So this is more of a personal note- ya'll can skip this if you don't want to read about my plans and such

Alright lovelies. I know there's some new readers (welcome and thank you for reading) and old ones (thanks for sticking around though this horror show of a book) which is why I'm making this update

I update rarely as it is but everything is sort of hectic rn.

So I have other things I'm writing. I will now list them just to ramble

1. I'm writing a scene rewrite of an anime called Sirius the Jaeger. I like the series despite the rushed ending of the first season- I've been doing that and will get this done first

2. I have a universe with my own ocs and my friend called the Multiverse in which I have 3 orginal pieces I want to write

3. I have another original piece I want to write. It's a Kelpie story. I'm really proud of it but I need to actually string it all together

4. I have a request to do for this book. I'll probably be working on this relatively soon as soon as I'm motivated

5. I've got a short for Red Dead Redemption 2 in the works as well

In other news besides writing in out of school in 2 weeks. Which means finals are approaching. Also im graduating and going to college so yay stress

There's also some personal stuff as well which is stressful- so just bear with me please

Kelpie Story

A small breeze stirred the limbs of towering trees swaying them back and forth. The woods were still, the silence filled with laughter as two boys stumbled through the overgrowth following a deer path imprinted by the wildlife of the forest.

Unruly hair that glistened as the sunlight reflected off the marvelous waters bounced back, eyes filled with mirth a thin smile spreading across pink lips. Dirt smeared cheeks and daring blue eyes that were with consumed by wonder, soon to have the life expunged out of its very essence. His frame was emaciated, prominent cheekbones and nimble boney fingers due to malnourishment.

The stone remains seemed eternal a lonely thing devoid of life despite being surrounded by it. A weathered guardian, a morbid onlooker. It's presence compelled those around it to stop and falter even just for a moment. A relic time left behind.

The atmosphere around the lake was still, the sound of birds long silent. The shoreline was vacant as far as the eye could see. Nature seemed to elude the waters, an oddity two children didn't seem to recognize. There was no movement from fish, insects that would normally latch onto exposed skin remained inactive. A small movement broke the surface of the lake in a split second but was undetected by the children's eyes. While one boy wandered off the other looked out across the water. A royal contrast caught his eye, the white fur reminiscent of fog. It was similar to an apparition that wasn't entirely there, a trick of the mind and a product of an overactive imagination. This was no mirage, this was no hallucination . When their eyes connected he felt desire take ahold of his mind, any rational thought chased away. The mane of the beast was wet and the ends of its hair accompanied the creature's body in the water following its carefree movements. The top retained it's natural volume and the horse drew closer. He needed that horse. It was his. The wind blew moving through the boys locks, nature whispering a warning to the child to stay away. Humans seemed to have lost the ability to listen long ago.

A candle was placed on the shore of the lake. Ironic two contrasting elements intermingled only separated by sand and wax. A flame to replace that of which was lost, to remember who was lost.
