✮16~ You have a good reason right?✮ ✅
We're all like flowers in a way, we start as a seed, a baby, we all grow and form a bulb, the beginning of a flower. However some let it die before the flower can bloom, spread its petals and live, but for the few who spread their petals are great. They become singers, actors or someone famous most of the time and spread their petals big and wide for the world to see.
But the small flowers who hide behind the rest's success
are often the most beautiful of all.

My eyes fluttered open to see that it was once again day time, the light returning to the temple and reigniting it's brilliance. Shiver as usual was watching me calmly with her obsidian black eyes, giving a slight nod when she saw I was awake. Her eyes always seemed to hold something different in them, she always watched me as if knowing something I never knew. I mean she and my other Pokemon are currently the only connection I have with my past but she seemed to know more then she was giving me.
I reached over and scratched her behind the ears. "Good morning."
She once again just nodded.
Joy's words from last night flashed through my mind. I think everyone has guessed that already. After all you have her Glaceon.
Her Glaceon.
I looked up to see Alyssa was standing next to Amy as they inspected a plant, mumbling things to each other. Moss was sitting on Amy's shoulder, flicking his leaf like tail from time to time while Gleam just sat on the ground grooming herself.
I looked back at Shiver and lowered my voice to below a whisper. "Shiver can I ask you something, but I want you to be absolutely honest with me alright?"
Shiver frowned and flicked her gaze to the ground. She shook her head before looking back at me with sad eyes that said she knew what I wanted to ask but she wouldn't tell.
"Why?"
~Glace...~ She mumbled shaking her head again. She looked back at me softly.
"Is Alice... alive or am I Alice?"
Shiver recoiled slightly and looked down, without reply.
"You don't know, do you?"
Shiver once again didn't reply.
"Do you know?"
Shiver sighed and looked at me sadly, like she so desperately wanted to say something but couldn't.
I closed my eyes with a soft sigh. I opened to see Shiver was still looking at me sadly, somewhat shameful. "It's alright. I'm sure you have a good reason for not wanting to tell me, right?" I offered her a smile to show I wasn't upset with her.
Shiver nodded a solemn look in her eyes.
I sat up and rubbed my eyes. Looking up, my eyes soon found the three orbs to see that Dream was still curled up in hers while Life and Joy zipped around the above scattering a small amount of sparkles as they went.
"You're up!" Amy giggled bounding over to me happily.
"I guess so..." I replied awkwardly, scratching the back of my head.
Alyssa rolled her eyes and walked over the us, Gleam by her side. "We should get going, before the boys kill each other."
I frowned. Why would the boys kill each other? I thought to myself, confused and unsure if I should actually ask.
Alyssa saw my look. "Most likely Thomas will do something to annoy Nick and the two will fight and Tyson will try to break them up and all of them will start fighting. Welcome to my world." She threw her hands into the air but had a joking expression.
I giggled a little and smiled.
"Roll up your sleeping bag. We're leaving soon." Amy nodded, before rushing over to some flowers.
Nodding my head, I turned instead to Alyssa. "What about Dream?" I asked looking back at the orb.
"She'll stay here with the other Pixie's until she's better." Alyssa said while following my gaze to Dream.
"But aren't Life and Joy your and Amy's Pokemon?" I asked confused.
Alyssa shook her head. "The Pixie's belong to no one. They choose who they bond with, nothing more nothing less."
I gave a slight nod. "Can they be caught?"
"People have tried, no one has succeeded." Alyssa shrugged. "But not many people have ever even seen the Pixie's let alone be able to battle with them."
Once again I nodded while rolling up the sleeping bag and slipping into its plastic covering. "Thanks for letting me use this." I said awkwardly while handing the bag to Alyssa, wishing everything didn't always feel so awkward to me.
"No prob, we always keep a spare or two here just in case." Alyssa smiled, taking the bag and placing in a chest that sat at the base of one of the statues. It kept their supplies just in case of an emergency as well as some important artefacts that needed to be protected here.
I looked over to Amy who was examining a flower. I walked to her side to see her watching a flower, its crimson red and burning orange petals were closed though seemingly about too bloom. "What are you doing?" My tone proof of my curiosity .
Moss gave me a look before flicking his tail and shaking his head, his leaf like ears flopping like leaves in a breeze.
"I need some of the nectar from this flower. It's the rarest flower here and has incredibly properties." Amy explained, not taking her eyes off the flower bud. "It can heal almost anything, ward of evil from a tortured soul- though I have yet to figure out that part..."
"When will it bloom?"
"Normally not for a while but I have a little secret." Amy smiled. She held her hand above the plant, green sparkles that matched the colour of her hair fell from a glow emitting from her palm.
The plant sprouting from wall lifted up and stretched out towards Amy's hand. The bud untwisted and a golden liquid dripped down from inside. Amy quickly placed the jar in her other hand underneath, catching the drops inside.
It only took seconds for the beautiful flower to wither and the petals fell to the ground. Amy smiled proudly, even though only less then half the tiny jar was filled. "This stuff will last a while, one drop it all you really need to work miracles."
"What about the flower?" I asked, looking down at the wilted petals.
"This type of Lilly, the Fire Lilly as its commonly called, only stays in bloom for a few moments but while it does this," Amy held up her prize of golden nectar. "will always run from the middle until the flower dies, however the stem will always produce another flower in a few months or years." Amy gestured to the stem still sticking out from the wall. "The plant itself can live for generations if properly taken care of."
My eyes went wide with amazement. "That's amazing."
Amy beamed. "It really is. Come on, let's go, we've done everything we came to do and the boys will be expecting us. Oh and by the way, as with everything you've seen from us, you can't tell anyone what you saw." She gave a wink before walking off, me following slightly behind.
~Leafeon.~ Moss growled slight before nodding his head.
I gave a quick nod. "Promise."
Amy smiled brightly. "Good cause I'm kinda liking having you around." She slung one arm, the one without the jar, around my shoulders.
My cheeks tinted pink for some reason. "Thanks..."
"Are you two ready yet?" Alyssa grumbled tapping her foot with her arms crossed.
Gleam and Shiver sat side by side next to her, Gleam chatting happily in Pokétalk while Shiver just sat and listened silently.
"Yup, let's go." Amy smiled removing her arm from my shoulder as Moss leapt from her shoulder and joined the convocation with the other Eeveelutions.
Alyssa had explained that Moss, Gleam and Shiver all evolved from the same Pokemon, an Eevee to be exact. Eevee had eight evolution forms and everyone in their team had one of the Eeveelutions that matched their type with the exception of Alice and Alyssa who had seemed to switch types. Alyssa had her Espeon from before she was a Pixie Born and Alice found Shiver as an already evolved Glaceon.
Shiver jumped into my shoulder as we left the temple, leaving the Pixies behind. I glanced over at my Glaceon, still feeling like she was still hiding something but, she wouldn't hide something without a good reason, right?
