(This chapter begins 3 weeks later after Benjamin gets beaten harshly now Benjamin was in his room in his pajamas oh and Benjamin has begun to commission his art online to make money for two train tickets out of the city and Ben was making good progress on making money and Pico started to do odd jobs around the city to make money as well and Benjamin has gotten a lot of commissions lately so Benjamin has been working on those commissions for the past 3 weeks oh and Ben is still healing from his wounds but his black eye finally went away and Pico & Benjamin has been calling each a lot as of late because Benjamin has gotten grounded and at this very moment Benjamin was painting on a new canvas and he was smiling because he was doing something he loved to do when Frank Fairest came into the room while Softie was painting and said softie's name)
Frank: Benjamin...
Softie/Benjamin/Bf: (flinches hard as soon as his dad said his name and he immediately puts down one of his paint brushes and he turns around and looks at his dad) Yes dad? What is it?
Frank: Well sport Grace is coming over today and I want you to take her out on a date son.
Softie/Benjamin/Bf: (He immediately looks at his dad in shock) W-what! Dad you want me to take my best friend out on a date I don't even have feelings for her and you know this I'm gay dad! (Stands up from where he was sitting)
Frank: (Looks at Ben in disappointment) Well to bad you are going to take Grace out on a date and that's final because no son of mine is going to be gay! Do you understand me!
Softie/Benjamin/Bf: Dad you can't force me to take Grace onto a date I can make my own decisions....
Frank: (Grabs Ben by his pajama shirt and yells at him) If you don't take Grace on a date then their will be consequences and I will make sure you will never see that street rat ever again!
Softie/Benjamin/Bf: O-ok f-fine I-I'll take Grace on a date just please don't hurt me anymore and please don't hurt Pico (tearing up)
Frank: Good now get dressed Benjamin, Grace will be here soon with her parents ok sport.
Softie/Benjamin/Bf: Yes father I'll go get dressed.
(Frank then leaves Benjamin's room so Softie can go get dressed)
Softie/Benjamin/Bf: .....(Walks over to his phone that is plugged up and he unplugs it and grabs it and then he calls Pico on his phone and Pico answers the phone) (On the phone with Pico) P-Pico..... (is at the verge of tears)
Pico: (On the phone with Benjamin) Baby blue? What's wrong you sound super upset? Tell me what's wrong please!
Softie/Benjamin/Bf: (On the phone with Pico) P-pico it's my dad he is making take Grace onto a date but I don't love her I love you you're my soulmate! (Tears begin to stream down his face)
Pico: (On the phone with Benjamin) What!? Your dad is making you take your childhood best friend on a date even though we are soulmates!
Softie/Benjamin/Bf: (On phone with Pico) I tried to tell him that I'm not interested in dating Grace but dad won't listen he knows I'm gay but he is forcing me to go on a date with her anyway Pico I don't know what to do!
Pico: (On phone with Benjamin) Ben....baby I'm so sorry I love you so much you know that right?
Softie/Benjamin/Bf: (On phone with Pico) Ya babe I know I love you too I love you with everything I have Pico you mean everything to me. (Begins to blush)
Pico: (On phone with Benjamin) Babe I love you so much I'm sorry that you're being treated like this do you want me to come over tonight after you and Grace hang out together?
Softie/Benjamin/Bf: (On phone with Pico) Ya I would like that I'll see you tonight ok babe.
Pico: (On phone with Benjamin) Ok babe I'll see you later tonight ok blue.
Softie/Benjamin/Bf: (On phone with Pico) Ok babe I love you I have to go I'll see you tonight (Hangs up on Pico)
(After Benjamin hangs up on Pico he puts his phone down and he then begins to get dressed in his regular outfit he always wears and then he puts on his red beanie that has 3 different colored pins on it permanently and then he begins tying his shoes after he ties his shoes he grabs his phone and puts it in his pocket and he also grabs his special paint brush that Pico gave him and he puts it inside his hoodie pocket and then he grabs his sketchbook and a pencil after he grabs those things he goes downstairs into the living room and sits down on the couch and then he opens up his sketchbook and then he begins to draw to pass the time until Grace & her parents get here when his little sister Miku comes into the room oh and Miku was 15 years old now when Miku came into the room she sat by Benjamin and she began to watch Benjamin draw and she noticed that Benjamin was smiling while drawing random things when both of their parents came into the room)
Softie/Benjamin/Bf: (Drawing in his sketchbook & humming)
Frank: Oh sport good you got dressed are you excited to take Grace out on a date?
