Concert
~Kenny~
We just made it to the hotel.
"Checking in," Dean said, looking at the person who running the room keys.
"How many?" She asked, trying not to fan girl.
"Three rooms," Dean smiled at the lady. She smiled and handed him three key cards. Dean paid for the rooms.
"So, where is the kid staying?" said Miss Jackson.
"He's staying with me," Dean said, wrapping his arms around me.
"WHAT? Why?" I asked in total confusion.
"Because I said so," Dean said with a sassy tone.
"Fine, whatever," I said, rolling my eyes.
"Then it's all settled," the driver said, grabbing a key card.
"Yep, goodnight boys," said Miss Jackson, walking off towards her room.
"So, which way to our room?" I asked, with my bag slowly slipping down my shoulder.
"Just followed me," Dean said, grabbing my hand and pulling me down the creep hallway.
"Okay but you can let go of my hand," I growled at Dean. All of a sudden, we hear girls screaming from behind us.
"No, we got to get to our room before they get to us," Dean said, panic washed over his face.
"Okay," I said. I felt his grip getting tighter on my hand. We speed walk to our room and Dean quickly slammed the door behind us, "Well that was fun," I said, looking up at Dean.
"Yeah but now we got to get ready for the concert," Dean said.
"What? No. Nononono," I said, waving my hands making an x.
"Yeah, sorry but it's part of the job," he said, placing his suitcase on one of the bed.
"Can I just stay here?" I asked, not really wanting to go.
"No, that was also part of the contest. I'm really sorry, Kenny," Dean said, looking up at me.
"Yeah, I'm just socially awkward teem," I said, placing my suitcase on the table.
"I don't believe that," he said. I looked back at him.
"It's true," I said, closing my suitcase.
"Okay then name me a time that you were socially awkward," Dean asked, crossing his arms.
"Hm... about three days ago, I was sitting in my room when my mom invited some of her friends over. So, they came over and brought their kids with them. I came out of my room to grab something to eat and drink. I saw them and they saw me. My mom told me not to stay in my room today so I just sat awkwardly in a chair for the rest of the day," I concluded.
"Okay, that was a good exampled," he said, "But you're still going to the concert,"
"I hate this," I sighed.
"I know but I can't do anything about it," Dean said, grabbing my hand. We walked out of our hotel room and to the concert building. We walked to backstage and I saw a line of girls waiting to meet Dean West. The meet and greet started. Everyone was happy to be there besides me.
~Time skip~
The concert just started Dean was giving his perforce a one hundred.
"I was up so high but slowly falling down. I never thought I would hit the ground. I looked around and saw you standing there that when I stopped going with the flow of my brain. It shuts off and my heart is taking over. I started to tell that you're the one," Dean sang. I felt something different for him but I can't feel this way towards him. I hear the crowd going nuts. I looked around the backstage area.
"How does it feel being backstage?" Miss Jackson asked.
"Odd," I answered her. She looked at me.
"Yeah, it must since you don't like pop stars," she said, looking at something on her phone.
"How did you know that I don't like pop stars?" I asked calmly.
"Dean," Miss Jackson said.
"Of course," I sighed, rubbing the bridge of my nose.
"So, why?" She asked, looking up from her phone.
"Well, that's something I don't like talking about," I stated, looking at the floor.
"Alright," Miss Jackson said, dropping the subject. I on the other hand was worried if Dean would asked the same question. The concert was half way over when Dean came off the stage.
"So, how was I?" Dean asked.
"Okay, I guess," I said, looking at him.
"Just okay, Dude," Dean whine.
"This is my first pop concert I've been to. What do expect to say?" I asked, getting really annoyed.
"That I'm awesome or something. I don't know," He said, throwing his arms in the air. Dean walked over to a chair and took a seat. Someone gave Dean a water bottle. I looked around but kept glancing at Dean, "Can you sit down you're making me nervous?" Dean said, patting a chair next to him. I nodded and walked over to the chair. I sat in the chair and Dean put his arm on the back of the chair.
"Well, this is awkward," I stated, not looking at him.
"Well, I think it's a good awkward," Dean smiled. I looked up at him.
"How ?" I asked confused.
"I don't know. I never really been in this type of situation before," Dean said, rubbing the back of his neck.
"Really?" I asked.
"Yeah when everyone talks to me they talk about me. So, yeah," he said, giving me a weak smile.
"Dean you're on," someone said. Dean nodded and got up and walked out on stage. I watch him walk out I can feel something happening but I don't want it to happen.
~Time Skip end of Concert~ Dean~
I walked off the stage and saw that Kenny was still sitting there. He looks like a lost puppy.
"Kennnyyy," I sang, walking over to him. He looked up confused.
"Can we go now?" He asked.
"No, it's the after party," I said. Kenny sighed and got up from the chair.
"Dean, I don't do parties as well as people," Kenny said, crossing his arms.
"Well, you better," I said, looking at him. I realize I might of said it to harshly.
"Right," He whispered and walked off.
"Kenny, wait," I called out to him but he was to far head, "Damn it," I mumbled, "I fucked this up." I walked into the backstage party area. I looked around for him but Kenny was nowhere in sight.
"What the matter Dean?" Miss Jackson asked.
"I can't find Kenny," I said, worried about what he will do.
"Oh, well you better go find him," She said. I nodded and took off to find him. I looked everywhere beside the roof. I made my way up to the roof. I opened the door slowly. I saw him sitting at the edge.
"Kenny?" I asked, making my way to him.
"Wh-Wh-what?" Kenny stuttered, whipping his face with his hand. I couldn't take he looks so sad.
"Kenny, are you okay?" I asked softly, sitting next to him.
"Ye-yeah, I-I just needed a quite place," he said, looking at the sky.
"Okay but we should really back down," I suggested.
"Go ahead," Kenny sighed.
"Well, I'm not going down until you do," I said, making myself more comfortable.
"You shouldn't though. You have fans down there," he said, looking at me with those amazing green eyes.
"Yeah and you're here," I said, looking back up at the sky.
"What do you mean?"
"I never really travel with someone besides my crew. So this is totally new to me," I said, looking at Kenny.
"I never traveled, so I'm new to it as well," he said, smiling slightly.
"I guess we are in this together," I said. Kenny nodded
