By the way, (F/D/T) means Favorite Drink Type (doesn't have to be alcoholic, it could also be any type of soft drink too).

Luke: You two hung out with Leia, Han and Chewbacca and were dancing the night away with nothing much to do and after the clock struck midnight you and Luke kissed and then the five of you went to watch fireworks that were currently going off.

Obi-Wan- You two went to a bar to hang out and share drinks and you ordered a (f/d/t) while he orders some type of beer and you said "Obi-Wan, the one thing I am most grateful for this year is for meeting you, you are making my life even more amazing then I could ever imagine." So he answered back kindly "And I'm most grateful for you (Y/n), you have shown me how much fun it is to be in love." Then when the clock struck midnight he pulled you close and kissed you passionately before you left the club and headed to your house.

Anakin: You two spent the night relaxing in your place, waiting for the clock to strike midnight, as you two waited, you were trying to think of what you were most thankful for this past year and you said "Ani, I think the thing I am most grateful for is getting to know you, your everything I could ever want in a man and I'm grateful to be yours." After this he answered back "So am I (Y/n) this past year has been great with you." So you say back "Aww, thank you
Anakin, your so wonderful to have around." Then the clock struck midnight and the two of you kissed before going to bed, sleeping in each other's arms.

Yoda: You two were happily laying on the couch together and were enjoying some romantic time together before the new year was to begin and Yoda said to you as you smiled at him "Know how happy you make me feel, do you (Y/n), hmmm?" So you say back "Yes, I do, I make you feel like I'm the only thing in the universe that you want to keep forever because it makes you the most happy you could ever be." So Yoda says back to you smiling "Correct you are Sweetheart." Then after the clock strikes midnight, Yoda kisses you with a kiss that is as sweet as honey before you two decide to call it a night and as you lay in bed you say to Yoda "Happy New Year, my lover and my Jedi." And Yoda says back "Happy New Year, so much fun there is to have starting tomorrow."

Finn: You two were celebrating the New Year with Poe, his girlfriend and a couple other Resistance Members from Black Squadron and you were all in Poe's room since it is a pretty big room and you said "Hey Finn, do you want to know what I'm most grateful for this year?" And Finn says back "Of course I do Babe, I'd love to know." And Poe says after hearing the conversation you and Finn were currently having "Yeah (Y/n) tell us, it's always fun to remember past events from the year that is about to end." So you say "Well, I'm grateful for the fact that you showed me that I could leave the First Order and start my own life and not have it controlled by others, Finn you have made my life seem worth living." Finn then responds by saying "Oh thank you Babe, but you don't have to." But you say "Oh but I insist." When the clock stuck twelve you two kissed deeply before saying your goodbyes to Poe, his girlfriend and the other members of Black Squadron with you.

Poe Dameron: During the party with Finn, his girlfriend and the members of Black Squadron that Poe invited over, he asked you what you were most thankful for this year and you of course said you were thankful for him which rocked his world and then when the clock struck twelve you two kisses pretty rapidly and once everyone left you said while laying in bed "Good night Poe, Happy New Year." And Poe says back "Happy New Year honey." Before you two fall asleep.

Kylo Ren: You two were hanging out in your room partying with just the two of you and you were currently drinking (f/d/n) and Kylo was drinking some water and he suddenly said to you "Hey (Y/n) out of curiosity what were you most thankful for?" And you say "Kylo tell you the truth, I'm most thankful for having you in my life, since you wondered into my life that very special day on the bridge of the Finalizer it made my whole universe a better place." And Kylo says "And you want to know what I'm most grateful for?" And you nod so he answers by saying "I'm most grateful for having met you (Y/n) you are my everything, your able to calm me down when I am most angry even if it may put you in danger by doing it." Then the clock struck twelve so he kissed you as passionately and as deeply as he ever could.

Hux: You two went to a club on the Finalizer and were both drinking (y/f/d) excited to celebrate the New Year and he just held you close until midnight and once the clock struck twelve you two kissed roughly before you went to bed, he coming in not long after.
