Chapter 20
Through the foyer and into a glass-enclosed indoor pool area. I follow his lead and shrug off my remaining clothing, stepping into the pool as he turns on the side jets. The pool water is clear and warm as I sink into its depths, his gaze locked on me.
I float on my back and stare up at the skylight, watching the dark clouds pass by and the snow begins falling. I can hear him moving around the room and the fireplace roars to life. He pushes off his jeans and shoes, slinging the expensive denim over a chair carelessly.
He steps into the pool, wading through the shallows until he gets to me. I lick my lips at the sight of his wet chest hair as he gets closer. Close enough for me to reach out and touch. He leans down and kisses me softly, his fingers threading through my hair.
"I'm sorry, baby. I...lost myself for a moment." He lowers himself into the water, eye to eye with me and pulls me gently into his arms.
"No...I should've spoken up sooner. I just...," I shake my head, brushing a stray curl from his face. "I'm not very good at this." I wrap my arms around his neck and lay my head on his shoulder.
"At what, love?"
"Reaching out. Expressing my feelings. I didn't grow up like you did, you know? My mom was always working so I learned how to handle most things on my own. And I was doing a pretty good job at it too until I met you."
He strokes my hair and kisses my forehead, his lips lingering on my skin. "You're doing just fine, sweetheart. And if you need to talk about anything, I'm always here to listen. Don't keep things bottled up until you explode."
I nod and take a deep breath, feeling the warm water surrounding me. "I appreciate it. That means a lot to me." He chuckles and kisses me again, this time a little deeper. "Anything on your mind you need to talk about?"
I hesitate for a moment, thinking about the events of the past few days. "I just...I'm a little worried about our relationship. It's all so confusing sometimes."
"It doesn't have to be," he says softly and strokes my cheek. "Tell me what you want, baby."
"I want to be yours and only yours. I want us. I don't want to share you with anyone. Especially not a woman who doesn't appreciate you like I do."
Dave pulls me tight against his body, floating through the water in his embrace. "I'll compromise and, if you're around, you'll be the only one. You won't have to share me, and I'll make sure Lexi knows."
"Really? You'd do that for me?"
"Of course, I would. I'll admit though...you getting jealous over me was kinda hot, Babygirl."
I smack his shoulder as he laughs. "Pervert."
"I can't help it. You know damn well that you turn me on...you know the right buttons to push."
"Is that so?" I ask with a small smile. He slips his hands under my thighs and lifts me up against him. "And there's a small part of me that finds you so damn sexy when you're possessive."
"I know how wet it makes you, baby," he smiles, running his hands over my ass as I back him into the pool wall.
"Mmhmm...," I nod, reaching down to take his cock in my hand. "Wanna do something about it?"
"If you insist," he groans. I lock my legs around his waist and slip against him, letting the water support our weight and slowly allowing him to impale me. He lets out a shuddering breath as I become aware of every inch of him inside my body.
"Feels so good," I whisper, kissing his neck. He slides his hands up my back and grips my shoulders, slipping out before thrusting back in. "Harder..."
He grins and obeys my command, moving faster and deeper inside of me. I run my hands over his chest and down his stomach, rubbing my thumb over his piercing as he rocks his hips into me. I lean forward and drag my tongue from his nipple to his chin, kissing him deeply as our bodies move together and the water swirls around us.
He complies, picking up the pace. The water sloshes around us, swirling around our bodies as we move together. His thrusts become more intense, his grip on me tightening. The pleasure builds within me, and I wrap my legs tighter around him, urging him on.
"Yes, yes, yes," I cry out, my voice lost in the noise of the pool.
He moans in response, his hips moving faster as he feels me tighten around him. I reach down between us and rub my clit, adding another layer to the pleasure coursing through my body.
"I'm close," he whispers, his thrusts growing more and more erratic.
"Fuck...I love you, Daddy...fuck," I pant, clenching my muscles around him as he lets out a groan. A few more hard thrusts and he's spilling himself inside of me as I milk every drop from him before my own orgasm shudders through me.
We collapse against each other, our bodies still moving in sync as we catch our breath. The water is calm and still around us, the only sound is our heavy breathing. Dave kisses me softly, his lips lingering on my skin. "I love you too, Babygirl. God, you're amazing."
I chuckle and look up at him, feeling the warmth spread through my body. "You ain't too bad yourself."
He grins and leans down to kiss me again, this time more passionately. "We make a good team, that's for sure." He pulls me close and nuzzles my neck, his breath warm on my skin. "Now, how about we get you dried off?"
He slips from inside of me, helping me from the pool. He wraps a towel around my shoulders and hands me another for him to dry off with. I turn my back to him and rest against his chest as he towels off my hair, making sure to be gentle with it.
As I dry my hair, I close my eyes and feel the warmth from his body radiate through me. His scent lingers on my skin, making me want to pull him close and inhale him. I reach up and gently run my fingers through his hair, feeling the soft strands between my fingers.
Dave leans down and kisses me softly, his fingers threading through my hair. "So...we good?" he asks and kisses the top of my head.
"Yeah, we're good," I smile, leaning up to kiss him.
"How about we get dressed and I'll bring you into the village? It's pretty quiet this time of year but still romantic," he offers.
*~*Snowy Valley*~*
I sit quietly in the passenger seat as David carefully navigates the rented SUV down the snowy hills of Mont Blanc. The mountains loomed around us, covered in a blanket of fresh powder. It was quiet and peaceful, with only the sound of the wind blowing through the trees to break the silence.