Softie/Benjamin/Bf: (still drawing in his sketchbook but he stopped humming) hmm.....
Marilyn: Oh sweetie are you nervous?
Softie/Benjamin/Bf: (Making a drawing of him and Pico together and he blushes) Heh....
Frank: (Is getting annoyed and he immediately snatched Benjamin's sketchbook out of his hands and he immediately sees a drawing of Benjamin and Pico together and he immediately gets angry and forcefully grabs Ben's arm and pulls him off the couch and he slaps Benjamin in the face and then yells at him) Why are you drawing this street rat!
Softie/Benjamin/Bf: (holds his cheek with one of his hands) I....because I love him he is my soulmate we are connected spiritually.
Frank: (Glares at him) That street rat is not your soulmate and you are not gay! You are straight!
Softie/Benjamin/Bf: (He begins to tear up) Yes father I'll stop drawing me and him together ok just don't hurt me.
Frank: (Sighs) Good just don't let me catch you drawing that street rat again.
Softie/Benjamin/Bf: Ok I won't dad.
Frank: (Nods proudly and says this) Also anything art related in the house will be thrown away because it's a distraction to your future rapping career son.
Softie/Benjamin/Bf: What no dad please don't take away my art stuff please dad.....I will focus on rapping for now on please don't take my art stuff away please!
Frank: ......Fine I won't take away your art supplies and art stuff but you better focus on your rapping career sport (Hands Benjamin back his sketchbook)
Softie/Benjamin/Bf: (takes back his sketchbook gently from his dad and he begins to hug his sketchbook close to his body) Thank you.
(Suddenly there was a knock on the door and Frank went towards the door and opened it that's when Grace & her parents came inside Benjamin was standing there awkwardly when Grace saw him)
Grace: Benji! (Runs over to Benjamin and hugs him)
Softie/Benjamin/Bf: (He accidentally dropped his sketchbook and he gently hugged Grace Back) Heyyyy Grace how are you?
Grace: I'm doing good Benji I'm so happy to see you again Benny I missed you I'm so excited to hang out with you Benji!
Frank: (walks over to them) Well Grace my son is going to take you out on a date!
Grace: Wait Benji you are going to take me out on a date that's so sweet of you Benny!
Softie/Benjamin/Bf: (Picks up his sketchbook that he accidentally dropped and after that he looked away from Grace awkwardly) .....
Grace: I'm so excited to go on this date with you Benji!
Softie/Benjamin/Bf: (Looks at her and says this) Ya me too....(is hiding his emotions)
Frank: You two should get going so can start this date oh here is 300 dollars Benjamin so you can take Grace to an expensive restaurant (Hands Benjamin 300 dollars)
Softie/Benjamin/Bf: (Takes the money and puts it inside his hoodie pocket)
Grace: Come on Benny let's go!
(After Grace said that both of them left the house and then they went to this local diner called stars diner and then they both went inside the diner when a nice waiter laid them to their seats and then the waiter gave them both menu's and then the waiter went away and now both of them were left alone with each other when Grace asked Ben a question)
Grace: Hey Benny?
Softie/Benjamin/Bf: (Look at Grace with a confused smile) Ya Grace what is it?
Grace: How have you been ever since Pico shot up the school?
Softie/Benjamin/Bf: ....Grace....Pico didn't shoot up the school he was trying to save us a girl named Cassandra was the one who shot up the school Pico didn't do anything wrong.
