then headbutts Y/N again, making her grip her head in pain as Fennec closes in on Omega. Y/N growls before a blaster is heard and the engines are blown out, making Y/N sigh in relief. Hunter's back. Omega's hands slip, and she's holding onto the restraints with one hand. Y/N looks up in concern, ignoring the pain in her head as Omega falls. Hunter grabs Omega's hand just before she can hit the ground. Y/N smiles for a moment before the car has a mini-explosion, making her fall out of the car.

"Oh, Mother-Father!" Y/N yells as she plummets closer to the ground.

She covers her head and closes her eyes, hoping to protect her vital parts, quickly praying to whatever god is out there when she stops thinking and feeling. She opens her eyes hesitantly to see the ground two inches away from her face. She then falls the last two inches, crashing with the concrete.

"My nose!" Y/N groans.

She quickly gets back up to see Jade on a roof of a building, wiping sweat from her forehead. Y/N nods in thanks, but Jade just brushes her off before jumping down and landing on her feet, but she stumbles a little, Y/N instantly landing her eyes on Jade's injured leg. She looks up to see the Bat'leth on Jade's back and the younger girl's eyes yellow.

"We have to move now! Echo's already fixed the ship." Jade orders.

Y/N quickly picks up Jade Bridle style, who quickly starts protesting, but a glare from Y/N quickly shuts her up as Y/N runs through the streets, Jade telling her when to turn every now and then.

"We need to go, now!" Hunter demands, pulling Omega onto the ship.

Tech turns on his comms and frowns, "Wrecker, Y/N, Jade, pick up the pace. We don't have all day."

Y/N runs through the opening of the building with Jade in her arms, making Echo look at the two in shock.

"Questions later. Where's Wrecker?" Y/N frowns.

Wrecker runs into the building, panting in exhaustion.

"I'm here." Wrecker pants.

Y/N nods, "Good. Get on the ship!"

The group clamours onto the ship, Y/N putting Jade on one of the chairs nearby before running into the cockpit, where Tech's trying to start up the ship. Y/N kicks the ship with her prosthetic leg, which somehow turns the lights on.

"Alright, boys! Let's go!" Y/N orders.

After they leave orbit, Y/N lets out a sigh of relief as she mentally does a headcount.

"Everyone's here, we're not dead. That could've gone a whole lot worse." Y/N breathes.

"Agreed." Echo nods.

Y/N looks at Jade, who's eyes are back to their normal E/C shade has folded her leg so that she's in half of a meditation pose, concentrating on the blaster wound on her leg. Y/N realises what she's trying to do and sighs.

"I don't think Force Healing works that way, Jade." Y/N frowns.

Jade raises her eyebrow at Y/N, prompting her to explain.

"You have to transfer some Force inside yourself into the wound of your target, but I don't think you can do it on yourself." Y/N explains.

Jade sighs, looking back at the wound and trying again.

"She has to be a bounty hunter." Hunter frowns.

"A what?" Omega asks.

Jade frowns, "Way to state the obvious, Hunter. 'Meg, a bounty hunter is someone paid to retrieve targets."

Echo nods, "And you appear to be the target."

"Me?" Omega asks, scared.

Wrecker frowns, "Hey, don't scare the kid!"

"We need to find out who she is and who hired her." Hunter orders.

"Jade and I already know who she is." Y/N frowns. "Her name is Fennec Shand. She's human. Tough. The Empire will plan to use her when they find out about her existence. If they haven't already. She seemed to have a hidden concern for Omega. Probably because 'Meg's a kid. Professionals have standards, after all. Like not killing a kid. We just don't know who's paying her."

Jade nods before limping away in the ship.

"Is she alright?" Tech asks.

Y/N frowns, "She got shot. You'd better check her out. She's still not talking to me."

Y/N looks at Jade who's still not talking to her as she walks away from Tech, who's just finished dressing Jade's wounds. Suddenly an idea strikes.

"Hey, Omega, watch this." Y/N whispers.

Omega nods as Y/N walks toward her sister, whistling. Jade stiffens, recognising the tune.

"I'll swim and sail on savage seas
With ne'er a fear of drowning
And gladly ride the waves of life...
I'll make the monsters flee." Y/N sings softly, prompting Jade to respond.

After a short moment, Y/N continues, "No scorching sun nor freezing cold
Will stop me on my journey
If you would promise me your heart...

After an awkward moment, Y/N sighs, turning to walk away.

"And love me for eternity..." Jade finishes the line.

Y/N turns to Jade, smiling happily as Jade turns to her sister, walking around her slowly.

"My dearest one,
My sister dear,
Your mighty words astound me
But I've no need for mighty deeds
When you're here to protect me!"

Y/N laughs, "But I would take down mighty beasts
I'd even sing you poetry!"

"Oh really?" Jade sasses.

"And I will keep you from all harm!
I'll make the monsters flee!" Y/N laughs, starting to do-see-do with her sister.

"I have no need for mighty beasts
I care not for your poetry
I only want you here, my sister"

"Here and beside me!" Y/N cheers.

The two sing together, "To love and live, to sweetly hold
For the dancing and the dreaming

The two siblings laugh a moment before Y/N sighs.

"Look, sis, we gotta stop beating around the bush. We can't just avoid each other forever, so can we just-"

"I'm sorry."

Those two words make Y/N shut up. The boys all exchange confused glances.

Jade sighs, "I know I have a problem. I could see you pushing me away, but I was selfish and thought you just changed and hated me. I didn't see why you pushed me away. I just saw what you did. I'm sorry I can't understand things the way you do, and I know it's my fault not trying harder-"

"It's not your fault." Y/N frowns.

"Shut up and let me finish!"