Dave reaches over and takes my hand, intertwining our fingers. "You know, I've always wanted to bring someone here," he says with a smile. "It's such a beautiful place."
"You've never come here with...Lexi?"
"No, we've always stayed in more tropical areas with the exception of Aspen," he answers.
"It must be nice to get away from the heat sometimes."
"It is," Dave agrees. "But this place has something special about it. It's like another world."
As we descend into the valley, I can see a small village nestled amongst the trees. The buildings are covered in a thick layer of snow, giving it a magical feel, almost like out of a fairytale. The streetlights cast a warm glow on the snow, making it sparkle like diamonds.
David parks the car and we step out into the crisp air, wrapping scarves around our faces and necks. The snow crunches under our feet as we wander through the village, hand in hand, taking in the sights and sounds.
The buildings take on a cozy feel, with warm light spilling out from the windows. Snow falls gently around us, creating a peaceful blanket of silence. We stop to watch a group of children building a snowman, their laughter echoing through the village.
David pulls me against him, wrapping his arms around me. "I really love it here," he says softly, his breath warm against my ear. "It's so peaceful."
I nod, feeling the snowflakes land on my cheeks. "Yeah, it's beautiful."
He leans down and kisses me softly, his lips brushing against mine. I lean into him, feeling the warmth of his body against mine. Our hands find their way under each other's jackets, tracing lines across skin. He pulls me closer, deepening the kiss as his hands roam over my body.
The kiss slowly grows more intense, his tongue exploring my mouth as my hands find their way under his jacket and sweater. I moan softly, feeling the heat build between us. We break apart for a moment, breathing heavily as we catch our breath.
"We should get inside," he says, his voice low and husky. I nod in agreement and he leads me into a small cozy cafe. Roaring fire in the stone hearth and the smell of coffee lingers in the air. We're shown to a corner table close to the fireplace and order two hot chocolates.
As we take our first sips, Dave rests his chin on my shoulder. "I love you," he says softly, his voice full of emotion.
I smile at him, feeling my heart swell with emotion. Something about hearing him say it, I'm still in awe. "I love you too, Daddy."
He takes my hand in his and kisses it softly. "I know we've had our ups and downs, but I want you to know that I'm here for you. You're my girl, always and forever."
I lean into him, feeling the warmth of his body against mine. "Thank you, Daddy. That means a lot to me." He wraps his arms around me, holding me close as we both enjoy the cozy atmosphere of the cafe.
The crackling fire casts a warm glow over us, making us feel safe and secure. The sounds of laughter and conversation float around us, reminding us that we're not alone. For a moment, we forget about the troubles of the world and just enjoy being together.
He slides a small, thin box over to me with a smile. "Just a token of my love...just for you."
My fingers fumble with the ribbon and open the box to reveal the most gorgeous chain link bracelet with the finest white diamonds. I gasp in amazement, my eyes wide in delight.
"David, it's beautiful," I breathe, unable to take my eyes off it.
He grins at me, his eyes full of affection. "My friend Stephen made it specifically for you. Look at the engraving on the inner part of the band."
On the smooth band were the words, 'My everything is you.'
"Oh, baby...I love it...," My words cut off as I choke back a sob. However, I can't stop the tears as they stain my cheek.
Dave pulls me into his arms, holding me close as I cry. "I'm sorry, baby," he says softly. "I didn't mean to upset you."
I shake my head, wiping away the tears with the back of my hand. "No no...It's not you. It's gorgeous. I'm just...overwhelmed."
He kisses the top of my head, his lips brushing against my hair. "How about we see how it fits?" Dave takes the bracelet from its box and slides it onto my wrist. I turn it over and over to admire the intricate design. The diamonds shimmer in the light, catching my eye with their brilliance.
"I'm glad you like it," he says softly, his voice full of emotion. "It's my way of saying that I love you and nothing will ever change that." The bracelet feels heavy on my wrist, but I know it will always be a reminder of his love for me.
We're interrupted by a couple of shy fans who ask politely for a photo and autograph. David is always more than happy to oblige. I volunteer to take one of all three of them, Dave in the middle and grinning ear to ear. They thank us both and rush off with the giggles.
"You know...I wanted to ask you something. You know how my musical Diana was shut down?"
"From the pandemic? Yeah, I heard."
"Well," he says, toying with his glass. "I'm heading back to Broadway in November. Any chance of you joining me? My bed's been missing you."
I laugh, feeling my cheeks flush with heat. "You know I can't say no to that."
He grins at me, his eyes full of mischief. "Good girl. I knew I could count on you."
As he leans in to kiss me, I close my eyes, feeling the warmth of his lips against mine. The bracelet catches the light, sparkling like diamonds in the firelight. The sounds of laughter and conversation fade away, replaced by the soft murmur of our voices.
For a moment, it's just the two of us, lost in each other's embrace. The world around us seems to fade away, leaving us alone in our own little bubble. As David pulls away, he looks at me with a mischievous glint in his eyes.
"So," he says, his voice low and husky. "Ready to go back to the chalet?"
"Do you think...maybe...we could play tonight?"
He gives me that sweet smile I love and replies, "Only if you're sure."
I inhale deeply and reach into my bag, sliding a blue-capped object in front of him. "Positive."
