The Rebel Pilots are being lead by the security forces towards their general's quarters. Some of the personal stare at the pilots in awe even observe their ships they flew. They even look at David's B-Unit who rolls next to his partner. He beeps in fear.

"Don't worry, BB-6. I don't think these guys are going to hurt us." David said to him.

The guards then lead them to the large elevator which can fit the squad. The door closes and goes up towards the top floor of the tower. When the elevator reaches to the top the door opens and it shows the general flanked by his two guards. 

"I am glad that you are not part of Andross' army. I am General Pepper, commander of the Cornerian Army." General Pepper said. 

"David Antilles, leader of the Phoenix Squadron." David and his Squad salute to the General who salute back to him. 

"Please remove your helmets so we could see your face." Pepper said.

"Only if you order your guards to lower their weapons." David said.

Pepper: You have my word.

David orders his squad to remove their helmets and the Cornerians were amazed about them. 

David: This is my squadron. This is Numa, second in command and the only Twi'lek pilot who joined a fighter squadron. Callsign: Phoenix 2.

Numa: We fight for the Rebellion!

David: This is Kyle, Numa's Gunner.

Kyle: Hey, hey, Kyle's the name and danger is my game.

David: This is Paige Tico or Pai-Pai. Callsign: Phoenix 3. 

Paige: Hai!

She bows to them.

David: This is Duke, medic and Phoenix 4.

Duke salutes to General Pepper. 

David: And this is Cleat Apogee, callsign Phoenix 5.

Cleat: Reporting for duty, sir!"

She salutes to him.

"I assume you guys are not like us." Pepper said.

"No, sir. We are humans from our galaxy. We are part of the Rebel Alliance that is fighting against the Empire." David said.

"The Empire?' Pepper asked in confusion.

Then all of a sudden a purple light appears and alarms blared throughout the tower. 

"What's going on?" Kyle asked.

"Sir, we're under attack!" A guard informed the General. 

Then David looks out and sees weird spider machines and fighters attacking the city. He clenches his fist in anger. 

"It's Andross. He's launched a surprise attack!" Pepper informed.

"Who is he?" Numa asked.

"We'll explain later. Right we need you to keep the enemy forces away from the civillians!" General Pepper ordered to David.

"Yes, sir!" David saluted before turning to his squad, "Phoenix Squad, let's move out!!"

The Squad head for the elevator and they head down towards their starfighters. B-88 was hoisted inside David's X-Wing. 

"Let's go, pilots!" David shouts. 

The starfighters fired up and they take off from the hangar. They were shocked to see the city under attack by these unknown forces. 

"All fighters report in." David said.

"Phoenix 2, standing by." Numa said.

"Phoenix 3, standing by," Pai-Pai said.

Phoenix 4, stand by," Duke said.

Phoenix 5, stand by." Cleat said.

"Lock s foils in attack position." David commanded. 

The fighters open their wings and their weapons are armed. The fighters dive in to attack the enemy. "Accelerate to attack speed." 

The fighters break formation to attack the enemy. David dives in attack the small enemy fighters.