Grace: (Pouts a little bit) But Benny we both saw him with a gun! He is the reason why we have to get privately tutored!
Softie/Benjamin/Bf: ......(Sighs)
(Suddenly the waiter comes back to ask for their order and Grace orders a steak and a baked potato and Benjamin ordered a grilled cheese sandwich with fries and then the waiter left to go put both of their orders in and then both Grace and Benjamin began to talk to each other randomly when finally their food was placed down in front of them and they began to eat)
Grace: (Eating her food) Mmm Benji the food is amazing here.
Softie/Benjamin/Bf: (Nibbling on his grilled cheese sandwich) .......
(A little while later both of them were done with their food and Benjamin paid for the both of them and they both noticed how late it has gotten and Benjamin decided to take Grace back to his house so Grace and her Parents could go home. A few minutes later Benjamin and Grace finally got back to the house and Grace and her parents left and Benjamin decided to go up to his room and change into his pajamas and wait until Pico got here when finally Pico knocked onto the window and Softie immediately opened up his window and helped Pico get inside the room and Then Benjamin said this)
Softie/Benjamin/Bf: Toughie your here!
Pico: (Smiles at his) Hey blue I love you.
Softie/Benjamin/Bf: (He immediately hugs Pico and nuzzles into him) I love you too Pico.
Pico: (Hugs Benjamin back and he then gently kisses Ben on his forehead) I love you so much Ben.
Softie/Benjamin/Bf: Heh I love you too Pico.
Pico: (Notices that there is a medical patch on Ben's neck) Babe did that asshole hurt you again?!
Softie/Benjamin/Bf: (Pulls away from Pico and starts to rubbing his arm awkwardly) .....
Pico: Ben plz tell me I'm worried about you.
Softie/Benjamin/Bf: (Sighs) Yes Dad hurt me again I actually have more wounds that are still currently healing.
Pico: .....Show me your other wounds softie plz.
Softie/Benjamin/Bf: (Looks at him sadly and he takes off his shirt) .....
(After Benjamin took off his shirt Pico saw a bunch of bloody bandage wrapped around his torso and arms and then Ben lifted up his pant leg and Pico saw some more bloody bandages wrapped around his legs and Pico began to tear up and he said this)
Pico: Oh my god softie you have blood all over these bandages....(He started to cry because he couldn't bear to see the one he loved in pain and he immediately hugged Benjamin hard)
Softie/Benjamin/Bf: (Winces from the pain) O-ow Pico be careful that hurts. (Hugs Pico back)
Pico: Sorry bee (still crying)
Softie/Benjamin/Bf: Pico hey I'm fine I'm just in a bit of pain right now please don't cry I love you so much toughie.
Pico: I love you too bee I just can't bear to see you suffering like this it's not fair softie you don't deserve this you don't deserve to be beaten and abused by your parents I hate you're parents so much! How can you say you are fine bf you have blood all over your bandages you are not fine!
Softie/Benjamin/Bf: (Begins to tear up and then he begins to cry) Pico I just want the pain and abuse to stop why can't they just treat me with love and care all I ever wanted was to be loved not tortured and abused! (At his breaking point)
Pico: (He sighs and wipes his tears away) I'm sorry that this is happening to you softie I love you so much softie with everything I have.
Softie/Benjamin/Bf: (nuzzling into Pico and he eventually stops crying and then he wipes away his tears and he pulls away from Pico) Pico you should leave it's getting really late and I don't want my parents catching in my room (he puts back on his pajama shirt)
Pico: (Sighs) Ya I should go before your parents catch me (He then kisses Benjamin on the lips)
Softie/Benjamin/Bf: (He immediately closes his eyes and kisses Pico back) Mmm....
Pico: (Pulls away from Softie and covers his nose & mouth with his bandana) I love you softie I'll see you later babe.
(Pico then leaves through the window and then Benjamin closes his window and then he yawns and then he decides to turn off the lights and go to bed after he turns off the lights Benjamin jumped into bed and immediately covers himself up with his blanket and then he immediately falls asleep)
