Backstory: Being a loner since the age of eight. Victor had lived on the streets alone most his life around a small city called Terrice in the kingdom of Atlas. During his time in Terrice, he'd bounced from home to home, doing odd spy jobs his caretakers until one day, he came across an old man named Mason Blackwell. During his time with him, he'd trained to become the most lethal spy under Blackwell's wing. This is also the time when he gets his gloves that are known to pack a wallop. Sadly, Mason however died of old age, but not before giving Victor a bird, a cybernetically enhanced peregrine falcon named Quietus or Quiet in Latin. With the help of his semblance, gloves, and his reconnaissance assistant Quietus, Victor truly is a force to be reckoned with whether you see him or not.
