Rebel Base

"Did you send Rey the message?" Finn asked Leia.
"Yes she has gotten it and has headed toward the system."She said nodding to the commander to grab some men and take them to the seen.
Finn looked at her then at the commander,"If he's going I'm coming." He said without thought.
"Very well, Commander take him with you." Leia sighed and walked out of the control room.
Finn climbed aboard the Resistance shuttle and sat down next to the group of men.

Somewhere

Poe lost his gripping climbing down the mountainous cliff. BB-8 was strapped on his back. He almost reached the bottom, "How much further?" Poe asked his BB unit.
BB-8 squealed.
Poe jumped down the last 5-7 feet remaining.
"Let's set up camp here it's getting late." Poe informed. He dropped his sack and BB-8 rolled out. He diggers around, and eventually found the mechanism connecter set up in X-wing.
Poe pushed buttons seeing if he could get any signs of connection. There was a quick buzz, then nothing.

Jakku

From the Falcon Rey could see the village. Half of it was collapsing in ashes, the townspeople started waving and jumping up and down for a rescue. There was no sign of the First Order.
She ran out to help the people.

The Resistance transporter groups arrived shortly after and helped board the people on.
Rey over heard one of the commanders say," This population was at least 300 people, now it's only 50."
She was shocked by how people had lost there friends and family. Finn got of one of the ships and spotted Rey right away. "Rey!" He yelled.
She turned around and saw him."Finn!" They ran and hugged each other.
"What happened here?" Rey asked seeing the town in shackles.
"First order came and-" Finn was cut off by a load noise. Rey looked above her.
"TIE fighters! Everyone get down!" The troops yelled. The fighters flew around taking shots that would end lives. One of them allocated Rey and Finn, they were hiding behind a tipped table outside. The TIE fighter shot through table just missing them.
"C'mon!" Rey yelled as she pointed to workshop. Finn started running after her followed by a stream of lazers. The two hid safely behind the shack.
Rey looked around to see if anything close could have better protection. She spotted something about 20 yards away but there was a quick opening for anyone to see.
"There." She said to Finn.
"You wanna go there? That's to far." Finn said looking into her eyes.
Rey looked at him then back to the spot. She hesitated then started running across the open.
Finn stared at her,"No!" He screamed.
A TIE fighter spotted Rey and started firing. Rey looked over and lost her fitting, she fell to the ground with about 7 yards to go.
