Star Fox and Phoenix squad took off from the Great Fox to hunt down enemies hiding in the asteroid field.

"We're heading into the asteroids." Fox said.

"Everyone, keep your eyes open. This will be difficult for most pilots." David warned.

The fighters began flying through the asteroids, avoiding collisions against them. BB-6 beeps in worry.

"Don't worry, buddy. We'll get out of this. I promise." David said to his partner.

"Here they come!" Fox shouts

The enemies emerge from the asteroids and open fire on the squads. The pilots take evasive maneuvers to counter. Luma and Kyle take desperate steps to lose some of the fighters shooting at them.

"You better do something, Numa!" Kyle said shooting one of the fighters down.

Numa sees two large asteroids heading towards each other.

"Hold on!" Numa said as she accelerates her fighter. Kyle sees the asteroids closing in.

"What are you doing?!" Kyle shouts.

The ARC-170 flies through the asteroids just in time before the asteroids collide. The enemies didn't have time before they crash into them.

"Don't ever do that again." Kyle said, nearly fainted.

Paige, Duke, Cleat, Slippy, Peppy, and Falco are dodging enemy fire while avoiding asteroids. It didn't take long before they see an opening up ahead.

"There's an opening up ahead!" Cleat said.

"Let's go!" Slippy said.

Both squads made their way to the opening and they managed to finish the enemy off. David and Fox had also arrived and regrouped with the others. In front of them is a planet.

"The Great Fox is approaching the Katina system." ROB informed.

Then all of a sudden a large ship appears in front of the squad, blocking the path.

"That things is in our way!" Duke said.

"Let's take this thing out!" David said.

The fighters move in to engage the threat.

"Is that the best you can do?" The enemy pilot said.

David fires his cannons and the spinning shield but it absorbs the laser before shooting back. David quickly dodges the attack.

"Enemy shield, analyzed." Slippy informed.

Cleat sees a flashing light on the opening on the shield and fires. The lasers done heavy damage on it.

"I found the weakness!" Cleat said.

"Atta girl!" Kyle said.

The others fire before the shield gets ripped off.

"I have admitted defeat." The enemy said.

"Are you going to listen to this monkey?!" Falco asks Fox.

The ship then turns around before rhe front side appears.

"Ha ha! You are not as stupid as you look!" The enemy shouts.

The ship opens fire forcing the squad to take evasive action. David loads a proton torpedo.

"Lock on target, BB6." David said to his droid. His droid beeps in reply. David locks on and fire the torpedo. It hits directly in the weak point before the ship begins falling.

"I can't believe I would lose to this scum!!!" The enemy said.

"Sorry to jet, but we are in a hurry." Fox said.

Star Fox and Phoenix squad head for the Great Fox for their next mission.