Y/N winces, "Sorry."

"Stop apologising. You were right. You apologise too much. I don't apologise enough. I see now. I was a brat. You just wanted some love, and our stupid parents spent all their time with me making you neglected. If I had known then, I probably would've gloated at you that they loved me more. They probably did but... But you deserved more than you got. You're clever and witty and I... I'm just a weak, dumb jerk that-"

"Don't you dare finish that sentence! You are intelligent! You're strong too, heck, you've been able to use the Dark Side of the Force without too much strain. The only evidence of the Dark Side in you is the random yellow eyes." Y/N frowns.

"I've been so close to killing people, Y/N! The only reason I haven't killed clones is because of you!" Jade growls.

Y/N freezes before suddenly wrapping her arms around Jade, pulling her into a hug, surprising the younger teenager.

"Thank you, Jade. I'm sorry that I attacked your autism and said I hate you. I don't hate you. I was just so angry. I'm sorry." Y/N whispers, sniffling slightly as Jade's stiff body slowly becomes more relaxed into the hug.

Jade's hands start fiddling with the bolts on Y/N's head and some strands of her hair. Normally, Y/N would've made her stop, finding it annoying, but she doesn't care right now.

"Stop apologising, Y/N. It's not your fault." Jade whispers, tracing around the metal where it attaches to her sister's skin as tears soak each other's shirts.

Omega, who's confused but happy they're talking again turns to see the boys staring at the sisters in confusion. Suddenly, Jade squeals in shock, jumping away from Y/N.

"Oh, so that's how you wanna play it, Firecracker?" Jade smirks before lunging at Y/N, hooking her hands into Y/N's chest and wiggling her fingers around, making Y/N squeal in laughter.

Y/N laughs, shoving her own hands into Jade's armpits, making the Force user squeal, clenching her armpits closed, but that was a mistake as now Y/N's fingers are trapped in Jade's armpits. Y/N scratches her fingers around and makes Jade squeal in laughter even harder before Y/N pulls her hands out of her sister's armpits, chuckling herself.

"What was that?" Wrecker asks, staring between the two girls who have paused in their shenanigans to look at the giant in shock.

Jade asks, "You're kidding, right?"

Y/N gasps, "Of course, Jade, they've never experienced them!"

"Never experienced what?" Echo asks, suspicious.

Y/N and Jade exchange mischievous glances, getting off each other to explain.

"It's called tickling. And considering that you guys have never felt them, I'd say they're a Terran/Earth thing." Y/N smirks.

"Or, as you guys were raised as soldiers, you've just never been exposed to tickles." Jade adds.

Y/N continues, "It's viewed as a form of play, however, in ancient history on Earth, tickling was once used as a torture technique."

"This... "tickling"... it hurts?" Hunter asks.

"Only when you run out of air in your lungs." Y/N chuckles.

Jade and Y/N exchange glances.

"Y/N, I've reconnected our mind link thing." Jade smirks.

"I go for Echo, you go for Tech." Y/N smirks.

"We'll actually hear Tech laugh for once!" Jade agrees.

Y/N walks up to Echo nonchalantly, Jade doing the same to Tech, only leaning against a wall nearby watching Y/N.

"Hope you're down for a laugh." Y/N smirks.

Before the group can ask what she's talking about, she wiggles her left hand into Echo's neck, making him burst out laughing at the tickling and stumble slightly, but Y/N doesn't let up, pulling him down and finding his armpits, shoving her fingers in there and wiggling them around, making Echo laugh even more.

"Stop ihihihit!" Echo laughs, pulling his arms down to shield his armpits.

Y/N smirks, "Only if you say please."

Hunter just looks at the two cyborgs sprawled on the floor in confusion, Wrecker laughing at the two, and Omega having a similar look to Hunter as Y/N continues to tickle Echo.

"Stohohohop ihihit! Plehehehehease!" Echo laughs, trying to gasp for air as Y/N finds a soft spot on his elbow.

She stands up and smirks, "Only because you asked so nicely."

Suddenly, Tech's on the floor, laughing as Jade's arms are wrapped around him and she's using her feet to tickle him.

"I'll find your weak spots, Tech!" Jade announces, using the Force to tickle his abdomen.

Tech clutches his abdomen as the Force Fingers spider along his chest, begging for her to stop. Y/N's laughs are heard, making everyone turn to her.

"You guys crumble under two seconds! You'd never survive on Earth." Y/N laughs.

Tech and Echo, who have now both recovered from being tickled, exchange similar glances, making Y/N and Jade pale, realising they're planning revenge.

"Sorry, sis. You'll slow me down." Jade announces before bolting.

Y/N chases after her sister as Tech and Echo chase after the sisters, yelling, "Traitor!"

On Pantora, the holo screens glitch for a moment before animated characters appear on the screen, which would be familiar to people on Earth if they paid attention to what was on TV.

It then goes back to the three Cartoon characters as they finish, "Animaniacs!

The person facepalms, recognising the female on the screen.

"Always gotta have a dramatic exit, don't you, kid?"

A/N: Oooh, can anyone guess who that person was that recognised Jade? And can anyone guess who Jade met in the Markets? I'm sorry the update took so long, but I was distracted with... stuff. I've found a new thing to hyperfixate on, as evidenced by the last song in this chapter.

Oh, and the rewritten parts of For the Dancing and the dreaming parts are not mine. My sister found them somewhere, and the credits go to wherever she found them. I only partially edited them, and it's not even that much edited.

Writing the chapters is going to be a little more difficult now because I no longer have Disney+ anymore. Soap2day doesn't have this BadBatch, I checked. Does anyone know where I can watch Bad Batch so I can do the whole process of writing fanfiction?
